As shown in fig. 3, 4, 6-7, a downward third step 21 is provided on the inner wall of the outer ring 2, an upward fourth step 32 is provided at the lower end of the cone 3, and the third step 21 is adapted to be seated above the fourth step 32. The first section 41 is in threaded connection with the corresponding first pin hole 22 in the outer ring 2, the second section 42 is embedded in the corresponding second pin hole 33 in the outer wall of the cone cylinder 3, and the third section 43 passes through the corresponding second pin hole 33 in the inner wall of the cone cylinder 3 and is provided with a cotter pin 44. When the pin 4 is sheared off, the first section 41 is screwed into the outer ring 2, as shown in fig. 6. The second section 42 and the third section 43 are integrated, the left end and the right end of the second section 42 and the third section 43 are limited through the cotter pin 44 and the outer wall of the conical cylinder 3, as shown in fig. 7, the first section 41, the second section 42 and the third section 43 of the pin 4 can be prevented from falling to the electric submersible pump unit, and the pin 4 is prevented from blocking a flow channel of the electric submersible pump unit.
The pressure setting joint for the cable throwing and fishing electric submersible pump system can realize unidirectional setting from top to bottom, and does not influence pumping operation of an electric submersible pump unit; the pressure relief can be carried out on the upper portion of the conical cylinder 3 by shearing the cutting pin 4, liquid in an oil pipe column on the upper portion of the conical cylinder 3 is discharged, and then the electric submersible pump unit can be lifted out through the bearing cable so as to carry out maintenance work, and further, factors influencing the use safety of the whole electric submersible pump system can be removed in advance.

2. Pressure setting joint for a cable running and fishing submersible pump system according to claim 1, characterized in that a first axial stop means is provided above the outer ring (2) and/or a second axial stop means is provided above the blocking body (5).
