The application provides a kettle-bell for solve the unable regulation of kettle-bell weight among the prior art, and the poor great of weight gradient between the kettle-bell of different weights, lead to the user can't carry out the problem of further meticulous weight adjustment to the weight of kettle-bell.
In order to solve the above problems, the present application provides: a kettle bell, comprising:
the kettle-bell body is annular and is provided with an accommodating cavity, and an opening is formed in the kettle-bell body and is communicated with the accommodating cavity;
the balancing weight can be placed in the accommodating cavity through the opening;
the lid, the lid is located the opening part, and with the kettle bell body can be dismantled and be connected.
In one possible embodiment, the outer part of the weight element is provided with an elastic layer.
In a possible implementation manner, the kettle bell further includes a filling block, the density of the filling block is less than that of the balancing weight, and the filling block can be installed in the accommodating cavity and respectively abut against the balancing weight and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity.
In a possible embodiment, the accommodating cavity has a strip-shaped structure, and the cross-sectional shapes of the balancing weight and the filling block are the same as the cross-sectional shape of the accommodating cavity.
In a possible embodiment, the kettle bell body comprises an upper ring part and a lower ring part, the upper ring part is located above the lower ring part, the cross-sectional area of the kettle bell body gradually increases along the direction from the upper ring part to the lower ring part, the accommodating cavity is located in the lower ring part, and the opening is located at the top of the lower ring part.
In a possible implementation manner, the kettle-bell body is further provided with a motion sensor and a display screen, the motion sensor is arranged in the kettle-bell body, the display screen is arranged on the upper ring part, and the motion sensor is electrically connected with the display screen.
In a possible embodiment, the bottom surface of the lower ring part is provided with a non-slip mat, and the non-slip mat can abut against the ground.
In a possible implementation manner, a buffer adhesive layer is arranged on the surface of the kettle bell body, and the thickness of the buffer adhesive layer gradually increases along the direction from the upper ring part to the lower ring part.
In a possible implementation manner, a metal decoration layer is arranged on the surface of the buffer glue layer, and the metal decoration layer is located on the lower ring portion.
In one possible embodiment, the kettle-bell body is in the shape of a mobius ring.
The beneficial effect of this application is: the application provides a kettle bell, when the kettle bell uses, when the user need adjust the weight of this kettle bell, the user can open the lid on the kettle bell body to place the balancing weight in the holding intracavity through the opening of kettle bell body, thereby adjust the weight of kettle bell body. In this in-process, the user can adjust the quantity and the specification of placing the balancing weight in the holding intracavity to carry out comparatively meticulous regulation to the weight of kettle bell body, in order to satisfy the demand that the user bore different load weight, also satisfied different demands of using the crowd to taking exercise weight.

Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a kettle bell, which belongs to a fitness apparatus, and includes a kettle bell body 100, a weight block 200 and a cover 130, where the kettle bell body 100 is ring-shaped, the kettle bell body 100 has a containing cavity 110, an opening 120 is formed on the kettle bell body 100, and the opening 120 is communicated with the containing cavity 110. The weight 200 can be placed in the accommodating cavity 110 through the opening 120. The cover 130 covers the opening 120 and is detachably connected to the kettle-bell body 100.
When the kettle bell provided by the embodiment of the application is used, when a user needs to adjust the weight of the kettle bell, the user can open the cover body 130 on the kettle bell body 100 and place the balancing weight 200 in the accommodating cavity 110 through the opening 120 of the kettle bell body 100, so as to adjust the weight of the kettle bell body 100. In this process, the user can adjust the number and specification of the balancing weights 200 placed in the accommodating cavity 110, so as to finely adjust the weight of the kettle-bell body 100, thereby meeting the requirements of the user for bearing different loads and different requirements of different users on exercise weight.
Example two
As shown in fig. 2, in the present embodiment, on the basis of the first embodiment, an arrangement manner of the weight block 200 and the filling block 300 is provided, and an elastic layer 210 is disposed outside the weight block 200.
Specifically, when the user uses the kettlebell, because the outside of the balancing weight 200 is provided with the elastic layer 210, when the balancing weight 200 is located in the accommodating cavity 110, the elastic layer 210 can be abutted between the balancing weight 200 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 110, so that the friction force between the balancing weight 200 and the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 110 is improved, the balancing weight 200 is not easy to slide in the accommodating cavity 110, and meanwhile, the elastic layer 210 also provides elastic supporting force, so that when the balancing weight 200 collides with the inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 110, the noise generated during collision can be reduced.

As shown in fig. 2, in the above embodiment, optionally, the kettle bell further includes a filling block 300, a density of the filling block 300 is less than a density of the weight block 200, and the filling block 300 can be installed in the accommodating cavity 110 and respectively abut against the weight block 200 and an inner wall surface of the accommodating cavity 110.
Specifically, because the density of filling block 300 is less than the density of balancing weight 200, and filling block 300 can install in holding chamber 110, make filling block 300 can be under the prerequisite that increases the weight of kettle-bell body 100 to a lesser extent, fill the clearance between holding chamber 110 and the balancing weight 200, avoid balancing weight 200 to slide in kettle-bell body 100, be favorable to keeping the focus of kettle-bell body 100 stable, and reduce the noise that this kettle-bell body 100 produced when using.
