The second seat 40 is rotatably disposed below the first seat 20. The locking driving structure 50 is disposed between the first seat 20 and the second seat 40, and the second seat 40 rotates to drive the locking member 30 to move from the unlocking position to the locking position by the locking driving structure 50.
By applying the technical solution of the present embodiment, the adjustable collar structure 10 has a rotating portion 11, the first seat 20 is provided with a mounting recess 21, the rotating portion 11 is disposed in the mounting recess 21, the locking member 30 is movably disposed on the first seat 20, and the locking member 30 has a locking position protruding from the first seat 20 and locking the rotating portion 11 and an unlocking position retracting to the inside of the first seat 20 and disengaging from the rotating portion 11. The second seat 40 is located below the first seat 20 and can rotate. The locking driving structure 50 is disposed between the first seat 20 and the second seat 40, and the second seat 40 rotates to make the locking driving structure 50 drive the locking member 30 to move from the unlocking position to the locking position. With the above arrangement, the angle of the adjustable collar structure 10 can be adjusted under the action of the locking member and the locking driving structure 50, so that the shoulder joint prosthesis can be adapted to more sizes, which can effectively improve the versatility of the product. Furthermore, the locking manner of the locking member 30 and the locking drive structure 50 is stabilized, and the stability of the shoulder joint prosthesis can be effectively improved. When the shoulder joint prosthesis is replaced, the adjustable collar structure 10 can be adjusted according to the self condition of a patient, and the adjustable collar structure 10 is adjusted to a proper position, so that the use effect of the patient can be improved. The technical solution of the present embodiment thus effectively solves the problem of non-adjustable shaft angle and torsion angle between the humeral stem and the humeral head in the related art.

The convex portion 22 and the concave portion 41 are correspondingly arranged, the convex portion 22 can move in the concave portion 41, and the concave portion 41 can limit the moving range of the convex portion 22, so that the over-rotation of the second holder 40 can be effectively avoided. Meanwhile, the limit mode of the matching of the concave part 41 and the convex part 22 is simple and efficient.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, in the present embodiment, the second holder 40 is provided with an arc-shaped hole 42, and the arc-shaped hole 42 is located at a side portion of the recess 41. The arc-shaped holes 42 are arranged to fix the second fastening structure 40 after the position of the second fastening structure 40 is adjusted, and the screws pass through the arc-shaped holes 42 to fix the second fastening structure 40 and the third fastening structure 60, so that the second fastening structure 40 can be fixed after being rotated, and the total weight of the shoulder joint prosthesis can be reduced.
