7. A health care pillow as recited in claim 1, wherein a first gap region is provided on a side of the pillow core body close to the neck pillow region, and shoulder pillow regions are provided on both sides of the first gap region.

8. A health care pillow as recited in claim 1, wherein the second face of the pillow core body is a flat face, the first face being opposite the second face.

9. A health care pillow according to any one of claims 1 to 8, further comprising a pillow case, wherein a cool feeling fabric is provided on the first surface of the pillow case.
