An embodiment of the present disclosure provides a battery box, including: a box body 1, one side of which is provided with an opening and closing door 12; a ventilation hole 13 arranged on the switch door 12 for exchanging the gas inside and outside the box body 1; and a blowing assembly 2 disposed on the case 1 for blowing air into the case 1, wherein the blowing assembly 2 includes: an air inlet duct 21 which is arranged on the box body 1 and communicated with the interior of the box body 1; and a blower 22 provided in the intake duct 21 for blowing air into the case 1. Referring to fig. 1 to 7, the battery case according to the embodiment may include a case body 1 and a blowing assembly 2. The box body 1 is used for storing a plurality of batteries 11, the front surface of the box body 1 is provided with a switch door 12, and the switch door 12 is provided with a vent hole 13. The air blowing assembly 2 is arranged on the box body 1, cold air can be blown into the box body 1, the temperature of the battery 11 in the box body 1 is reduced, and meanwhile, higher-temperature air after heat exchange can be discharged out of the box body 1 through the ventilation holes 13, so that the box body 1 is continuously cooled. The blowing assembly 2 comprises an air inlet pipeline 21 and a fan 22, wherein the air inlet pipeline 21 is arranged on the box body 1 and is communicated with the interior of the box body 1 through an opening which is preset on the box body 1; a fan 22 is disposed within the intake duct 21 for providing a source of wind power to the intake assembly. According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the air inlet duct 21 is provided on the outer wall of the cabinet 1 at the opposite side of the opening and closing door 12. Referring to fig. 2, the front of the cabinet 1 is provided with the opening and closing door 12, and the intake duct 21 is provided at the back of the cabinet 1, i.e., the intake duct 21 and the opening and closing door 12 are located at opposite sides of the cabinet 1. Therefore, cold air blown in by the air inlet pipeline 21 can be directly discharged through the vent holes 13 on the switch door 12 after heat exchange, the heat exchange efficiency of air in the box body 1 is increased, and the heat dissipation and cooling effects are improved.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the blower 22 blows air toward the inside of the cabinet 1 in the first direction, wherein the first direction is directed to the ventilation hole 13 from the air outlet side of the blower 22. Referring to fig. 2 again, the air inlet duct 21 and the vent 13 are located at substantially the same level, so that the cool air blown into the box 1 by the fan 22 can be directly discharged through the vent 13, and the wind force of the fan 22 is prevented from being weakened by being blocked by the inner wall (i.e., the opening/closing door 12) of the box 1. Through the design, the wind speed of the air discharged from the vent holes 13 can be ensured to be larger as much as possible, so that the heat dissipation effect is better.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, further comprising: the temperature sensor 5 is arranged in the box body 1; and the display screen 7 is arranged on the outer wall of the box body 1 and is electrically connected with the temperature sensor 5. The temperature sensor 5 is installed on the inner wall of the box body 1 and used for monitoring the temperature of the environment where the battery 11 in the box body 1 is located. The display screen 7 is arranged on the side wall outside the box body 1, is electrically connected with the temperature sensor 5 and is used for displaying the temperature value monitored by the temperature sensor 5 in real time. From this, through the temperature information that shows on the display screen 7, managers can learn the inside temperature of box 1 fast to judge whether this temperature is too high, so that take corresponding measure and in time cool down, avoid the risk such as the too high conflagration that causes of temperature in the box 1.
In some exemplary embodiments, the blower 22 may be connected to the display 7, and the blower 22 may be turned on or off by a switch button on the display 7, which is convenient for operation. In other embodiments, a mechanical switch may be provided on the blower 22, and the blower 22 may be activated or deactivated by manually depressing the mechanical switch.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the humidity sensor 6 is located inside the box body 1 and fixed at the vent hole 13, and the humidity sensor 6 is electrically connected with the display screen 7. The humidity sensor 6 is arranged in the box body 1 and used for monitoring the humidity of the environment where the battery 11 in the box body 1 is located and displaying a humidity value in real time through the display screen 7. From this, through the humidity information that shows on display screen 7, managers can learn the inside humidity of box 1 fast to judge whether this humidity is too high, prevent that the interior humidity of box 1 is too big to influence the normal work of battery 11, for example cause the short circuit etc..

Further, the smoke alarm 4 is arranged near the vent hole 13 on the switch door 12 and is opposite to the blowing component 2 arranged on the back of the box body 1. When the blowing assembly 2 blows air into the case 1, the air in the case 1 is discharged through the vent hole 13, that is, the air at the vent hole 13 flows fast. The smoke alarm 4 is arranged at the vent hole 13, so that the smoke concentration in the air exhausted from the vent hole 13 can be detected, and whether smoke is generated in the box body 1 or not can be known in time.
In some exemplary embodiments, a current sensor may be further provided to monitor the current intensity of the battery 11 in the box 1, and display a corresponding current intensity value through the display screen 7, so as to timely know the operating state of the battery 11. For example, when the current sensor detects that the current is abnormal, the manager may be reminded through the display 7.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the blowing assembly 2 further includes a filter screen 23 disposed in the air inlet duct 21 for blocking foreign substances from entering the interior of the cabinet 1. Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the periphery of the filter screen 23 is fixedly connected to the inner wall of the air inlet duct 21, so as to prevent impurities or foreign matters in the air from being brought into the box body 1 when the blower 22 blows air into the box body 1, which may contaminate the environment inside the box and affect the normal use of the battery 11.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the filter screen 23 is disposed at a side of the blower fan 22 away from the cabinet 1. That is, the filter screen 23 is disposed on the air inlet side of the fan 22, so that it can be avoided that the fan 22 is damaged by sucking large particles of impurities when the fan 22 sucks air from the external environment, and the operation of the fan 22 is affected.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the end of the intake duct 21 is provided with a flange 24 for connection with the cabinet 1. Referring to fig. 5 and 7, the air inlet duct 21 is detachably connected to the box 1 via a flange 24, so that the air inlet duct 21 and the fan 22 therein can be detached and replaced at any time, and maintenance is facilitated. In other embodiments, the air inlet duct 21 may be fixed to the box 1 in other manners as long as the connection is ensured to be stable, for example, the air inlet duct 21 may be welded to the box 1.

7. The battery box according to any one of claims 1 to 6, further comprising:
the temperature sensor is arranged in the box body; and
and the display screen is arranged on the outer wall of the box body and is electrically connected with the temperature sensor.
8. The battery box of claim 7, further comprising a humidity sensor located inside the box body and fixed at the vent, the humidity sensor being electrically connected to the display screen.
9. The battery box of claim 7, further comprising a gas fire extinguisher located inside the box body and fixed to the top surface of the box body.
10. The battery box of claim 7, further comprising a smoke alarm located inside the box body and secured at the vent.
