In these embodiments, the first screen 124 is disposed at the bottom of the cup body 121 to trap the material 16 within the brewing cup 12, reducing the risk of material 16 flowing into the container body 111 and ensuring a focused brew within the brewing cup 12. Moreover, the handle 125 is arranged on the first filter screen 124, so that the handle 125 can be conveniently held, and a connecting structure of the handle 125 does not need to be arranged on the side surface or the top edge of the cup body 121, thereby reducing the occupied space. In addition, the handle 125 is configured as a vertically extending shaft, which is simple in structure and facilitates a user to hold the top of the handle 125 without touching the material 16.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-4, the brewing cup 12 further includes a first sealing ring 127, wherein the first sealing ring 127 is disposed on the lid 126 and is in pressing connection with the inner sidewall of the cup body 121. The cup cover 126 is pressed on the inner side wall of the cup body 121 through the first sealing ring 127, so that the cup cover 126 and the cup body 121 are in detachable connection in a sealing mode, and the sealing effect of the cup cover 126 and the cup body 121 is guaranteed.
In some embodiments, the outer circumference of the container cover 112 is provided with a downwardly opened insertion groove (not shown), into which the upper edge of the container body 111 is inserted. Make things convenient for the quick cartridge of the slot of container lid 112 to aim at the upper edge of the container body 111 to target in place on the one hand, on the other hand can avoid container lid 112 to rock by a wide margin in the horizontal direction, guarantees that container lid 112 steadily places on container body 111.

Further, a second sealing ring is disposed in the insertion groove, and the upper edge of the container body 111 is inserted into the insertion groove and is press-connected with the second sealing ring, so that the second sealing ring wraps the upper edge of the container body 111 and is pressed between the groove wall of the insertion groove and the container body 111.
In some embodiments, the container 10 further includes a handle 115, the handle 115 is provided with a downwardly opened snap groove 1151, and an upper edge of the container body 111 is inserted into the snap groove 1151. Further, the container 10 further includes an elastic pad 1152 interposed between the catching groove 1151 and the container body 111. In a particular application, the resilient pad 1152 may be a shock-resistant silicone.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, 11 and 12, a second aspect embodiment of the present invention provides a beverage brewing apparatus, including: a container 10 as in any one of the previous embodiments; a base 20 for carrying the container 10.
The beverage brewing device provided by the embodiment of the present invention has the beneficial effects of any one of the above embodiments due to the container 10 of any one of the above embodiments, which is not repeated herein.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises: an air pump 30, the air pump 30 is arranged in the container 10 or the base 20, and the air pump 30 is communicated with the brewing cup 12. The brewing cup 12 is in communication with the container body 111 and is capable of being in communication with the air pump 30 such that a sealed space is created within the brewing cup 12 without the liquid level within the container body 111 forming a water seal across the bottom opening of the brewing cup 12. When the air pump 30 is operated, as shown in fig. 2 (the flow direction of the fluid is shown by the arrow in the figure), air in the brewing cup 12 can be sucked, so that negative pressure is formed in the brewing cup 12, and the liquid 15 in the container body 111 is sucked into the brewing cup 12, so that the material 16 is brewed. Subsequently, the air pump 30 is turned off to stop pumping, or the air pump 30 exhausts air into the brewing cup 12, as shown in fig. 3 (the arrow in the figure shows the flow direction of the fluid), so that the air pressure in the brewing cup 12 rises, the beverage obtained by brewing the material 16 with the liquid 15 can flow back to the container body 111, the separation of the beverage and the material 16 is realized, the long-time soaking of the material 16 is avoided, and the taste of the beverage is improved. Meanwhile, the negative pressure pumping the liquid 15 can increase the disturbance to the liquid 15, thereby realizing the stirring of the material 16 and contributing to the improvement of the brewing effect.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the beverage brewing apparatus further includes an air channel 17, one end of the air channel 17 is communicated with the air pump 30, and the other end is communicated with the cup body 121 through the cap 126. The air pump 30 sucks and discharges air through the air passage 17.
Specifically, the gas channel 17 may include a first gas channel provided on the lid 126, a second gas channel provided in the sandwich of the sidewall of the container body 111, and a third gas channel provided on the base 20, the first gas channel, the second gas channel, and the third gas channel being in communication with each other.
In a specific application, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a lower vent connector 21 is provided on the base 20, a third gas passage is provided in the innermost coupling ring of the lower vent connector 21, and an upper vent connector 13 electrically coupled to the lower vent connector 21 is provided on the bottom of the container body 111. An opening for exposing the third gas channel is not required to be additionally arranged on the base 20, so that the occupied space is saved. And the coupling ring coupled with the periphery of the upper ventilation connector 13 and the lower ventilation connector 21 can be used for shielding foreign matters such as external dust and the like, so that the dust is prevented from entering the third gas channel. Moreover, the passage surrounded by the innermost coupling ring of the upper ventilation connector 13 can be used as a part of the second gas passage, so that an additional gas pipe is not needed, and the structure is simplified. In addition, the opening of the innermost coupling ring of the upper vent connector 13 facing the third gas passage may be configured as a bell mouth to play a guiding role, so as to guide the third gas passage to be inserted, facilitate the quick insertion at the alignment position, and ensure the communication between the third gas passage and the passage surrounded by the upper vent connector 13.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the brewing cup 12 further includes a pipette 129 in communication with the cup body 121, the pipette 129 being in communication with the container body 111. In the case of a constant height of the brewing cup 12, by providing the pipette 129 having a cross-sectional area much smaller than that of the cup body 121, the volume of the brewing cup 12 can be greatly reduced, so that a negative pressure can be rapidly formed after the air pump 30 is activated to suck the liquid 15 in the container body 111 into the cup body 121 via the pipette 129. Meanwhile, in order to reduce the overall volume of the product, the cup body 121 can be arranged in the container body 111, and at the moment, the design of the liquid suction pipe 129 can reserve more volume for the container body 111 to contain the liquid 15, so that the brewing amount of the drink can be improved.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, a vent hole communicated with the first gas channel is formed in the cup cover 126, and a second filter screen 128 is arranged at the vent hole, so that the situation that the gas channel 17 is blocked and the working effect of the gas pump 30 is affected due to the fact that the material 16 floats and rises and then enters the gas channel 17 through the vent hole is avoided.
In some embodiments, the air pump 30 includes an intake port and an exhaust port, both of which are in communication with the air passage 17.
In these embodiments, the air pump 30 has an air exhaust function in addition to the air suction function, which is beneficial to exhaust air into the brewing cup 12, so that the air pressure in the brewing cup 12 is quickly raised, and the beverage can quickly flow into the container body 111. The air inlet and the air outlet of the air pump 30 are both communicated with the air passage 17, and air is sucked and discharged through the air passage 17 in the same path, thereby reducing the occupied space of the air passage 17.
The air pump 30 includes, as an example, a suction pump having a suction port and an exhaust pump having an exhaust port.
As an example, the air pump 30 includes a selector valve capable of communicating either one of the suction port and the discharge port to the air passage 17 and the other to the atmosphere. Specifically, when the reversing valve connects the air suction port of the air pump 30 to the air passage 17 and connects the air discharge port of the air pump 30 to the atmosphere, the air pump 30 can operate in a suction mode to suck air in the brewing cup 12, so that negative pressure is formed in the brewing cup 12, and the liquid 15 in the container body 111 is sucked into the brewing cup 12, thereby brewing the material 16. When the reversing valve communicates the air outlet of the air pump 30 to the air passage 17 and communicates the air inlet of the air pump 30 to the atmosphere, the air pump 30 may operate the exhaust mode to rapidly increase the air pressure within the brewing cup 12 to discharge the liquid 15 within the brewing cup 12 to the container body 111.
As an example, the air pump 30 is a diaphragm pump, which can not only reliably complete air suction, but also realize accurate control of a computer, thereby facilitating the automatic control of the air pump 30 and helping to accurately control the brewing time.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1-3, the beverage brewing apparatus further comprises a liquid heating device 40 disposed within the container body 111 or the base 20 for heating the container body 111.
In the embodiments, the liquid heating device 40 for heating the container body 111 is further configured, so that heating can be realized by itself, for the beverage to be heated, on one hand, an additional heating device is not needed, the convenience in use is improved, and on the other hand, certain detection data and a control strategy can be combined to realize automatic control, which is beneficial to improving the brewing effect of the beverage. The liquid heating means 40 may be disposed in the bottom interlayer of the container body 111 to directly heat the container body 111, or may be disposed in the base 20 to help reduce the weight of the container 10.
Optionally, as shown in fig. 1 to fig. 3, a temperature sensor 14 for detecting the temperature of the liquid 15 in the container body 111 may be further configured, for example, as shown in fig. 1, the temperature sensor 14 is disposed on the outer bottom wall of the container body 111, the beverage brewing apparatus further includes a controller 50 electrically or signal-connected to the temperature sensor 14 and the liquid heating device 40, the controller 50 may be disposed in the base 20 as shown in fig. 1, and the controller 50 may combine the detection result of the temperature sensor 14 to control the heating of the container body 111 by the liquid heating device 40, so as to maintain the temperature of the liquid 15 in the container body 111 within the temperature range required for brewing.
In some embodiments, the beverage brewing device may be a health cup, a cold extractor, or the like.

It should be understood that such modifications and variations would still fall within the spirit and scope of the embodiments of the present invention, as defined by the appended claims, as seen by those skilled in the art.

Claims (10)

1. A container (10) for a beverage brewing device, wherein the container (10) comprises a brewing cup (12), a container body (111) for containing a liquid (15) and a container cover (112) arranged on the top of the container body (111), the brewing cup (12) comprises a cup body (121) and a cup cover (126), the cup body (121) is arranged in the container body (111) and communicated with the container body (111), and the cup cover (126) is detachably arranged on the container cover (112) and detachably and hermetically connected with the cup body (121);
the container cover (112) is provided with a first limiting part (113), the cup body (121) is provided with a second limiting part (122), and the first limiting part (113) is matched with the second limiting part (122) to limit the cup body (121) to move upwards.
2. The container (10) according to claim 1, wherein the first stopper (113) is provided on an inner side wall of the container lid (112), and the second stopper (122) is provided on an outer side of the cup body (121);
the first limiting part (113) comprises an insertion groove (1131) extending in the height direction of the container cover (112) and a limiting groove (1132) communicated with the insertion groove (1131) and extending horizontally, the second limiting part (122) is a limiting projection part, and the limiting projection part can be inserted into the limiting groove (1132) along the insertion groove (1131).
3. The container (10) of claim 2, wherein the insertion slot (1131) and the retention slot (1132) are substantially L-shaped.
4. The container (10) according to claim 2, wherein the inner side wall of the container cover (112) is further provided with a support table (114), the top of the cup body (121) is provided with a flanging structure (123), and the flanging structure (123) is erected on the support table (114);
the insertion groove (1131) extends from the top of the container cover (112) to the height of the support table (114), the bottom wall of the limiting groove (1132) is flush with the support table (114), and the limiting protrusion protrudes from the edge of the flanging structure (123) to the direction far away from the cup body (121).

The container (10) according to claim 2, wherein the first limiting portion (113) and the second limiting portion (122) are provided in a plurality and distributed in a one-to-one correspondence, and the plurality of second limiting portions (122) are distributed at intervals in a circumferential direction around the cup body (121).

The container (10) according to claim 2, wherein the inner sidewall of the container cover (112) is provided with a support platform (114) and a plurality of stoppers (1133) located above the support platform (114), the plurality of stoppers (1133) are spaced apart in the circumferential direction of the container cover (112), the insertion groove (1131) is formed between two circumferentially adjacent stoppers (1133), and the limit groove (1132) is formed between the plurality of stoppers (1133) and the support platform (114);
the top of the cup body (121) is provided with a flanging structure (123), the flanging structure (123) is the second limiting part (122), the edge of the flanging structure (123) is provided with a plurality of avoiding notches (1231) for avoiding the stopping part (1133), and the part of the flanging structure (123) except the avoiding notches (1231) moves along the insertion groove (1131) and is inserted into the limiting groove (1132) after rotating.

8. The container (10) of claim 7, wherein the brewing cup (12) further comprises a first screen (124) disposed at the bottom inside the cup body (121), the handle (125) being disposed on the first screen (124), the handle (125) being a vertically extending stem.
9. The container (10) of any of claims 1 to 6, wherein the brewing cup (12) further comprises a first sealing ring (127), the first sealing ring (127) being fitted over the lid (126) and being in pressing connection with an inner side wall of the cup body (121); and/or
The periphery of the container cover (112) is provided with a slot with a downward opening, and the upper edge of the container body (111) is inserted into the slot; and/or
The container (10) further comprises a second sealing ring, wherein the second sealing ring is sleeved on the container cover (112) and is connected with the inner side wall of the container body (111) in an extruding mode.
10. A beverage brewing apparatus, comprising:
the container (10) according to any one of claims 1 to 9;
a base (20) for carrying the container (10);
the air pump (30) is arranged in the container (10) or the base (20), and the air pump (30) is communicated with the brewing cup (12).
