The application provides a roller comprising a main body portion 1, an index member 2 and an air extraction device, the main body portion 1 having a plurality of cavities 11, the cavity 11 is respectively provided with a first through hole 111 and a second through hole 112, the dividing piece 2 is provided with a third through hole 21, the third through hole 21 is used for being communicated with the first through hole 111, the air extracting device is used for being communicated with the third through hole 21 and extracting air, in which the body portion 1 is able to rotate relative to the index 2, when the first through hole 111 and the third through hole 21 are communicated, the air exhausting means exhausts the air of the chamber 11 corresponding to the first through hole 111 through the third through hole 21, the pressure of the gas in the corresponding cavity 11 is reduced, the pole piece is absorbed through the corresponding second through hole 112, the tension applied to the pole piece is improved, the possibility of wrinkles generated on the pole piece is reduced, and when the roller draws the pole piece, only part of the cavity 11 is pumped, and compared with the whole pumping, the pumping cost is reduced.

Claims (10)

1. A roll for a coater, the roll comprising:
the main body part (1), the main body part (1) is provided with a plurality of cavities (11), and each cavity (11) is provided with a first through hole (111) and a second through hole (112);
an index (2), said index (2) having a third through hole (21), said third through hole (21) being for communication with said first through hole (111);
the air extracting device is communicated with the third through hole (21);
the main body part (1) can rotate relative to the dividing piece (2), when the main body part (1) rotates to the first through hole (111) and the third through hole (21) are communicated, the air extracting device is used for extracting air of the cavity (11) corresponding to the first through hole (111) through the third through hole (21), and the second through hole (112) is used for adsorbing a pole piece.
2. A roll according to claim 1, characterized in that a plurality of said cavities (11) are arranged around the axis of the roll, that in the direction of the axis of the roll the main body part (1) has a first end surface (12) on one side and a second end surface (13) on the other side, that at least one of the first end surface (12) and the second end surface (13) is provided with said first through holes (111), and that the indices (2) are located on the side of the main body part (1) where the first through holes (111) are provided.
3. A roller according to claim 2, characterized in that said third through holes (21) are able to communicate simultaneously with a plurality of said first through holes (111).
4. A roll according to claim 2, characterized in that the third through holes (21) extend in the circumferential direction of the first end surface (12) or the second end surface (13).
5. A roller according to claim 4, characterized in that the third through hole (21) has a corresponding central angle equal to the wrap angle of the pole piece in contact with the main portion (1).
6. A roller according to claim 1, characterized in that the dimension of the third through hole (21) in the direction of the diameter of the roller is equal to the diameter of the first through hole (111).
7. A roll according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the indices (2) have a sealing ring, which is arranged around the third through hole (21) and which is mounted between the indices (2) and the body part (1).
8. A roll according to any one of claims 1-6, characterized in that the main body (1) is provided with a mounting (14), which mounting (14) projects in the direction of the roll axis relative to the main body (1).
9. A roll according to any of claims 1-6, characterized in that it comprises a sleeve, the sleeve surface having a plurality of ventilation holes, the sleeve being journalled in the body part (1).
10. A coater comprising a roll, wherein the roll is the roll of any one of claims 1 to 9.
