Technical Field
The present invention generally relates to an LED bulb and an LED bulb system.
Background
Most of the existing LED bulbs adopt glue filling, screwing or embedding to realize the connection of all components of the LED lamp (such as a light-emitting circuit board and a bulb base lamp). Such LED bulb structure is complicated, production or the process of making is comparatively loaded down with trivial details, also does not do benefit to the maintenance after the later stage damages.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above-described conventional circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide an LED bulb which has a simple structure and is easy to manufacture and maintain.
Therefore, the utility model provides an LED bulb in a first aspect, which includes a bulb shell, a light-emitting circuit board, a connecting board, a sealing base and connecting leads, wherein the connecting leads are respectively welded and electrically connected with the connecting board, and then integrally molded with the sealing base by injection molding, the light-emitting circuit board is welded and electrically connected with the connecting board, the bulb shell is detachably connected with the sealing base, and the connecting board and the light-emitting circuit board are arranged in an accommodating space formed by the bulb shell and the sealing base.

Therefore, the bulb shell and the sealing base can be conveniently and detachably connected.
In addition, in the LED bulb according to the first aspect of the present invention, optionally, the open end of the sealing base has a diameter of 30 mm. Thus, the sealing seat can be conveniently manufactured in the size.

Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an LED bulb 1 according to the present invention may include a bulb case 10, a light emitting circuit board 20, a connection plate 30, a sealing base 40, and connection leads 50. The light emitting circuit board 20 and the connecting board 30 may be disposed in an accommodating space formed by the lamp housing 10 and the sealing base 40, the connecting lead 50 may be used to realize external electrical connection with the connecting board 30 in the LED lamp 1 and conduction of electrical signals, and the connecting board 30 may be used as an electrical conductive medium to realize electrical connection between the connecting lead 50 and the connecting board 30.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the LED bulb 1 may include a bulb case 10, a light emitting circuit board 20, a connection board 30, a sealing base 40, and a connection lead 50. The connecting leads 50 can be respectively welded with the connecting plate 30 and electrically connected, and the connecting leads 50 and the connecting plate 30 can be integrally formed with the sealing base after being welded; the light-emitting circuit board 20 is welded and electrically connected with the connecting board 30; the lamp case 10 is detachably connected to the sealing base 40, and the connection plate 30 and the light emitting circuit board 20 are built in an accommodating space formed by the lamp case 10 and the sealing base 40. Thereby, the complete LED bulb is manufactured.

The welded connection board 30 may be exposed at an opening end of the sealing base to be connected to the light emitting circuit board 20, and the two three-core wires may be exposed at the other end of the sealing base to conduct an electrical signal with the outside. Therefore, the two three-core wires can be conveniently connected with the connecting plate 30 to conduct electric signals.
In the present embodiment, a plurality of LEDs may be provided on the light emitting circuit board 20 on a surface facing the bulb case 10. Therefore, the LED can conveniently emit light towards the bulb shell.
In some examples, the light emitting circuit board 20 may be of a disc-shaped design, and the diameter of the disc-shaped light emitting circuit board 20 may be slightly smaller than the inner diameter of the open end of the lamp envelope 10 and the inner diameter of the open end of the sealing base 40. Thereby, the light emitting circuit board 20 can be conveniently accommodated in the bulb case 10.
In this embodiment, the open end of the lamp bulb 10 is provided with an external thread, the open end of the sealing base 40 is provided with an internal thread, the diameter of the light emitting circuit board 20 may be slightly smaller than the internal diameter of the open end of the sealing base 40, and the lamp bulb 10 and the sealing base 40 may be screwed together through the external thread and the internal thread. Thereby, the detachable connection of the bulb 10 and the sealing base 40 can be facilitated.
In some examples, the removable connection of the lamp bulb 10 to the sealing base 40 may also be a bolt, a pin, a slider, a snap-fit, or the like. Therefore, a proper detachable connection mode can be selected according to requirements.
In the present embodiment, the diameter of the opening end of the sealing base 40 may be 30mm, and the length of the upper end and the lower end of the sealing base may be 31 mm. Thus, the sealing base can be conveniently manufactured in this size, and the squaring structure improves the aesthetic appearance of the sealing base 40. Of course, in other examples, the sealing base 40 may be dimensioned to have other lengths, thereby enabling a suitable connection with different lamp envelopes 10.
In this embodiment, the sealing base 40 is further provided with a hook 41. Therefore, the LED bulb 1 can be conveniently hung through the hook 41.
In the present embodiment, a rectangular through groove may be provided at the center of the light emitting circuit board 20, and the connection board 30 may be first inserted into the rectangular through groove of the circular light emitting circuit board 20, and then the connection board 30 and the light emitting circuit board 20 may be soldered. Therefore, the connection between the connection board 30 and the light emitting circuit board 20 can be easily and stably achieved.
In the present embodiment, the outer shape of the bulb case 10 is one of a spherical shape, an ellipsoidal shape, and a pear shape. Thereby, a suitable bulb 10 can be manufactured as required. For example, referring to fig. 1, in the present embodiment, the bulb 10 may be designed in a pear shape. Accordingly, the inert gas in the bulb 10 can be deposited on the neck bottom of the bulb 10, and thus the influence on the rest of the LED bulb 1 can be reduced, thereby maintaining a constant luminance.
In this embodiment, two three-core wires can be used to realize series connection between a plurality of LED bulbs. For example, when the LED light bulb is used specifically, 1 to 10 LED light bulbs can be connected in series through three wires for use, and the user experience can be improved.
Fig. 4 is a schematic perspective view showing another view angle of the LED bulb according to the present invention. Fig. 5 is a schematic structural view showing one example of an LED bulb system according to the present invention.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the two three-core wires may be a first three-core wire 510 and a second three-core wire 520, respectively. The first three-core wire 510 and the second three-core wire 520 may both be comprised of a live wire, a neutral wire, and a ground wire, respectively. The first three-core wire 510 and the second three-core wire 520 may be used to realize a series connection among a plurality of LED bulbs 1.
In some embodiments, a plurality of LED bulbs 1 may be used by two three-core wires (a first three-core wire 510 and a second three-core wire 520) connected in series to form an LED bulb system S.
In some examples, the LED light bulb system S may consist of 1-10, 10-20, 20-30 LED light bulbs 1, and so on. For example, in this embodiment, the LED bulb system S may be composed of 15 LED bulbs. In this case, by using a plurality of LED bulbs in series, the light emission luminance can be enhanced, and the user experience can be improved.
In the utility model, the connecting plate 30 and the connecting lead 50 are welded, and then the lamp bulb shell 10 and the sealing base 40 are detachably connected, the light-emitting circuit board 20 is welded on the connecting plate 30, and the connecting lead 50 is integrally molded and injection-molded, so that the outside can be electrically conducted with the light-emitting circuit board 20 in the lamp bulb shell 10, and the light-emitting circuit board 20 can emit light. In this case, when the later maintenance is required, the bulb case 10 is only required to be detached to check the faults of the light emitting circuit board 20, the connecting plate 30 and the like, and the bulb case 10 is also easy to replace, so that the LED bulb is simple in structure, easy to manufacture and capable of facilitating the later detachment and maintenance; and a plurality of LED bulbs can be connected in series for use, so that the experience degree of a user can be further improved.
