Detailed Description
Please refer to fig. 1 to 4, which illustrate a first embodiment of the retractable vehicle sunshade according to the present application. The automobile sunshade comprises a frame 10, a support rod and a sunshade cloth 30. The frame 10 is rectangular or rounded rectangle, and has two parallel long sides 11, 13 and two parallel short sides 12, 14, and a right angle or circular arc is formed between the adjacent long sides and short sides. The struts have a plurality of struts, here schematically represented as 4 struts 21 to 24, arranged in series from front to back along the long axis of the vehicle (longitudinal axis, i.e. the line between the midpoint of the first short side 12 and the midpoint of the second short side 14). Each strut 21 to 24 is rotatably fixed to the first long side 11 of the frame 10 by a first end 21a, 22a, 23a, 24a, and each strut 21 to 24 is rotatably fixed to the second long side 13 of the frame 10 by a second end 21b, 22b, 23b, 24 b. All the support rods 21 to 24 fix and support the sunshade cloth 30, the frame 10 serves to fix all the support rods 21 to 24, and the frame 10 also serves to assist in supporting the sunshade cloth 30. The whole automobile sunshade is symmetrical left and right relative to the long axis of the automobile. In use, the sunshade 30 is opened by pulling up the stays 21 to 24 by rotation. When stored, the sunshade cloth 30 is folded by laying down the stays 21 to 24 by the secondary folding and turning.
Referring to fig. 5, the strut 23 is taken as an example, and the other struts have the same structure. Each strut is U-shaped with two strut legs 234 and 238 on either side of the U-shaped structure and a strut top 236 in the middle of the U-shaped structure.
Optionally, two long sides 11, 13 of the frame 10 are respectively provided with a mirror buckle 42 for stably connecting the entire automobile sunshade with two rear-view mirrors of an automobile, so as to prevent external forces such as wind from moving the entire automobile sunshade.
Optionally, one or more suction cups 44 are disposed on the inner side of the frame 10 for sucking on the front window, side window, rear window and/or outer frame of the car to prevent the external force such as wind from moving the position of the sunshade of the car.
Optionally, a storage rope 46 is disposed on one short side 12 or 14 of the side frame 10, and is used for binding the folded automobile sunshade for storage and placement.
Optionally, an elastic cord 47, such as a rubber band, is provided on one of the short sides 12 or 14 of the frame 10. When the whole automobile sunshade is opened and arranged at the top of the car, one part of the elastic rope 47 is pressed into a spare trunk of the car, and the whole automobile sunshade is fixed and prevented from being stolen to a certain extent by closing the spare trunk.
Optionally, one or more cylindrical sponges (not shown) are sleeved on the frames and/or the struts to prevent the frames and/or the struts from damaging the windows and/or the outer frame of the automobile (e.g., scratching glass, painting, etc.).
The embodiment of the retractable automobile sunshade has a plurality of application scenes. The first application scenario is to place the whole car sunshade on the top of a car, and at the moment, two short sides of the frame 10 are respectively placed on a hood and a trunk of the car, and the size of the frame 10 can ensure that the sunshade cloth 30 covers a front window, a rear window, a side window and a skylight (such as a skylight) of the car. The second application scenario is to place the entire car sunshade on the top of the minibus or the bus, and the size of the frame 10 ensures that the sunshade cloth 30 covers the front window, the rear window, the side window and the skylight (such as a skylight) of the minibus or the bus. The third application scenario is to place the entire car sunshade in a parking position on the ground, and the inner space formed by the frame 10 and all the struts can be used to accommodate the entire car.
Referring to fig. 6, the strut 23 is taken as an example, and the structure of other struts may be the same or different, which is an alternative. Each leg of each leg is formed of two parts, with the two parts 2341 and 2342 of the leg 234 being partially overlapped and secured in the overlapped position by the fastener 50. The fastener 50 may be loosened or tightened, the overlapping length of the two portions 2341 and 2342 of the strut foot 234 being adjusted to adjust the length of the strut foot 234, the two portions 2341 and 2342 of the strut foot 234 being fixed in position when tightened. By adjusting the length of the two strut legs 234, 238 synchronously, the size of the accommodation space below the strut 23 can be adjusted. The size of the internal space formed by the frame 10 and all the struts can be adjusted by adjusting the length of the strut legs of all the struts synchronously.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a first folding position a1 and a2 are respectively disposed in the middle area of the two long sides 11 and 13 of the frame 10. On the first long side 11 of the frame 10, a telescopic rod structure is formed between the first folding position a1 and the first end 22a of the adjacent and distant strut 22. On the second long side 13 of the frame 10, a telescopic rod structure is formed between the first folding position a2 and the second end 22b of the adjacent and distant strut 22. Whole car sunshade is partial or whole pulling open simultaneously when using two telescopic rod structure, and two telescopic rod structure contract completely in step when accomodating. After the two telescopic rod structures are synchronously and completely contracted, the primary folding position A1 is positioned at the middle point of the first long edge 11, the primary folding position A2 is positioned at the middle point of the second long edge 13, and the whole automobile sunshade is symmetrical front and back relative to the short axis (the transverse axis, namely the connecting line of the primary folding position A1 to A2) of the automobile.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, after the two telescopic rod structures on the two long sides 11, 13 of the frame 10 are completely contracted synchronously, the two long sides 11, 13 of the frame 10 are rotated 180 degrees around the primary folding positions a1, a2, respectively, at this time, the two long sides 11, 13 of the frame 10 are folded in half at the midpoints a1, a2, so that the lengths of the two long sides become half of the original lengths, and at the same time, the two short sides 12, 14 of the frame 10 are overlapped with the strut tops of all the struts 21 to 24, and the sunshade 30 is folded together, which is a primary folding, as shown in fig. 7. At this time, the leg portions of the legs 21 and 24 overlap, and the leg portions of the legs 22 and 23 overlap. The whole automobile sunshade is changed into a U-shaped plane structure from a three-dimensional approximate arched structure after being folded once.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, two secondary folding positions B1 and B2, B11 and B12 are respectively disposed on the two short sides 12 and 14 of the frame 10. Two secondary folding positions B3 and B4, B5 and B6, B7 and B8, B9 and B10 are provided on the top of all the struts 21 to 24, respectively. The projection of the connecting line of one secondary folding position B1, B3, B5, B7, B9 and B11 on each short side or strut of the frame 10 on the horizontal plane is parallel to the long axis of the automobile, and the projection of the connecting line of the other secondary folding position B2, B4, B6, B8, B10 and B12 on each short side or strut of the frame 10 on the horizontal plane is parallel to the long axis of the automobile.
Referring to fig. 1 to 8, the entire sunshade for the car is folded once and then folded at the secondary folding positions B1, B3, B5, B7, B9 and B11, and folded once and then folded again at the secondary folding positions B2, B4, B6, B8, B10 and B12, as shown in fig. 7. At this time, the first long side 11 folded in half and one side of all the struts of the frame 10 are rotated by about 90 degrees along the second folding positions B1, B3, B5, B7, B9, and B11, and the second long side 13 folded in half and the other side of all the struts of the frame 10 are rotated by about 90 degrees along the second folding positions B2, B4, B6, B8, B10, and B12, which is the second folding, as shown in fig. 8. The whole automobile sunshade is changed into a plane structure similar to a rectangle from a plane structure similar to a U shape after being folded for the second time, and the length and the width of the whole automobile sunshade are reduced, so that the whole automobile sunshade is convenient to store and place.
Please refer to fig. 9 and 11, which illustrate a second embodiment of the retractable sunshade for a vehicle according to the present application. One of the differences between the second embodiment and the first embodiment is the manner of fixation of the struts, here schematically indicated as 4 struts 21 to 24. The struts 21, 24 are rotatably fixed to the first long side 11 of the frame 10 by first ends 21a, 24a, and the struts 21, 24 are rotatably fixed to the second long side 13 of the frame 10 by second ends 21b, 24 b. The first end 22a and the second end 22b of the strut 22 are rotatably fixed to the two strut legs of the strut 21, respectively. The first end 23a and the second end 23b of the strut 23 are rotatably fixed to the two strut legs of the strut 24, respectively. In use, the sunshade 30 is opened by pulling up the stays 21 to 24 by rotation. When stored, the sunshade cloth 30 is folded by laying down the stays 21 to 24 by the secondary folding and turning.
The second embodiment is different from the first embodiment in a one-time folding manner. Referring to fig. 9 to 11, a first folding position a5 and a6 are respectively disposed at a midpoint of the two long sides 11 and 13 of the frame 10. The entire vehicle sunshade is symmetrical in the front-rear direction along a line connecting the primary folding positions a5 to a6 (i.e., the minor axis of the vehicle), and the entire vehicle sunshade is symmetrical in the left-right direction with respect to the major axis of the vehicle. Two further primary folding positions A3, a7 are provided on the first long side 11 of the frame 10 equidistant from the primary folding position a 5. Two further primary folding positions a4, A8 are provided on the second long side 13 of the frame 10, equidistant from the primary folding position a 6. W-folding the first long side 11 of the frame 10 along the one-time folding positions A3, A5, A7, as shown in FIG. 10; the second long side 13 of the frame 10 is synchronously W-folded along the one-time folding positions a4, a6, A8. At this time, the two long sides 11, 13 of the frame 10 are both shorter than half of the original length after being folded in the W shape, and at the same time, the two short sides 12, 14 of the frame 10 are overlapped with the strut tops of all the struts 21 to 24, and the sunshade cloth 30 is folded together, which is a single folding, as shown in fig. 11. At this time, the leg portions of the legs 21 and 24 overlap, and the leg portions of the legs 22 and 23 overlap. The whole automobile sunshade is changed into a U-shaped plane structure from a three-dimensional approximate arched structure after being folded once.
The second folding method of the second embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment, and is not described herein. Second embodiment is as shown in fig. 12 after the secondary folding, the whole sunshade of the car is changed from the approximately U-shaped plane structure to the approximately rectangular plane structure after the secondary folding, and the length and the width are both reduced, thereby being convenient for storage and placement.
Please refer to fig. 13 and 14, which illustrate a third embodiment of the retractable vehicle sunshade according to the present application. The difference between the third embodiment and the first embodiment is that only a part of the first embodiment is cut out, and the third embodiment is only used for shielding the front window or the rear window of the automobile, but not used for shielding all windows of the automobile. The automobile sunshade comprises a frame 10, a support rod and a sunshade cloth 30. The frame 10 is U-shaped, having two parallel sides 11, 13 and another side 12 substantially perpendicular to the two preceding sides, and a right angle or a circular arc is formed between the adjacent long and short sides. The strut has a plurality of struts, here schematically represented as 2 struts 21 to 22, arranged in series from front to back along the longitudinal axis of the vehicle. Each strut 21 to 22 is rotatably secured to the first side 11 of the frame 10 by a first end 21a, 22a and each strut 21 to 22 is rotatably secured to the second side 13 of the frame 10 by a second end 21b, 22 b. The whole automobile sunshade is bilaterally symmetrical relative to the long axis of the automobile. In use, the sunshade 30 is opened by pulling up the stays 21 to 22 by rotation. When stored, the sunshade cloth 30 is folded by turning to lay down the stays 21 to 22, which is one-time folding. The second folding method in the third embodiment is the same as that in the first embodiment, and is not repeated here, similarly to fig. 8.
Please refer to fig. 15, which shows a fourth embodiment of the retractable and foldable sunshade for vehicle. The difference between the fourth embodiment and the second embodiment is that only a part of the second embodiment is cut out, and the fourth embodiment is only used for shielding the front window or the rear window of the automobile, but not used for shielding all windows of the automobile. The difference between the fourth embodiment and the third embodiment is the manner of fixation of the struts, here schematically indicated as 2 struts 21 to 22. The bar 21 is pivotally secured to the first long side 11 of the frame 10 by a first end 21a, and the bar 21 is pivotally secured to the second long side 13 of the frame 10 by a second end 21 b. The first end 22a and the second end 22b of the strut 22 are rotatably fixed to the two strut legs of the strut 21, respectively. The whole automobile sunshade is bilaterally symmetrical relative to the long axis of the automobile. In use, the sunshade cloth 30 is opened by rotating and pulling up the stays 21 to 22. When stored, the sunshade cloth 30 is folded by turning to lay down the stays 21 to 22, which is one-time folding. The second folding method in the fourth embodiment is the same as that in the second embodiment, and is not repeated here, similarly to fig. 12.
The application provides a scalable folding car sunshade, embodiment one and embodiment two can be used to shelter from all windows of whole car, and secondary folding's mode of accomodating has been designed very much, has the characteristics of accomodating small volume. The first embodiment and the second embodiment can be used for shielding a front window or a rear window of an automobile, and the first embodiment and the second embodiment have the characteristic of small storage volume because the first embodiment and the second embodiment are small in size and only adopt a rotary supporting rod storage mode.
The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present application and are not intended to limit the present application. Various modifications and changes may occur to those skilled in the art. Any modification, equivalent replacement, improvement and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present application shall be included in the protection scope of the present application.
