Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention provides a bathroom cabinet 100.
In one embodiment of the present invention, the bathroom cabinet 100 includes a cabinet 10, a dehumidifying apparatus 20, and a heating member 30. The cabinet body 10 is provided with an installation cavity and a drying cavity 10a, and the cabinet body 10 is also provided with an air inlet 10b communicated with the installation cavity, an air outlet 10c communicated with the drying cavity 10a and a taking and placing opening 10 d; the dehumidifying device 20 is arranged in the installation cavity, and the cabinet body 10 is also provided with an air inlet duct 10e for communicating the dehumidifying device 20 with the drying cavity 10 a; the heating member 30 is provided in the air intake duct 10 e.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet 10 may be used to form a mounting cavity and a drying cavity 10a, so that the dehumidifying apparatus 20 may be accommodated through the mounting cavity, and the drying object 300 to be dried (for example, the drying object 300 may be a used towel, or clothes that is cool when the temperature is relatively low) may be accommodated through the drying cavity 10 a. Meanwhile, the cabinet 10 may also be used to form an air inlet 10b, an air inlet duct 10e, and an air outlet 10c to form a flow path of an air flow for dehumidifying humid air flow in a bathroom and heating the drying object 300: enters the installation cavity from the air inlet 10b, enters the air inlet duct 10e after passing through the dehumidifying device 20, then enters the drying cavity 10a, and can flow out from the air outlet 10c to return to the bathroom again. The cabinet 10 may have a substantially rectangular structure, so that the cabinet is regular in shape and convenient to manufacture. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the cabinet 10 may have a substantially square structure, a circular structure, or other shapes. The mounting cavity and the drying cavity 10a formed by the cabinet body 10 may also be rectangular cavities, so that the shape thereof is relatively regular and is convenient for processing and forming. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the mounting cavity and the drying cavity 10a may also be a square cavity, a circular cavity, or other shaped cavities. The air inlet duct 10e may be formed by directly opening the upper cabinet 10, or may be formed by an additional duct on the cabinet 10. The extending shape of the air inlet duct 10e may be linear, arc, or folded line, and may be adapted according to the relative position of the dehumidifier 20 and the drying chamber 10 a. The shape of the air inlet 10b and the air outlet 10c may be square, rectangular or circular, so that the shapes are regular and the processing is convenient. Of course, the shapes of the air inlet 10b and the air outlet 10c may also be triangular, oval or other shapes, etc., so that the external air flow can enter the installation cavity through the air inlet 10b, and the air flow in the drying cavity 10a can flow out to the outside through the air outlet 10 c. The number of the air inlets 10b and the air outlets 10c may be one, and may be two, three or more, and the like, and the number may be adaptively set according to the volume of the installation chamber and the drying chamber 10 a. The access opening 10d may be used for a user to put the drying object 300 into the drying cavity 10a, and after the drying object 300 is dried, the drying object 300200 is taken out from the drying cavity 10a through the access opening 10 d. And the dehumidifying apparatus 20 may be used to remove moisture entrained in the airflow passing through the dehumidifying apparatus 20, so that the airflow becomes a dry airflow. Referring to fig. 1, the dehumidifying device 20 may be a dehumidifier 21, and specifically may include a fan 211, a compressor 213, a condenser 215, an expansion valve 217, an evaporator 218, and a water receiving box 219. The condenser 215 is connected to the compressor 213, the expansion valve 217 is connected to the condenser 215, and the evaporator 218 is connected to the condenser 215 and the compressor 213. The compressor 213 can compress the refrigerant into a high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then the high-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant enters the condenser 215 to be cooled and changed into a low-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant, and then the low-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is intercepted by the expansion valve 217 and changed into a low-temperature low-pressure liquid refrigerant, and finally the low-temperature high-pressure gaseous refrigerant is evaporated by the evaporator 218 to absorb heat and then returns to the compressor 213 to be changed back into a low-temperature low-pressure gaseous refrigerant, so as to realize the circulating reciprocating heat exchange of the refrigerant in the dehumidifying device 20. This allows the evaporator 218 to absorb heat from the outside and the condenser 215 to release heat to the outside. When the dehumidifier 21 is operated, the fan 211 can increase the power to drive the air flow in the bathroom to enter the installation cavity from the air inlet 10b and then pass through the evaporator 218 and the condenser 215 in sequence. Because of the relatively low temperature of the evaporator 218, the entrained moisture in the airflow may condense as water droplets, adsorb on the evaporator 218, and fall onto the water-receiving receptacle 219. At this point, the gas stream passing through the evaporator 218 becomes a relatively low temperature dry gas, i.e., achieves separation from the water vapor. After the relatively low-temperature dry gas passes through the condenser 215, the temperature of the condenser 215 is relatively high, and the relatively low-temperature dry gas can exchange heat with the relatively low-temperature dry gas to return to a normal temperature, so that the temperature of the gas flow is ensured in the process of removing the water vapor in the gas flow. Further, in order to discharge the water in the water receiving box 219 of the dehumidifier 21, in an embodiment of the utility model, the bathroom cabinet 100 further includes a first drain pipe 50, one end of the first drain pipe 50 is communicated with the water receiving box 219 of the dehumidifier 21, and the other end extends to the outside. At this time, the water received in the water receiving box 219 can be discharged to the outside in time through the first water discharging pipe 50, so as to prevent the water received in the water receiving box 219 from being too much and affecting the operation of the dehumidifier 21. Meanwhile, the first drain pipe 50 may guide the water in the water receiving box 219 to a suitable position for draining, thereby improving controllability of the water draining position. The first drainage pipe 50 may be a flexible pipe, so that it can be bent to adjust the drainage direction. In addition, it should be noted that the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the dehumidifying device 20 may also include a fan and a cooling plate. At the moment, when the external humid air flow is driven to pass through the area where the refrigeration sheet is located after being electrified through the fan, the water vapor mixed with the air flow can be precooled and liquefied into water drops, so that the water vapor is removed. After being activated, the heating element 30 may be used to heat the air flow in the air inlet duct 10e, so that the heated air flow enters the drying cavity 10a and exchanges heat with the drying object 300 in the drying cavity 10a to heat and dry the drying object. In one embodiment of the present invention, the heating member 30 is a PTC (Positive Temperature Coefficient) heater. So make heating member 30 resistance increase under high temperature, power reduces to be convenient for with temperature control in certain extent, avoid heating the transition and make its high temperature emergence damage to drying object 300. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the heating element 30 may also be a carbon fiber heater, an infrared heater, an electrothermal tube, or an electrothermal film. That is, it is sufficient that the heating member 30 can be ensured to have a heating function. The number of the heating members 30 may be one, and certainly, at least two heating members 30 may also be provided, so as to heat the air flow in the air inlet duct 10e simultaneously through the at least two heating members 30, so that the air flow can be rapidly heated, and the subsequent drying of the drying object 300 in the drying cavity 10a is facilitated, thereby facilitating the improvement of the drying efficiency of the bathroom cabinet 100 on the drying object 300.
When the bathroom cabinet 100 according to the present invention is used, a humid air flow in the bathroom can enter the installation cavity through the air inlet 10b, and then can pass through the dehumidifying apparatus 20. At this time, the moisture entrained in the passing air flow can be removed by the dehumidifying apparatus 20, so that the air flow becomes a dry air flow. And then the dry air flow can return to the bathroom again after passing through the air inlet duct 10e, the drying cavity 10a and the air outlet 10c, so that the bathroom is dehumidified, and the moisture problem of the bathroom is solved. Further, the bathroom cabinet 100 in the present scheme has the dehumidifying device 20 disposed in the installation cavity, and the wall of the installation cavity can protect the bathroom cabinet 100, so as to reduce the possibility of damage to the bathroom cabinet 100 by foreign objects, thereby prolonging the service life of the dehumidifying device 20.
In addition, the bathroom cabinet 100 of the present embodiment further includes a heating component 30, and the heating component 30 is disposed in the air inlet duct 10 e. At this time, the air flow in the air inlet duct 10e may be heated to have a certain temperature, and after entering the drying cavity 10a, the air flow may exchange heat with the drying object 300 (for example, used towels or clothes that may cause cold or cool when the temperature is relatively low) placed in the drying cavity 10a through the placing/taking opening 10d, so that the bathroom may also achieve heating and drying of the drying object 300.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, a cabinet 10 includes a cabinet body 11 and a drying box 13, the drying box 13 is disposed on the cabinet body 11, a drying cavity 10a is formed in the drying box 13, and the drying box 13 and the cabinet body 11 enclose to form an installation cavity; the air inlet 10b, the air outlet 10c and the air inlet duct 10e are all arranged on the cabinet body 11, the air outlet 10c is further communicated with the installation cavity, the taking and placing opening 10d is arranged on the drying box 13, the drying box 13 is further provided with an air inlet and outlet 13b and an air outlet 13b, the air inlet 13a is communicated with the air inlet duct 10e, and the air outlet 13b is communicated with the installation cavity.
It can be understood that the cabinet body 10 is composed of the cabinet body 11 and the drying box 13, so that the cabinet body 11 and the drying box 13 can be separately and independently manufactured and molded, and then assembled to form a whole after each is completed. At this time, since the cabinet body 11 and the drying box 13 are separated to make their respective structures relatively simple, it is advantageous to improve the convenience of the cabinet 10 in the process molding. And a drying chamber 10a is formed in the drying box 13, and the convenience of processing and forming the drying chamber 10a can be improved because the structure of the drying box 13 is simpler. The size of the pick-and-place opening 10d of the drying box 13 may be the same size of the opening enclosed by the drying cavity 10a, and of course, the size of the pick-and-place opening 10d of the drying box 13 may also be smaller than the opening enclosed by the drying cavity 10 a. In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the air inlet 13a is disposed on a bottom wall of the drying box 13, and the air outlet 13b is disposed on a top wall of the drying box 13. It can be understood that, because the air inlet 13a is disposed on the bottom wall of the drying box 13, the air flow in the air inlet duct 10e can directly flow upwards after entering the drying box 13 from the air inlet 13a, so as to improve the smoothness of the flow of the air flow, and the heated air flow can timely rise to exchange heat with the drying object 300 in the drying cavity 10a to heat and dry the drying object. Similarly, the air outlet 13b is disposed on the bottom wall of the drying box 13, so that the hot air in the drying box 13 can directly flow out from the air outlet 13b after rising a certain distance, thereby further improving the fluidity of the air flow. It should be noted that, of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the air inlet 13a may be disposed on a side wall of the drying box 13, and the air outlet 13b may also be disposed on a side wall of the drying box 13. In addition, the number of the air inlets 13a and the air outlets 13b may be one or at least two, and may be adaptively set according to the volume size of the drying cavity 10a in the drying box 13. The shapes of the air inlet 13a and the air outlet 13b may be square, rectangular, or circular, etc. so that the shapes are regular and the processing and forming are convenient. Of course, the shapes of the air inlet 13a and the air outlet 13b may also be triangle, oval, or other shapes, so as to ensure that the air inlet 13a can be communicated with the air inlet duct 10 e. Further, the drying box 13 may be detachably connected to the cabinet body 11, so that the drying box 13 may be detached from the cabinet body 11 for maintenance and replacement when damaged, thereby improving convenience of maintenance and replacement of the drying box 13. The drying box 13 may be connected to the cabinet body 11 by screws, connected to the cabinet body 11 by fasteners, or fixed to the cabinet body 11 by magnetic attraction. The dehumidifying device 20 may be disposed on the cabinet body 11 to perform a stable installation and fixation of the cabinet body 11. Of course, the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the dehumidifying device 20 may be fixed on the drying box 13, so as to ensure that the dehumidifying device 20 is located in the installation cavity.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet body 11 includes a cabinet plate 113 and a cabinet door, the cabinet plate 113 encloses to form an accommodating cavity 111a with an opening, the drying box 13 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 111a and encloses with a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 111a to form an installation cavity, and the pick-and-place port 10d is communicated with the opening of the accommodating cavity 111 a; the cabinet door is movably connected to the cabinet plate 113, and the cabinet door can move relative to the cabinet plate 113 to open or close the opening of the accommodating cavity 111a and simultaneously open or close the taking and placing opening 10 d; the air inlet 10b is disposed on the cabinet plate 113 or the cabinet door, the air outlet 10c is disposed on the cabinet plate 113 or the cabinet door, and the air inlet duct 10e is disposed on the cabinet plate 113.
It can be understood that the cabinet body 11 is composed of the cabinet plate 113 and the cabinet door, so that the cabinet plate 113 and the cabinet door can be separately manufactured and molded, and then assembled to form a whole after each is completed. At this moment, the cabinet plate 113 and the cabinet door are separated to make the respective structures relatively simple, thereby being beneficial to improving the convenience of the processing and forming of the cabinet body 11. The drying box 13 is arranged in the cabinet plate 113 to form the accommodating cavity 111a, and the drying box 13 and the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 111a form the installation cavity, so that the drying box 13 and the dehumidifying device 20 are more compactly distributed on the cabinet body 11, and the overall size of the cabinet body 10 is reduced. Meanwhile, the arrangement also enables the drying box 13 to be protected to a certain extent through the cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 111a of the cabinet body 11, so that the possibility that the drying box is damaged by foreign objects is reduced. The cabinet door can be rotatably connected to the cabinet plate 113, and at this time, the cabinet door can rotate relative to the cabinet plate 113 to open or close the opening of the accommodating cavity 111a and simultaneously open or close the access opening 10 d. Of course, the cabinet door body may also be slidably connected to the cabinet panel 113, and at this time, the cabinet door can slide relative to the cabinet panel 113 to open or close the opening of the installation cavity and simultaneously open or close the access opening 10 d. The air inlet 10b may be provided in the cabinet panel 113, or may be provided in the cabinet door. Also, the air inlet 10b and the fan 211 dehumidifying apparatus 20 may be in direct communication; of course, the air inlet 10b may be communicated with the accommodating chamber 111a, and the accommodating chamber 111a and the dehumidifying device 20 may be indirectly communicated with each other. Similarly, the air outlet 10c may be disposed on the cabinet panel 113, or may be disposed on the cabinet door. Furthermore, it should be noted that drying box 13 may be disposed on the outer surface of cabinet body 11, and at this time, drying box 13 and the outer wall surface of cabinet body 11 enclose to form a mounting cavity.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, in an embodiment of the present invention, the cabinet body 11 further includes an air duct cover plate 115, and the air duct cover plate 115 is disposed in the accommodating cavity 111a and encloses with a cavity wall of the accommodating cavity 111a to form an air inlet duct 10 e.
It can be understood that the air inlet duct 10e is formed by enclosing the duct cover plate 115 and the wall of the accommodating cavity 111a, and the air inlet duct 10e can be formed by assembling the duct cover plate 115 and the cabinet plate 113 after the duct cover plate 115 and the cabinet plate are respectively formed. The cabinet plate 113 and the air duct cover plate 115 which are respectively formed are relatively simple in structure, so that the convenience of forming the air inlet duct 10e is improved. The air duct cover 115 may surround the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 111a to form the air inlet duct 10e, or may surround the side wall of the accommodating cavity 111a to form the air inlet duct 10e, or surround the bottom wall of the accommodating cavity 111a and the side wall of the accommodating cavity 111a to form the air inlet duct 10 e. In order to improve the convenience of maintenance and replacement of the duct cover 115, the duct cover 115 may be a cabinet plate 113 detachably connected to the cabinet body 11. For example: the air duct cover plate 115 may be connected to the cabinet plate 113 by screws, may be connected to the cabinet plate 113 by fasteners, or may be fixed to the cabinet plate 113 by magnetic attraction. In order to ensure the sealing performance of the air inlet duct 10e, a sealing gasket may be disposed between the connection between the duct cover plate 115 and the cabinet plate 113. The duct cover 115 may be linear, arcuate, or polygonal, and may be adapted to the relative position of the fan 211 and the drying box 13.
