Background
The gas relay is a main protection device of the transformer and is arranged on a connecting pipe between a transformer oil tank and an oil conservator. The inclination angle of the pipeline is between 1% and 1.5%, so that produced fault gas can flow into the gas relay, when the transformer breaks down, a large amount of gas or oil is expanded, at the moment, oil-gas flow can rush to the oil storage cabinet, and the flowing oil-gas flow enables the gas relay to generate heavy gas tripping action. If a slight fault or air enters the transformer, a light gas alarm signal can be generated on the upper contact of the gas relay. The latent fault of the transformer can be found as early as possible through the heavy gas tripping action or the light gas alarm signal, and the transformer accident can be prevented in time. However, in practical application, as the operation life of the gas relay increases, a series of technical problems such as setting value change, poor contact of contacts, aging of elements and the like may occur, so that periodic detection of the gas relay is particularly important.
The existing detection device is complex in operation, a large amount of manpower is consumed to assemble and disassemble the gas relay for detection, and meanwhile, the gas relay cannot be guaranteed to be horizontal due to manual operation, so that the problem of inaccurate detection data can be caused.

Aiming at the defects in the prior art, the invention provides a detection device for an automatic horizontal hydraulic gas relay. The invention aims to realize the detection work of heavy gas tripping action and light gas alarm signals of the gas relay after the gas relay is automatically and horizontally clamped.

Meanwhile, large particle impurities in the gas relay can be filtered, the phenomenon that the large particle impurities block a channel and pollute oil is avoided, and the accuracy of a detection result can be obviously improved.

And 2, placing the level meter 10 on the gas relay 11, and adjusting the gas relay 11 to be horizontal, so that the gas relay 11 is kept in a horizontal state before detection, and the problem that the measured data is deviated due to the fact that the gas relay 11 is not in the horizontal state is avoided.
And 3, operating the first automatic hydraulic device 5 and the third automatic hydraulic device 15 to enable the first flange 6 and the second flange 14 to clamp the gas relay 11 to a fixed position.
And 4, connecting the light gas alarm signal terminal 8 and the heavy gas trip signal terminal 9 at the upper end of the gas relay 11 into an external instrument signal indicating device 20 through a connecting wire to observe whether a signal exists or not.
When the signal of the gas relay 11 heavy gas trip signal terminal 9 is detected, the flow value measured by the flowmeter 3 is recorded.
And step 5, filling the oil tank 1 with transformer oil, opening the oil inlet valve 4 and the oil return valve 19, closing the light gas oil valve 17, and opening the air release valve 7 at the upper end of the gas relay 11 to lower the oil level in the gas relay 11.
Step 6, the oil tank 1 is connected with an oil pipe through an oil outlet and enters an oil inlet of the oil pump 2, after the oil flow speed in the oil pipe is changed through the rotating speed of the oil pump 2, the oil is sent from the oil outlet of the oil pump 2 to the oil inlet of the flowmeter 3 through the oil pipe, the flow rate is measured by the flowmeter 3, the oil flow enters the automatic hydraulic device 5 and the oil inlet of the first flange 6 through the oil pipe and the oil inlet valve 4 from the oil outlet of the flowmeter 3, the oil with the flow rate passes through the inner part of the gas relay 11, after the gas relay 11 is filled with oil, the air release valve 7 is closed, oil flows through the second flange 14 and the third automatic hydraulic device 15, passes through the oil outlet, is connected through the oil pipe and enters the oil inlet of the filtering device 16, after the filtering device 16 filters large particle impurities inside the gas relay 11, the oil flow passes through the oil outlet of the filtering device 16, enters the oil return port of the oil tank 1 through the oil pipe and the oil return valve 19, and returns to the oil tank 1. When the flow velocity of the oil flow reaches a certain value of 0-4.0 m/and the heavy gas trip signal terminal 9 generates a signal, the heavy gas trip detection is completed.
The device can filter large-particle impurities in the gas relay 11 through the filtering device 16, so that the problems that the large-particle impurities block a channel, pollute oil and influence detection can be avoided.
