Detailed Description
The safety locking clip for a pressure vessel disclosed in the present invention will be described in further detail with reference to the accompanying drawings and specific embodiments. Advantages and features of the present invention will become apparent from the following detailed description and claims. It is noted that the drawings are in greatly simplified form and that non-precision ratios are used for convenience and clarity only to aid in the description of the embodiments of the utility model.
A safety locking clip according to the present disclosure for a pressure vessel 9, such as a reaction vessel, is described below with reference to fig. 1. The pressure vessel 9 includes a vessel lid 6.
The safety lock clamp comprises a clamp, a clamp fixing lock and a residual pressure emptying key 1.
The clamp is used to secure the vessel lid 6 to the pressure vessel 9. The clamp prevents the vessel lid 6 from being removed from the pressure vessel 9 during operation. The clamp locks 2, 3 lock the clamp to the pressure vessel 9 and the vessel lid 6 so that the clamp firmly grips the vessel lid 6.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, the clip may include a clip front portion 4 and a clip rear portion 5. The clamp locks 2, 3 lock the clamp front 4 and clamp rear 5 together. The clamp may further comprise connecting rods 11, 12 connecting the front clamp part 4 and the rear clamp part 5, the clamp locks 2, 3 being connected to the connecting rods 11, 12 and pressing the front clamp part 4 and the rear clamp part 5 together to effect locking. It will be appreciated that other suitable structures may be employed to secure the clip front portion 4 to the clip rear portion 5.
As an example, one end of the connecting rods 11, 12 may be fixed to the clamp rear part 5 and pass through a through hole in the clamp front part 4. The other ends of the connecting rods 11 and 12 are in threaded connection with the clamp fixing locks 2 and 3. Preferably, the connecting rods 11, 12 comprise a first connecting rod 11 and a second connecting rod 12, respectively arranged on both sides of the clamp. Accordingly, the clamp fixing lock includes a first clamp fixing lock 2 engaged with the first connection rod 11 and a second clamp fixing lock 3 engaged with the second connection rod 12.
The clamp locks 2, 3 can be embodied as cylinders, preferably with smooth outer sides, so that it is difficult for a user to unscrew the clamp locks 2, 3 manually, but the clamp locks must be screwed or unscrewed by means of a special tool, i.e. the residual pressure emptying key 1. Thereby, the user can be prevented from opening the pressure container carelessly. The special tool can mean that the residual pressure emptying key 1 is made into a non-standard part, and in a working site, a user cannot find other tools for opening the clamp fixing lock, but only the residual pressure emptying key 1 can be used.
The residual pressure emptying key 1 is configured to serve as a plug attached to the container lid 6 and to empty the residual pressure in the pressure vessel 9 when operated (e.g., unscrewed from the container lid 6).
The residual pressure emptying key 1 is configured to sound when the container lid 6 is unscrewed. For example, the residual pressure emptying key 1 may comprise a vent hole 10 provided in a side wall thereof. The vent hole 10 allows airflow therethrough when the residual pressure emptying key 1 is unscrewed from the container cover 6, and thus emits airflow sound. Therefore, when the user manually unscrews the residual pressure emptying key 1, if the residual pressure still exists in the pressure vessel 9, the internal pressure will be slowly emptied during the process of unscrewing the residual pressure emptying key 1, preventing the risk of injury.
The residual pressure emptying key 1 may also be a special key for opening the clamp locks 2, 3. For this purpose, it is configured to open the clamp locks 2, 3 to unlock the clamp from the pressure vessel 9 and the vessel lid 6. In particular, the residual pressure emptying key 1 is configured to manipulate (e.g., rotate) the first clamp locks 2, 3 such that the clamp locks 2, 3 no longer secure the clamp front 4 to the clamp rear 5, thereby enabling unlocking of the clamp from the pressure vessel 9 and the vessel lid 6.
As an example, the residual pressure emptying key 1 is provided with an internal thread at one end to be mounted as a plug to the container lid 6 and a lock engaging means at the other end to engage and operate the clamp securing locks 2, 3. The lock engagement means may be embodied as comprising an engagement head in the shape of a hexagonal prism, the clamp fixing locks 2, 3 being provided with an engagement cavity for receiving the engagement head, the inner wall of the engagement cavity being in the shape of a hexagonal prism. In this manner, the residual pressure exhausting key 1 can be used as a hexagonal wrench to operate the jig fixing locks 2, 3, and the residual pressure exhausting key 1 can be inserted into the engagement cavities provided in the jig fixing locks 2, 3 to rotate and open the jig fixing locks 2, 3. The hexagonal shape of the engagement head and the engagement cavity is of non-standard dimensions, making it difficult for the user to find other tools for opening the clamp lock at the work site, and only using the residual pressure to empty the key 1.
Further, when the residual pressure emptying key 1 is mounted on the container cover 6, it is necessary to ensure airtightness thereof. For this purpose, the end of the residual pressure emptying key 1 provided with the internal thread is provided with a sealing gasket 8, which sealing gasket 8 is compressed to achieve sealing when the residual pressure emptying key 1 is mounted to the container lid 6.
The seal 8 may be made of rubber, PTEE or the like and, being a consumable, needs to be replaced periodically. Thus, the safety locking clip according to the present disclosure may also be equipped with a service tool 7, which may be used to replace the sealing gasket 8. In particular, the gasket 8 is provided with an external thread which is screwed into an internal thread of the residual pressure emptying key 1 and in the surface of which an in-line groove 81 is provided, and the service tool 7 comprises an end portion 71 which can be inserted into the in-line groove 81 and takes the gasket 8 out of the interior of the residual pressure emptying key 1. The end of the service tool 7 may be tapered.
The vent hole 10 in the side wall of the residual pressure exhaust key 1 is arranged at the side wall of the residual pressure exhaust key 1 provided with the internal thread, and when the gasket 8 is installed in the residual pressure exhaust key 1, the vent hole 10 is not covered by the side wall of the gasket 8. In this way, when the residual pressure emptying key 1 is screwed on the container cover 6, the gas in the pressure container 9 cannot escape from the vent hole 10; when the user gradually unscrews the residual pressure emptying key 1 from the container cover 6, the gas in the pressure container 9 may escape from the vent hole 10 and emit a flow sound.
