The above is a description of the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the components and assembly of the fire-fighting and gardening pipe joint, and the operation features of the embodiment of the present invention are described as follows.
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, the first joint 10 may be connected to the control head G by a first screw 14. The second connector 30 provides a water line 60 connection. The connection method is to insert one end of the water pipe 60 into the second shaft hole 35 (the connection section 352) from the outside of the second joint 30, and to cooperate with an inner copper sleeve 70 and a plurality of resistance bumps 352 on the wall of the second shaft hole 35 (the connection section 352) to roll together to form an external support, so as to form a tight fit between the water pipe 60 and the wall of the second shaft hole 35 (the connection section 352).
When the first and second connectors 10, 30 are to be connected in series, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the second shaft hole 35 of the second connector 30 is only required to be sleeved on the head section 43 of the adaptor 40, and the second shaft head 32 of the second connector 30 is inserted into the annular groove 52 of the locking ring 50. In the process, the rotating lock ring 50 is rotated to make the locking lug 53 on the groove wall of the ring groove 52 move along the vertical end groove 34 of the second spindle head 32 and enter one end of the locking groove 33 communicated with the vertical end groove 34, and then the locking lug 53 is wedged into the locking groove 33 by twisting the rotating lock ring 50. Thus, the first and second connectors 10, 30 can be connected in series, and there is no need to twist the water control head G or the water pipe 60 connected in series with the first and second connectors 10, 30, so as to overcome the drawbacks of the prior art.
And the first connector 10 is matched with the adaptor 40, the second connector 30 and the spin lock ring 50 to form a spin-movable connection state. When the user twists the water control head G, the first connector 10 and the adaptor 40 connected in series therewith will be synchronously linked to spin relative to the second connector 30 and the spin lock ring 50, thereby preventing the second connector 30 and the water pipe 60 connected therewith from rotating and becoming entangled.
Referring to fig. 2 to 4, in order to make the rotation of the locking ring 50 smoother and more labor-saving, at least one teflon ring T is further sleeved on the outer periphery of the body section 44 of the adaptor 40 to separate the end surface (head section 43) of the locking ring 50 abutting against the adaptor 40.
In addition, when the screwing ring 50 is screwed, a pre-pressure is provided, at least one disc-shaped gasket D is further sleeved and connected on the outer periphery side of the body section 44 of the adaptor 40, and the end face (head section 43) of the screwing ring 50 (or the Teflon ring T) in contact with the adaptor 40 is separated.
Referring to fig. 10, another embodiment of the connecting section 352 of the second shaft hole 35 of the second joint 20 according to the present invention is shown. The second shaft hole 35 has a thread 3522 at a position corresponding to the connecting section 352. In practice, the connecting section 352 may also provide for a gasket O.
Referring to fig. 11 to 13, another embodiment of the second connector 20 and the locking ring 50 of the present invention is shown. The corner of the slot wall where the locking slot 33 of the second connector 30 is adjacent to the vertical end slot 34 has a guiding angle 331 to facilitate the locking protrusion 53 of the locking ring 50 to be inserted into the locking slot 33.
In addition, the locking groove 33 is adjacent to the groove wall at one side of the groove bottom, and a limit chamber 332 is concavely arranged.
In addition, the locking protrusion 53 of the locking ring 50 is provided with a limiting part 531 in a protruding manner matching with the limiting chamber, which is helpful for positioning the operation of the locking ring 50.
The above description is only for the purpose of illustrating the preferred embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the embodiments of the present invention, which is defined by the claims, and equivalents and modifications known to those skilled in the art, are within the scope of the present invention.
