Description
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the technical field of product rolling, in particular to a belt rolling device.
Background
In the textile field, a belt is a product which is used more frequently, such as a webbing, a plastic belt, and the like. The tape has a high aspect ratio, i.e. the tape has a small width and a relatively long length. During production, it is often necessary to wind the tape onto a winding core for storage, transport or subsequent processing. At this time, since the length of the tape is long, the problem that the feeding speed of the tape is not matched with the winding speed is easily caused in the winding process. Especially, when the take-up speed is higher than the feed speed, the tape is easily tightened, which may adversely affect the quality of the tape. In the traditional winding device, the problem that the belt is tight is difficult to find in time and the problem that the belt is tight is difficult to adjust in time, so that the quality problem of the belt due to the large-degree tightness is easy to occur.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, an embodiment of the utility model provides a tape winding device 100. The tape winding device 100 includes a base 101, a rotating shaft 102, a rotating shaft driving member 103, a guide rail 104, a pinch roller 105, a first position detector 106, a second position detector 107, and a controller (not shown). The guide rail 104 is connected to the base 101, the pinch roller 105 is movably connected to the guide rail 104, the pinch roller 105 is used for pressing on the surface of the belt and moving along the guide rail 104 under the driving of the belt, and the first position detector 106 and the second position detector 107 are respectively connected to two ends of the guide rail 104 and used for detecting the position information of the pinch roller 105 on the guide rail 104. The rotating shaft 102 is connected to the base 101, and the rotating shaft driving member 103 is connected to the rotating shaft 102 for driving the rotating shaft 102 to rotate; the pinch roller 105 is provided corresponding to the rotation shaft 102 for guiding the tape out of the pinch roller 105 and winding the tape around the rotation shaft 102. The rotating shaft driving member 103, the first position detector 106 and the second position detector 107 are electrically connected to a controller respectively, and the controller is configured to receive the position information of the pinch roller 105 on the guide rail 104 detected by the first position detector 106 and the second position detector 107, and control the rotating shaft driving member 103 to start and stop according to the position information.
When the tape winding device 100 is used to wind the tape, the tape may be wound around the winding shaft 102 after being wound around the pinch roller 105. During the winding of the tape, the tape may carry the pinch roller 105 along the guide rail 104. When the winding speed of the belt is matched with the feeding speed so that the belt is not tightened, the pinch roller 105 is located at a position which can be detected by the first position detector 106, and the controller receives the position information of the pinch roller 105 detected by the first position detector 106 and controls the rotating shaft driving part 103 to act so as to drive the rotating shaft 102 to rotate, so that the belt can be normally wound. When the winding speed of the belt is greater than the feeding speed and the belt is tight, the belt can drive the belt pressing roller 105 to move along the guide rail 104, when the belt pressing roller 105 moves to a position which can be detected by the second position detector 107, the controller receives the position information of the belt pressing roller 105 detected by the second position detector 107 and controls the rotating shaft driving part 103 to stop acting, so that the winding of the belt on the rotating shaft 102 is suspended in time, the quality problem of the belt due to tightness is avoided, the problem that the belt is tight can be found in time, the action of the rotating shaft driving part 103 is stopped in time, and the problem that the belt is tight can be effectively solved.
In addition, after the winding of the rotating shaft 102 is stopped, the fed tape is continuously fed, at this time, the acting force of the tape on the pinch roller 105 is reduced, so that the pinch roller 105 can return on the guide rail 104 as it is, and when the pinch roller 105 returns to the position that can be detected by the first position detector 106, the controller receives the position information of the pinch roller 105 detected by the first position detector 106 and controls the rotating shaft driving member 103 to operate, thereby driving the rotating shaft 102 to rotate and continuously winding. Therefore, the starting and stopping of the rotating shaft driving part 103 can be controlled in time through the reciprocating motion of the belt pressing roller 105 on the guide rail 104, so that the rolling of the belt is controlled in time, the problem that the belt is tightened is found in time, and the problem can be improved in time.
It can be understood that when the tape is wound, the tape can be wound on the rotating shaft 102 to obtain the tape wound on the rotating shaft 102, and when the next winding is performed, the rotating shaft 102 is replaced to continue the winding. Of course, the winding core may also be sleeved on the rotating shaft 102 according to production needs, and then the tape is wound on the winding core to obtain the tape wound on the winding core, and when the next winding is performed, the winding core is replaced to continue the winding.
It will also be understood that the fact that the pinch roller 105 is adapted to press against the surface of the tape and move along the guide track 104 with the tape means that when the take-up speed of the tape matches the feed speed of the tape, the pinch roller 105 is able to maintain a balanced condition on the surface of the tape, and at this time, the pinch roller 105 does not move on the guide track 104 relative to the guide track 104, i.e. the pinch roller 105 mainly rotates with the tape. When the take-up speed of the tape is greater than the feeding speed of the tape, a certain tension of the tape occurs, and the pinch roller 105 is driven by the tape to move along the guide rail 104. When the pinch roller 105 moves to a position that can be detected by the second position detector 107, the controller controls the rotation shaft driving member 103 to stop, so that the tightness of the belt can be effectively reduced, and at the moment, the acting force of the belt on the pinch roller 105 becomes small, so that the pinch roller 105 can return on the guide rail 104.
It can also be understood that the rotary driving member, the first position detector 106 and the second position detector 107 are respectively electrically connected to the controller, and the controller can control the start and stop of the rotating shaft driving member 103 according to the position information of the pinch roller 105 detected by the first position detector 106 and the second position detector 107, and timely adjust the motion of the rotating shaft 102, so that the rotating shaft 102 can stably wind the belt, and the problem that the belt is damaged due to the fact that the belt is tightened to a large extent is avoided.
In one particular example, the axis of the pinch roller 105 is parallel to the axis of the shaft 102. The axis of the pinch roller 105 is parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft 102, so that the tape can be smoothly conveyed between the pinch roller 105 and the rotating shaft 102, and the rotating shaft 102 can stably roll the tape.
In another specific example, the guide rails 104 are vertically disposed. The guide rail 104 is vertically arranged, which is beneficial to the orderly installation of all components in the tape winding device 100, and meanwhile, the transmission of the tape can be more stable and smooth. Alternatively, when the guide rail 104 is vertically disposed, the pinch roller 105 may move downward on the guide rail 104 due to its own weight. When a take-up speed of the tape occurs that is greater than the feed speed of the tape, the force of the tape against the pinch roller 105 overcomes the force of gravity of the pinch roller 105 to move the pinch roller 105 upward. Then, when the take-up speed of the tape and the feed speed of the tape match, the force of the tape against the pinch roller 105 becomes small, and when the force is smaller than the gravity of the pinch roller 105, the pinch roller 105 moves downward along the guide rail 104.
In one particular example, the tape retractor 100 further includes a feed roller 108, the feed roller 108 being coupled to the top end of the guide rail 104. The tape feed roller 108 is provided to conveniently guide the tape of the previous process to the tape winding device 100 so that the tape enters the tape winding device 100 at a desired angle. When the tape feeding roller 108 is connected to the top end of the guide roller, the tape passes through the bottom of the tape pressing roller 105 after passing through the tape feeding roller 108, so that the tape pressing roller 105 presses the surface of the tape and moves up and down along the guide rail 104 by the tape pressing roller 105 more conveniently in the subsequent work.
Further, a guide groove 1041 is provided on the guide rail 104, and both ends of the pinch roller 105 extend into the guide groove 1041. The guide groove 1041 is arranged to stably limit the pinch roller 105, so that the pinch roller 105 can stably move in the guide groove 1041 and then move on the guide rail 104.
In a specific example, the tape winding device 100 further comprises a tape guide roller 109, the tape guide roller 109 is connected to the base 101, and the tape guide roller 109 is located between the pinch roller 105 and the rotating shaft 102 in the tape conveying direction for guiding the tape conveying. It will be appreciated that the arrangement of the tape guide rollers 109 may provide more stable support for the transportation of the tape, and that an appropriate number of tape guide rollers 109 may be provided in a practical design depending on the transportation path and the transportation angle of the tape, etc. In the tape winding device 100 shown in fig. 1, the number of the tape guide rollers 109 is 4, and the arrangement of 4 tape guide rollers 109 can constitute a transport path of the tape. Of course, the number of tape guide rollers 109 may be set to other values as desired. For example, the number of tape guide rollers 109 may be 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, etc. Alternatively, the tape guide roller 109 is plural in number. It is also understood that a tape guide roller 109 is provided corresponding to the rotation shaft 102 for guiding the tape out of the tape guide roller 109 and taking up the tape on the rotation shaft 102.
In a specific example, there are a plurality of the tape guide rollers 109, and the position of the tape guide roller 109 closest to the guide rail 104 in the transport direction of the tape is higher than the positions of the pinch rollers 105 that can be detected by the first position detector 106 and the second position detector 107. In the tape winding device 100 shown in fig. 1, the position of the tape guide roller 109 closest to the guide rail 104 is higher than the position of the pinch roller 105 that can be detected by the second position detector 107. This facilitates the full use of the path of the pinch roller 105 on the guide rail 104 to control the start and stop of the spindle drive 103. It is understood that when there is only one tape guide roller, the position of the tape guide roller is higher than the positions of the pinch rollers detectable by the first position detector and the second position detector.
Further, the axis of the tape guide roller 109 is parallel to the axis of the rotating shaft 102. The parallel of the axis of the tape guide roller 109 and the axis of the rotation shaft 102 may allow the tape to be more stably transported.
In one particular example, the tape retractor 100 further comprises a tension roller 110, the tension roller 110 being connected to the base 101 for adjusting the tension of the tape. The tension of the belt can be effectively improved by the arrangement of the tension roller 110, so that the belt can be stably conveyed. Specifically, the number of the tension rollers 110 may be set according to actual needs of the belt conveyance path and the like. For example, the number of the tension rollers 110 may be 1, 2, 3, 4, or 5, etc. for adjusting the tension of the belt to a suitable range. In the tape winding apparatus 100 shown in fig. 1, there are 2 tension rollers 110, of which 1 tension roller 110 is adjacent to the pinch roller 105 and the other tension roller 110 is adjacent to the rotating shaft 102.
In a specific example, the axes of the pinch roller 105, the feed roller 108, the tape guide roller 109, the tension roller 110, and the shaft 102 are all parallel. Here, the axis represents the rotation axis of the pinch roller 105, the feed roller 108, the tape guide roller 109, the tension roller 110, and the rotation shaft 102.
In one particular example, the tape winding device 100 further includes a stroke drive 111, the stroke drive 111 being connected to the guide rail 104 for adjusting the movement of the pinch roller 105 in the direction along its axis. The covering stroke of the belt on the axis of the rotating shaft 102 can be adjusted by forming the arrangement of the driving piece, so that the winding width of the belt on the rotating shaft 102 can be adjusted conveniently.
In a specific example, the guide rail 104, the tape guide roller 109 and the tension roller 110 are fixed on the same bracket, and the stroke driving member 111 is connected with the bracket, and the bracket is driven to move by the action of the stroke driving member 111 so as to adjust the movement of the tape pressing roller 105 in the direction along the axis thereof, so as to adjust the covering stroke of the tape on the axis of the rotating shaft 102. Alternatively, the stroke driving member 111 is a telescopic motor or a telescopic cylinder or the like.
In one particular example, the tape take-up device 100 further includes a length counter 112, the length counter 112 being connected to the base 101 for recording the length of tape passing over the pinch roller 105. Through the setting of length counter 112, can detect the rolling length of belt, and then can control the rolling length of belt, when rolling length reaches the requirement, carry out the rolling of next pivot 102 or core.
Further, the length counter 112 is electrically connected to the controller. At this time, the controller may receive the length information of the tape recorded by the length counter 112 and control the start and stop of the rotation shaft driving member 103 according to the length information. When the length information recorded by the length counter 112 meets the setting requirement, that is, the current winding length meets the setting requirement, the controller can control the rotating shaft driving member 103 to stop operating at this time, and after the rotating shaft 102 or the winding core is replaced, the rotating shaft driving member 103 is controlled to start operating to wind the next rotating shaft 102 or winding core.
In a specific example, the tape winding device 100 further includes a shutter 113, and the shutter 113 is located at an end of the rotation shaft 102 for restricting a winding position of the tape. The baffle 113 is provided to limit the winding width of the tape on the rotating shaft 102 to a predetermined width. It is understood that the edge of the baffle 113 protrudes from the surface of the rotating shaft 102. Alternatively, the baffle 113 is circular, the rotating shaft 102 is located at the center of the baffle 113, and the cross-sectional area of the baffle 113 is larger than that of the rotating shaft 102.
Further, the tape winding device 100 further includes a shutter lock 114, and the shutter lock 114 is used to fix the position of the shutter 113 on the rotation shaft 102. Still further, the webbing take-up mechanism 100 further includes a baffle lock slide rail 115, and the baffle lock 114 is located on the baffle lock slide rail 115 to facilitate adjustment of the distance between the baffle lock 114 and the rotary shaft 102.
In one particular example, the first position detector 106 is a proximity switch and/or the second position detector 107 is a proximity switch. The first position detector 106 and/or the second position detector 107 can accurately and timely detect the position of the pinch roller 105 for the proximity switch, so that the controller can conveniently and timely control the starting and stopping of the rotating shaft driving part 103, and the control accuracy of the rotating shaft driving part 103 can be improved.
In one specific example, the tape winding device 100 further includes a display panel 116, and the display panel 116 is located on the surface of the base 101. The working state of each device is convenient to display. For example, the length information recorded by the length counter 112 and the start/stop information of the rotating shaft driving member 103 can be displayed.
In one particular example, the tape winding device 100 further includes an indicator light 117, the indicator light 117 being attached to the top of the base 101. The setting of pilot lamp 117 can carry out audio-visual show to the start-stop state of pivot driving piece 103, for example show the start-stop state of pivot driving piece 103 through different colours to be used for reminding the staff pivot driving piece 103 to start the stop state, improve the security of belt coiling mechanism 100 operation.
In one particular example, the tape retractor 100 further includes a roller 118, the roller 118 being attached to the bottom of the base 101 to facilitate movement of the base 101.
In one particular example, the tape winding device 100 further includes a driven roller 119, the driven roller 119 being coupled to the base 101 and capable of abutting against the tape guide roller 109. During the transfer of the belt, both surfaces of the belt are in contact with the driven roller 119 and the belt guide roller 109, respectively, which is advantageous in improving the stability of the belt transfer. It will be appreciated that the driven rollers 119 may or may not be equal in number to the tape guide rollers 109. In the tape winding device 100 shown in fig. 1, there are 1 driven roller 119, and 1 driven roller 119 corresponds to one of the tape guide rollers 109. It will also be appreciated that the axis of the driven roller 119 is parallel to the axis of the tape guide roller 109.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
