The installation method of the indoor unit is adapted through the installation direction of the wet film humidifier 2-5, when the indoor unit is installed vertically, the wet film humidifier 2-5 can be installed transversely, the first humidifying and temperature returning part access door 2-2 is convenient to open for maintenance, when the first humidifying and temperature returning part access door 2-2 is inconvenient to open in the front side in hanging installation, the wet film humidifier 2-5 can be installed longitudinally, and maintenance is convenient to carry out through the second humidifying and temperature returning part access door 2-3.
The electric devices in the humidifying and temperature returning part 2 are electrically connected with the electric cabinet assembly 3-15.
The first humidifying and temperature returning part access door 2-2 and the second humidifying and temperature returning part access door 2-3 are hinged to the frame bodies of all the parts and are fixed through positioning pieces, the positioning pieces are bolts or snap locks, and the combination parts of the access doors and the frame bodies of all the parts are sealed through heat preservation cotton.
The detachable bottom support 4 can be installed below the purification temperature adjusting part 3, or the detachable suspender support 5 is installed on the back of the whole of the fan sterilizing part 1, the humidification temperature returning part 2 and the purification temperature adjusting part 3, and a proper installation means is selected through a use scene.
The working principle is as follows:
the outdoor unit is a variable-frequency low-temperature triple water supply outdoor unit, and after the indoor unit, the outdoor unit and the pipeline are connected, the equipment is started.
Fresh air: the fresh air valve of the indoor unit is controlled by the electric cabinet, outdoor fresh oxygen-enriched air is introduced, and the air valve is an electric air valve and can steplessly regulate and control the opening degree of the blades, so that the fresh air quantity is freely controlled.
And (3) dehumidification: when the dehumidification device is used for dehumidification in summer, chilled water is provided by the outdoor unit, enters the heat exchanger assemblies 3-7, and is subjected to heat exchange with heat in air to perform cooling and dehumidification. When the dehumidification device is used for dehumidification in winter, hot water is supplied by the outdoor unit, enters the heat exchanger assembly 3-7, and is heated and dehumidified, and the dehumidification amount is changed by adjusting a valve in a pipeline; or the air quantity of the fan is adjusted by 1-5; or the dehumidification capacity can be adjusted by adjusting the compressor efficiency of the outdoor unit.
Humidifying: the water inlet of the wet film humidifier 2-5 is connected with a water source through a pipeline, and an electric water valve is arranged in the pipeline. When the humidifying function is started, the opening degree of the electric water valve is opened and adjusted, so that the humidifying quantity is adjusted.
Refrigerating: when the air conditioner is used for refrigeration, the outdoor unit provides chilled water, the chilled water enters the heat exchanger assemblies 3-7 and exchanges heat with heat in air, and therefore cooling and refrigeration are conducted. The adjustment of the refrigerating capacity is realized by the three modes.
Heating: when the air conditioner is used for heating, hot water is supplied by the outdoor unit, enters the heat exchanger assembly 3-7, and exchanges heat with cold energy in the air to heat.
Purification: when the room is seriously polluted, the polluted air is purified by a front filter and a high-efficiency filter, and harmful particles, dust, methanol, benzene and other TVOC substances are removed.
And (3) sterilization: the UV lamps 1-4 are turned on, and the sterilization and disinfection are carried out through ultraviolet rays.
Besides the functions realized through a manual mode, the indoor air can be monitored through the sensor assemblies 3-16 on the indoor return air inlet flanges 3-14, the sensor assemblies 3-16 are five-in-one sensors (37) for monitoring the temperature, the humidity, the PM2.5, the TVOC and the methanol content, the automatic mode is realized, the system automatically adjusts the intake of fresh air, and the functional operations of powerful dehumidification, fresh air ventilation, air purification and the like are performed. And automatically adjusting the temperature and the humidity according to the set temperature and the set humidity.
This embodiment is applicable to the environment that need not use the humidification temperature return, through fan sterilization portion 1, humidification temperature return portion 2 combines with purification temperature regulation portion 3, can realize the sterilization to current service environment air, purify, adjust the temperature, trade the wind, dehumidification and humidification function, the air supply of 1 top of fan sterilization portion, this indoor set air outlet connects the air-splitting case, insert every room wind gap through the tuber pipe, use a machine can satisfy a plurality of rooms and use, when individual room need not use, through closing the wind valve port, the outer machine of frequency conversion is automatic to be moved under the low frequency power saving, energy saving and environmental protection, avoid causing the unnecessary energy extravagant.
It should be noted that the humidifying and temperature-returning part 2 is suitable for the winter with dry gas environment, and can be used in cooperation with the heat exchanger assembly 3-7 during dehumidification in winter, the principle is to recover the heat of the hot water stored in the outdoor unit, the outdoor unit is connected with the temperature-returning heat exchanger assembly 2-4 through a water pipe, and the indoor air is heated and dehumidified through the indoor return air inlet, and under the working environment, the complete heat exchanger assembly 3-7 is not needed in winter, so that the energy-saving effect is achieved.
