Detailed Description
The utility model is further illustrated with reference to the following figures and examples.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present invention provides a first embodiment of a wall type water separator, wherein the wall type water separator 1 mainly comprises a water valve seat 10, a water separating valve core 20, a limiting cover 30, an adjusting ring 40 and an extension rod 50; the following description is made for the above constituent members.
The water through valve seat 10 is provided with a mounting valve groove 11, and a water inlet channel 12, a first water outlet channel 13 and a second water outlet channel 14 which are respectively communicated with the mounting valve groove 11; the mounting spool 11 has an inlet port 111.
The water distribution valve member 20 is attachable to and positioned in the attachment groove 11 of the water passage valve seat 10 from the inlet port 111, and has a valve stem 21.
The limiting cover 30 is sleeved on the water diversion valve core 20 and is positioned in the installation valve groove 11 of the water valve seat 10 in a limited rotation manner, and a rotation space 31 is formed on the limiting cover.
The adjusting ring 40 is screwed and fixed with the inner peripheral wall of the installation valve groove 11, so as to axially press and limit the limiting cover 30 and the water distribution valve core 20 in the installation valve groove 11.
The extension rod 50 is fixed on the valve rod 21 of the water diversion valve core 20 in a nesting manner, and a limiting block 51 is formed at the bottom, can be accommodated and limited in the rotating space 31, and can rotate in a preset angle range.
In the present embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the position limiting cover 30 has a peripheral wall 301, a brim 302 extending laterally from the bottom end of the peripheral wall 301, and a top wall 303 extending laterally from the top end of the peripheral wall 301; the peripheral wall 301 can cover the peripheral wall at the top end of the water diversion valve core 20; the top wall 303 is provided with a slot 32, the slot 32 includes a central through slot portion 321 and an arc slot portion 322 communicated with the central through slot portion 321, the central through slot portion 321 can allow the valve rod 21 of the water diversion valve core 20 to pass through, the arc slot portion 322 is used for defining the rotating space 31, and two sides of the arc slot portion 322 along the circumferential direction are respectively provided with a stopping edge 323 for stopping the limiting block 51 formed by the longitudinal extension of the bottom end of the extension rod 50; the cap rim 302 is rotatably restrained to the inner peripheral wall of the mounting valve spool 11 and is pressed against the bottom end of the adjustment ring 40. It can be easily understood that the stop block 51 can also be formed by extending the bottom end of the extension rod 50 laterally, as shown in fig. 8.
In this embodiment, the outer periphery of the cap rim 302 of the limiting cap 30 is convexly provided with a positioning convex part 33 in an arc shape; the inner peripheral wall of the installation valve slot 11 of the water valve seat 10 is longitudinally extended from the position of the inlet 111 thereof with a concave arc-shaped positioning groove 112 for the positioning convex part 33 to be longitudinally embedded and limited in the inner to limit the rotation of the limit cover 30.
In the present embodiment, the stem 21 of the water-diversion valve core 20 has a screw hole 211 at the top end. The extension rod 50 is internally provided with a through hole 52, the bottom end of the extension rod is provided with a caulking groove 53 which is communicated with the through hole 52, and the caulking groove 53 can be embedded and limited at the top end of the valve rod 21; the locking bolt 54 is screwed to the screw hole 211 of the valve stem 21 through the through hole 52, thereby fastening the extension rod 50 to the valve stem 21.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 6 and 7, the rotation space 31 is designed to just allow the stopper 51 of the extension rod 50 to rotate within a range of about 180 degrees, and since the extension rod 50 and the valve rod 21 of the water distribution valve core 20 are connected together, it also means that the valve rod 21 is limited to rotate within a range of about 180 degrees, assuming that the valve rod 21 of the water distribution valve core 20 of this embodiment can be changed to one gear every time it is rotated by 90 degrees, assuming that the valve rod 21 is in the water-off gear in a normal state before being rotated, after it is rotated by 90 degrees, it can be switched to the next gear, for example, the first water outlet gear, and after it is rotated by 180 degrees, it can be switched to the next gear, for example, the second water outlet gear. In other words, this embodiment can utilize the rotation space 31 of spacing cover 30 and the stopper 51 of extension rod 50 to constitute angle limit structure or gear limit structure jointly, makes originally including the function of closing four shelves numbers of water gear, first play water gear, second play water gear and two play water gears, suitably reduces to only including closing the function of three shelves numbers of water gear, first play water gear and second play water gear.
Similarly, the valve rod 21 may also be controlled to rotate within a smaller angle, for example, within a 90-degree angle, so that the number of gears of the wall water separator 1 is reduced to two remaining gears, for example, only one of the first water outlet gear and the second water outlet gear is left. Accordingly, by means of the size design of the rotation space 31, the angle range of the valve rod 21 of the water diversion valve core 20, which is restricted from rotating, can be controlled, and the number of the gear positions can be further changed, so as to increase or decrease the number of the gear positions, and further meet different water requirements of users, or adapt to different water environments or equipment to flexibly adjust the suitable gear positions.
Therefore, even after installation, a user can increase or decrease the number of gears of the wall type water separator 1 by replacing the limiting cover 30 with different sizes of the rotating space 31, or can take out the limiting cover 30, so that the wall type water separator 1 is restored to a state without gear limiting function, and the function of easily changing the gear shifting number is achieved.
In particular, when the stem 21 of the water distribution valve 20 is rotated to switch to the water-off position, the water flow from the water inlet passage 12 of the water passage valve seat 10 is completely blocked by the water distribution valve 20, and the water cannot flow to the first water outlet passage 13 or the second water outlet passage 14 for water outlet. When the valve rod 21 of the water dividing valve core 20 is rotated to switch to the first water outlet position, which means the water flow from the water inlet channel 12 of the water valve seat 10, the water can be divided to the first water outlet channel 13 through the guidance of the water dividing valve core 20 to form a first water outlet mode, such as an upper shower outlet mode. Similarly, when the valve rod 21 of the water distribution valve core 20 is rotated to switch to the second water outlet position, which means the water flow from the water inlet channel 12 of the water valve seat 10, the water can be distributed to the second water outlet channel 14 through the guidance of the water distribution valve core 20, so as to form a second water outlet mode, for example, a lower faucet water outlet mode.
In addition, the number of the positioning grooves 112 in the installation valve spool 11 can be more than one, for example, two, as shown in fig. 9, but there is only one, so that the design is advantageous in that: the user can selectively insert and slide the positioning protrusion 33 on the brim 302 of the position-limiting cover 30 into one of the positioning grooves 112 to change the orientation of the rotating space 31 in the circumferential direction, which means that the relative position of the position-limiting block 51 of the extension rod 50 in the rotating space 31 is changed, and thus the angle range and the orientation of the valve rod 21 limited to rotate can be changed, and accordingly, the functions of changing the gear number and setting a specific gear can be achieved.
The limiting cover 30 of the present embodiment may be designed in another form, as shown in fig. 10, that is, a through hole 34 is formed on the top wall 303 for the valve rod 21 of the water diversion valve core 20 to pass through, an arc-shaped limiting piece 35 is longitudinally protruded on the periphery of the through hole 34, two sides of the arc-shaped limiting piece 35 are respectively formed with a stopping edge 351, a rotating space 31 may be defined between the stopping edges 351, and the stopping edge 351 may be used for stopping the limiting block 51 formed by the longitudinal extension of the bottom end of the extension rod 50. Therefore, the effect of rotation limiting can be achieved.
Another type of limiting structure can be designed between the cap edge 302 of the limiting cover 30 and the mounting valve slot 11 of the water valve seat 10, as shown in fig. 11, that is, a first limiting plane 36 can be formed on the cap edge 302, and a second limiting plane 15 longitudinally extending from the position of the entrance 111 of the mounting valve slot 11 abuts against the first limiting plane 36. Accordingly, the effect of restricting the rotation of the limit cap 30 can be achieved as well.
In summary, the inner peripheral wall of the installation valve seat 11 of the water valve seat 10 of the present embodiment may also be provided with more than one second limiting plane 15, for example, two, so that the first limiting plane 36 can selectively abut against one of the second limiting planes 15, and the effects of changing the gear position and setting a specific gear position can also be achieved.
In the present embodiment, a position-limiting structure may be further designed between the cap edge 302 of the position-limiting cover 30 and the valve installation groove 11 of the water valve seat 10, as shown in fig. 12, that is, a pressing plane 37 is formed on the cap edge 302, a screw hole 113 is formed on the wall around the valve installation groove 11, and a positioning bolt 16 is screwed on the screw hole 113 to make the end of the positioning bolt abut against the pressing plane 37, so that the effect of limiting the rotation of the position-limiting cover 30 can be achieved.
In view of the above, more than one positioning bolt 16, for example, two positioning bolts 16, may also be screwed on the wall around the installation valve seat 11 of the water valve seat 10 of the present embodiment, so that the pressing plane 37 can selectively support one of the positioning bolts 16, and the effects of changing the gear position and setting a specific gear can also be achieved.
As shown in fig. 13 to 15, the present invention also provides a second embodiment of a wall trap, the wall trap 1 being substantially identical to the first embodiment described above, the main differences being:
this embodiment eliminates the design of the position limiting cover 30 of the first embodiment and integrates a structure similar to the position limiting cover 30 into the bottom of the extension rod 50 a.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, a groove 114 is recessed along a circumferential direction on an inner peripheral wall of the installation valve spool 11 of the water valve seat 10 for defining the rotation space 31, and a groove 115 is extended longitudinally from the inlet 111 to the inner peripheral wall of the installation valve spool 11 and communicated with the groove 114. Meanwhile, a cap portion 55 is integrally formed at the bottom of the extension rod 50a for covering the top of the water diversion valve core 20, a cap edge 55a is formed on the cap portion 55, and a stopper 551 is convexly disposed at the outer periphery of the cap edge 55a, so that the stopper 551 can be longitudinally guided into the rotation space 31 along the insertion groove 115 and then is accommodated and limited therein, and further is limited to rotate within a predetermined angle range. Accordingly, the function of limiting the rotatable angle of the valve stem 21 can be achieved as well.
The extension rod 50a of this embodiment includes a rod portion 56, and a cap portion 55 coupled to the rod portion 56; the cap portion 55 has a peripheral wall 55b, a cap flange 55a extending transversely from the bottom end of the peripheral wall 55b, and a top wall 55c extending transversely from the top end of the peripheral wall 55b and connected to the bottom end of the stem portion 56. Accordingly, the cap portion 55 can be covered on the top end of the water-dividing valve core 20, and the stopper 551 designed on the cap edge 55a can be smoothly installed and positioned in the rotation space 31.
In the wall type water separator 1 of the present embodiment, the design of the above-mentioned limit cover 30 is omitted, so that the assembly structure is simplified, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.
According to the wall-type water distributor 1, the limiting cover with the rotating space is arranged in the mounting valve groove of the water-through valve seat, the limiting block which can be limited to rotate in the rotating space is arranged at the bottom of the extension rod, and an angle limiting structure can be formed together to control and limit the rotatable angle range and the direction of the valve rod of the water distributing valve core, so that the functions of increasing and decreasing the number of control gears and setting specific gears are achieved.
By utilizing the design of the angle limiting structure or the gear limiting structure of the wall-type water distributor 1 in each embodiment, the functions of increasing and decreasing the number of control gears and setting specific gears can be quickly achieved through simple installation and replacement according to different water requirements of users or different environmental equipment on site, and the overall structure is simple, so that the production and manufacturing cost can be effectively reduced, and the assembly efficiency can be improved.
While the utility model has been described in detail and with reference to specific embodiments thereof, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art that various alternatives and modifications can be made therein in light of the above teachings; accordingly, all such alternatives and modifications as may be devised based on the disclosure herein are intended to be included within the spirit and scope of the present claims.
