As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the embodiment of the present invention provides a stand suitable for supporting a display, comprising a base 2 and two support assemblies 1, wherein each support assembly 1 comprises a first support 12 pivotally mounted on the base 2 and a second support 11 mounted on the first support 12. Each first support 12 is rotatable between an engaged position and a disengaged position. The two first supports 12 are close to each other in the coupled position so that the two second supports 11 are written to each other for supporting one display 3 in common; the two first supports 12 are distant from each other in the separated position so that the two second supports 11 each independently support one display 3.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the two second supporting members 11 are respectively pivoted on the two first supporting members 12, so that the second supporting members pivot around relative to the first supporting members.
In detail, the second supporting member 11 is pivotally mounted on the upper surface of the first supporting member.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, each first support 12 includes a first pivot 121 and a first rotating portion 122. The lower end of the first pivot shaft 121 is fixedly installed on the base 2, and the first rotating part 122 is pivotally installed at the upper end of the first pivot shaft 121 such that the first rotating part 122 rotates relative to the base around the first pivot shaft 121.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, each of the second supports 11 includes a second pivot and a second rotating portion 111. Wherein, the lower end of the second pivot is fixedly installed on the first rotating part 122, and the second rotating part 111 is pivotally installed at the upper end of the second pivot.
In detail, the first pivot and the second pivot are parallel to each other. Wherein the first pivot provides the first support member 12 with freedom to swing in the horizontal direction, and the second pivot provides the second support member 11 with freedom to rotate circumferentially on the horizontal plane limited by the first support member 12. By adjusting the swing angle and the relative position of the first rotating part 122 in the first support 12, the distance between the displays 3 fixed by the stand can be adjusted in a wide range. Further, by adjusting the circumferential angle of the second rotating portion 111 in the second supporting member 11, the adjustment of the horizontal angle of the fixed display can be achieved. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the first support member 12 and/or the second support member 11 may employ a universal assembly (e.g., a ball and socket) to increase the freedom of the stand, so that the mounted display screen can be adjusted in position in the vertical direction and in pitch angle in addition to the adjustment in the horizontal direction and in distance and horizontal angle.
Further, the first pivot and/or the second pivot can limit the corresponding rotation angle by a damping fitting (directly using a damping rotating shaft), so that the fixed display 3 can be fixed at a more proper working angle.
Furthermore, the damping fittings can be replaced by hoops, thread fit, clamping grooves and clamping blocks and other modes.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the two first supports 12 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the upper surface of the base 2.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the two first supporting members 12 are symmetrically disposed around the center of the middle point of the connecting line of the axes of the two first pivots 121. Such design is favorable to the atress equilibrium of support under the state of assembly display screen, can comparatively effectually prevent the support that causes because the moment difference is stable inadequately, the problem of empting easily. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the two first supporting members 12 and the base 2 may have different installation positions, shapes and sizes and form an asymmetric structure so as to meet different working scenes or working requirements of hanging the displays 3 with different sizes and qualities.
Further, in order to expand the working scene of the support, the first support member 12 may also adopt a two-section structure, and a connecting member is adopted between the two-section structure of each first support member 12 for sliding fit.
For example, one end of the connector is fixed in the first section of the first support 12, and the second section of the first support 12 is slidably engaged with the connector (sliding rail-engaged sliding). In the state where the display 3 is assembled, the adjustment of the horizontal position of the display 3 can be achieved by the position adjustment of the first support 12.
Furthermore, in the embodiment with adjustable moment, because the stress condition of the bracket is complex, in order to prevent the bracket from toppling due to uneven stress of the installed display 3, a corresponding counterweight should be configured on the lighter side of the bracket or a supporting and fixing manner of the base 2 should be added to improve the corresponding stability. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the first support 12 may be disposed at other positions than the upper surface of the base 2.
Further, the position relationship between the first support 12 and the second support 11 can also be designed according to the actual use situation.
Further, the first support 12 is installed at a side position of the base 2, and even the base 2 is not used, the first support 12 can be directly fixed at a working position where the display 3 needs to be fixed. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the second support 11 may be assembled with the first support 12 in other movable manners, for example, the second support 11 and the first support 12 are assembled in other movable mounting manners (sliding grooves, sliding ways, embedding grooves, embedding blocks, etc.) so as to adjust the position relationship of the second support 11 relative to the first support 12 and the position relationship between the two second supports 11.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, in the state where the first support 12 is in the coupling position, the two second supports 11 are overlapped with each other, and the two first rotating portions 122 are at least partially overlapped with each other.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, each of the first rotating portions 122 is formed with a concave portion 1221 adapted to receive another first rotating portion 122 at the coupling position. It will be appreciated that the two first rotary portions have complementary shapes and configurations to one another.
In detail, the first support 12 has a first face on which a concave portion 1221 is formed. Wherein the first face is characterized as the surface of the two first supports 12 on the same side.
Further, the first supporting members 12 further have second surfaces, the second surfaces are disposed flatly, and when the two first supporting members 12 swing to the joint position, the second surfaces of the two first supporting members 12 are parallel to each other. The second face is characterized by the back-facing surfaces of the two first supports 12. Such a design is advantageous for improving the compactness of the bracket. Meanwhile, dust can be effectively prevented from entering the gap formed by the two first supporting pieces 12.
Further, the thickness of the two first supports 12 should be designed. The thickness is determined such that when the two first supporting members are in the combined position, the second surfaces of the two first supporting members 12 are located in the area formed by the orthographic projection position above the base 2. Such a design is advantageous for the compactness of the lifting bracket.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the second supporting member 11 is provided with a mounting portion 112, and the mounting portion 112 is used for fixing with the display 3.
In detail, the mounting portion 112 should be designed according to the display 3 assembled with the second support member 11. The back plate of the display 3 is formed with a bump, and the mounting portion 112 is designed as a slot for engaging with the bump. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the back plate of the display 3 is formed with a stud, and the mounting portion 112 is formed with a threaded sleeve.
Further, the above engagement structure may be reversed, and other known movable engagement means may be used for the mounting portion 112 and the display 3.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the first support 12 is arranged to pivot with respect to the base 2 in a range of 0-360 degrees. Thus, the display surface of the display can be adjusted within a range of 360 degrees according to practical application conditions.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, the base 2 includes a base plate 22 and a base 21, wherein the base 21 is used for pivotally mounting the pivot assembly 1, and the base 21 is formed on the base plate 22.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the base 2 further includes an extension assembly 23 pivotally mounted to a surface of the base plate 22 facing away from the base 21; the extending component 23 can extend out of the area beyond the orthographic projection direction of the vertical direction of the substrate 22. The stress position of the bracket is adjusted, so that the bracket can be effectively prevented from toppling.
In detail, the extension assembly comprises four extension plates, each extension plate is pivoted on the bottom surface of the base plate, and the extension plates can swing at an angle in the horizontal direction.
Furthermore, the extension plate should be designed to be completely received under the substrate at a certain angle and to be extended and displaced under another angle.
Further, to improve the stability and convenience of the center offset adjusted by the extension plates, the shape and size of each extension plate should preferably be the same. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
The spreader assembly may also be adapted to cooperate with the work surface on which the frame is placed. For example, a threaded screw is adopted for matching, and the base is directly fixed on the working surface.
The support provides a plurality of different working states aiming at different working scenes.
In an operating condition, as shown in fig. 1 to 3, the two first supports 12 are in the coupled position, in which the two second supports 11 are in contact with each other and cooperate to fix a monitor 3.
According to an embodiment of the present disclosure, the second support 11 includes at least one structure of a semi-cylinder, a cube, and a triangular prism. The two second supporters 11 form the second supporter 11 as a semi-cylinder), a cube (the second supporter 11 is a semi-cylinder or a triangular prism). It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the second support 11 may also adopt other three-dimensional structures, such as an elliptic cylinder or other irregular structures.
Further, the same side surfaces of the second support 11 may also be free from contact. For example, the mounting portion 112 is a through hole provided on the second supporting member 11, and in the coupling position, only two through holes need to be ensured to be through for assembling with the display 3. This operating state is commonly used in the normal operation of a single person with a single computer.
In another working condition, as shown in fig. 4 to 6, the two first supporting members 12 are in the separated position, and the two second supporting members 11 are separated from each other and rotated to the same horizontal angle.
According to the embodiment of the present disclosure, when the first supporting member 12 is in the first position, the mounting portions 12 provided on the two second supporting members 11 are both in a state of facing away from the bracket. The state of being away from the stand is preferably such that the mounting portion 12 is not shielded by other components of the stand, so as to be fixed to the display 3.
Further, the two displays 3 are installed on the same side of the bracket, so the extension assembly 23 should extend from the side where the displays 3 are installed, and the stressed area of the side is increased to disperse the stressed position.
Such a work scenario is often used when a single person applies two displays at the same time, for example, when designing a design or reading multiple financial charts at the same time.
In another operating condition, as shown in fig. 7-9, the two first supports 12 are in a separated position, in which the two second supports 11 are separated from each other and pivoted to a horizontal angle facing away.
Further, two displays are installed on both sides of the stand, so the extension assembly 23 should extend from both sides where the display 3 is installed, to increase the force-bearing area of the stand and to disperse the force-bearing position. Such a work scenario is often used for work scenarios where two persons apply two displays separately, e.g. when two persons are located at opposite side workstations for processing corresponding documents.
Furthermore, in the working scenario of using two displays respectively, it is conceivable that the host and other auxiliary devices configured with the two displays can be arranged in the same set or separately.
For example, the hosts configured for the two displays may respectively employ Windows and MacOS operating systems, or the hosts configured for the two displays may each employ one operating system.
According to the embodiment of the disclosure, in order to improve the convenience of the support, the supporting component and the base used by the support can be replaced by a hollow structure (such as a tubular member) on the premise of ensuring the structural stability, wherein the hollow part can be used for threading a cable or setting an interface and the like, which is beneficial for the use of a display and is designed in other modes beneficial for the connection of equipment. It should be understood that embodiments of the present disclosure are not so limited.
For example, the cable is fixed by adding other auxiliary devices outside the bracket. For example, by using tie wraps, snaps, or other components.
The above embodiments are provided to further explain the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention in detail, it should be understood that the above embodiments are only examples of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention, and any modifications, equivalents, improvements and the like made within the spirit and principle of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the present invention.
