The in-vehicle garbage bag fixing box according to claim 2, wherein the box body further comprises bosses, and the bosses are distributed at intervals with the garbage bag hanging part; the garbage bag fixing box in the vehicle also comprises an elastic fastener, the elastic fastener is assembled on the box body fixing frame, and the elastic fastener is positioned on the moving path of the boss; when the box body is in the hidden position, the elastic buckle part is abutted against one side of the lug boss facing the garbage bag hanging part; when the box body is in the open position, the elastic fastener is positioned on one side of the boss departing from the garbage bag hanging part.

The in-vehicle trash bag fixing box of claim 1, further comprising a trash bag fixing member assembled to the box body, the trash bag fixing member being selectively located at a fixing position or a releasing position with respect to the box body, wherein when the trash bag fixing member is located at the fixing position, the trash bag fixing member encloses the trash bag hanging portion and presses the opened trash bag against the box body; when the garbage bag fixing piece is located at the loosening position, the garbage bag hanging portion is located outside the range surrounded by the garbage bag fixing piece.

The in-vehicle trash bag fixing box of claim 5, wherein the box body further comprises hinge parts of fixing members spaced apart from the trash bag hanging part, the trash bag fixing members are hinged to the hinge parts of fixing members, and the trash bag fixing members are switched between the fixing positions and the releasing positions with respect to the rotation of the hinge parts of fixing members.

The in-vehicle trash bag fixing box of claim 6, further comprising a limiting member assembled to the box body; the disposal bag mounting is equipped with the draw-in groove, the draw-in groove is located the surface of disposal bag mounting, works as the disposal bag mounting is in when fixed position, the draw-in groove deviates from the disposal bag hangs establishes the portion, the locating part card is located in the draw-in groove.

8. The in-vehicle garbage bag fixing box as claimed in claim 1, wherein the box body further comprises a storage rack located below the garbage bag hanging portion, the storage rack being used for storing articles.

9. A console, comprising:

a plate body; and

the in-vehicle trash bag fixing box of any one of claims 1 to 8, wherein the box body fixing frame is assembled to the plate body.

10. An automobile, comprising:

a vehicle body; and

a secondary instrument panel as set forth in claim 9, mounted to said vehicle body.
