8. the whole or part of the clip is coated by a gasket or the whole or part of the rest part except the lower end is coated by the gasket or the clip is integrated with the clip on the basis of the front;
9. the liner is made of steel, wood, oilcloth, felt, an inner tube, an outer cover, pearl wool, a palm cushion or polytetrafluoroethylene;
10. the upper end of the clip is of a structure similar to a nail/screw head or further definitely, the upper surface of the upper end is a plane or the upper end is of a spherical crown shape or the upper end is of a hexagonal column shape;
11. holes are formed in the clips and/or notches are formed in the outer edges of the clips;
12. the hard non-brittle material with the toughness of not less than two thirds and the strength of one half of the ductile cast iron material used for manufacturing the inspection well cover is ductile cast iron, aluminum alloy, titanium alloy, copper material, bakelite, engineering plastic, fiber reinforced plastic, Q195 steel, Q235 steel, 65Mn steel, 70Mn steel, 85Mn steel, 55Si2Mn steel, 60Si2Mn steel or 60Si2MnA steel;
13. the maximum thickness of the pin-type clamp or the thickness of all parts except the lower end or the thickness of at least two thirds of the parts except the lower end is larger than the distance between the outer ring of the inspection well cover and the inner ring of the well frame;
14. the maximum thickness of the pin-type clamp is not more than 2.5 times of the gap between the outer ring of the inspection well cover and the inner ring of the well frame;
15. the maximum thickness of the pin-type clip is not more than 15/12/9/6 mm;
16. the pin-type clamp is made of deformed steel bar/round steel pipe/flat steel/flat iron or the lower end of the pin-type clamp is pointed/flat, or the pin-type clamp is made of flat steel/flat iron and has a V-shaped structure with one short side, a V-shaped structure with one short side and a rubber pad sandwiched between the V-shaped structures, a U-shaped structure with one short side and a rubber pad sandwiched between the U-shaped structures, or the pin-type clamp is made of deformed steel bar/round steel bar/steel pipe/flat steel/flat iron and has at least one section which is arc-shaped or zigzag-shaped or S-shaped;

19. the maximum width of the plug-type clip does not exceed 150/120/90/60 mm;
20. the insert type clamp is made by cutting a straight flat steel/flat iron into an inverted triangle/trapezoid with small lower part and large upper part/circle/circular segment/ellipse/elliptical segment, or is made into a circular ring/elliptical ring shape by using deformed steel bar/round steel pipe;
21. the three-dimensional clip is made of angle steel/aluminum profile/plastic steel profile sections or tapered at the lower end, or made of deformed steel bar/round steel/steel pipe and comprises at least two sections of staggered arc/broken lines;
22. the front view of the clip is a V-shaped with one short side, a U-shaped with one short side, a rectangle with the height larger than the width, a trapezoid with a small lower part and a large upper part, a circle, a ring, an ellipse with a vertical long axis, a rhombus with a vertical long diagonal, an acute triangle or an inverted acute triangle, or a trapezoid with a sharp lower triangle or a short side at the lower end, and the rest of the trapezoid is a rectangle or a trapezoid close to the rectangle except the lower end and is coincided with the lower end and the upper edge of the trapezoid or is a shape containing a section of arc, S-shaped and/or broken line and the rest of the trapezoid is a rectangle;
23. the side view of the clip is a V-shaped with one short side, a U-shaped with one short side, a rectangle with the height larger than the width, a trapezoid with a small lower part and a big upper part, a circle, a ring, an ellipse with a vertical long axis, an ellipse ring with a vertical long axis, a rhombus with a vertical long diagonal, an acute angle triangle or an inverted acute angle triangle ring, or a trapezoid with a sharp downward triangle or a short side at the lower end, and the rest is a rectangle or a trapezoid with a nearly rectangle except the lower end and is coincided with the upper edge of the lower edge of the trapezoid or a shape containing a section of arc, S-shaped and/or broken line and the rest is a rectangle;
24 the plan view of the clip is a regular polygon, a circle, a flat rectangle, a flat trapezoid, a flat diamond, a flat triangle with an obtuse angle not less than 120 degrees, a small block cut out from the circle or a small section of a circular ring.
The invention provides a method for reducing noise by clamping clips made of hard and non-fragile materials, particularly three types of plug pin type clips, insertion type clips and three-dimensional type clips, between an outer ring of an inspection well cover and an inner ring of a well frame, so that the inspection well cover can not or almost can not move relative to the well frame. The method is simple and practical, can be realized without great strength and larger tools, and can also be used for solving the problems of damage and settlement of the inspection well and surrounding roads and the like. Meanwhile, the invention provides three types of clips, namely a latch type clip, an insert type clip, a three-dimensional type clip and the like, which can be very conveniently used for solving the problem of inspection well cover noise in daily life.

Example 2: two straight or substantially straight ends of total length 110, 100, 90, 80, 70 or 60 mm long comprise a length of 5.5, 6, 6.5 or 7 mm deformed steel bar with an arc height of 3 to 5 mm, or have a bevel at its lower end on the basis of the front face and/or are covered with a rubber sleeve except for the lower end. The thread steel with corresponding specification is cut into corresponding length, and compared with the embodiment 1, the diameter of the thread steel is selected to be thinner, and then the thread steel is bent into an arc shape in the middle (see figure 3). The bent deformed steel bar or steel bar has certain elastic deformation capacity (steel materials with similar shapes and made of spring steel materials can be adopted at the moment), can deform in a self-adaptive mode when being extruded, and can adapt to gaps between the outer ring of the inspection well cover and the inner ring of the inspection well frame at different intervals.

Example 4: the flat steel with the length of 150 mm, 120 mm or 90 mm is straight or basically straight, the width of the flat steel is 50mm, the thickness of the flat steel is between 1.5 mm and 3 mm, the flat steel is made of Q195, Q215, Q235, Q345 or SS400, the flat steel is bent at one third of the length of the flat steel to form an included angle of between 30 and 45 degrees, or the width of the lower end of the flat steel is narrower than that of the flat steel on the basis of the front surface, and/or a rubber sleeve is coated outside the lower end of the flat steel. The noise reduction drill rod is made of thin flat steel, and can realize self-adaptive deformation when being extruded and adapt to gaps between the outer ring of the inspection well cover and the inner ring of the well frame at different intervals by utilizing the elastic deformation capacity of the bent noise reduction drill rod (the flat steel made of spring steel can be adopted at the moment) after the flat steel is cut into a rectangle (the main view of the noise reduction drill rod is the rectangle with the height larger than the width), and then the noise reduction drill rod is bent to form an included angle of 30-45 degrees (see figure 2).
Example 5: the steel plate is a flat steel bent into an arc with the arch height of between 3 and 5 millimeters, the width of the arc is between 60 and 100 millimeters, the thickness of the arc is between 1.5 and 6 millimeters, and the arc is 110, 100, 90, 80, 70 or 60 millimeters long in total length, and the flat steel is made of Q195, Q215, Q235, Q345 or SS400, or the flat steel is provided with a bevel at the lower end on the basis of the front face and/or is coated with a rubber sleeve except the lower end. The flat steel is cut into rectangles (the front view is a rectangle with a width larger than the height), and then the rectangles are bent into arcs to form the three-dimensional clip, and the width of the cut can be reduced.
