Detailed Description
Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
Note that, when reference numerals are given to components in each drawing, the same components are given the same reference numerals as much as possible even when they are shown in different drawings.
Fig. 2 is a perspective view of a main part of a locking device for a window having a locking/unlocking display function according to the present invention, and fig. 3 is an exploded perspective view of the locking device for a window.
Referring to fig. 2, the locking device for a window having a locking or unlocking display function according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention includes a main body 100, a handle 200, a locking unit 300, and a locking display 400.
The structure of the present invention is specifically described below.
Referring to fig. 3, the main body 100 is coupled to an indoor side of the window sash 20 that slides open and closed, and includes a housing space in which a shaft hole 101 is formed. The cover 110 coupled to the front surface of the main body 100 is provided with a display window 111. The display window 111 displays whether or not the window sash 20 is locked by a specific color, and as an example of such a display window 111, a lock cylinder pattern may be formed.
The handle 200 is rotatably coupled to the shaft hole 101 of the body 100 by a driving shaft 201, and when the window sash 20 is opened, the handle is rotated toward one side, so that the locking of the locking part 300 can be released. At this time, the handle portion 200 is coupled to the main body portion 100 by the spring 203 so as to be automatically restored to its original state after the rotation operation of the driving shaft 200. That is, the grip portion 200 is always kept in the vertical arrangement when no external force is applied.
When the window sash 20 is closed, the lock portion 300 is automatically set to the locked state by the lock body 310, and is fixed by a fastening member (not shown) after the lock body 310 is embedded in the one-side groove portion 21 (see fig. 2) of the window sash 20. A lock body 310 is provided to be coupled to the front end of the actuating shaft 210.
Referring to fig. 4, as described below, a driving gear 311 inside the lock body 310 is integrally rotatably coupled to a front end of the driving shaft 201, and a rod 313 is liftably engaged with the driving gear 311. Hooks 315 are rotatably provided at upper and lower ends of the lifting/lowering rod 313 in association with the lifting/lowering rod. The hook 315 is elastically supported by a torsion spring (not shown) so as to rotate in a direction of locking (counterclockwise in the drawing).
In the locking portion 300 having such a configuration, when the window sash 20 is closed, the inclined surface of the front end of the hook 315 contacts the striking block 320 provided on the inner circumferential surface of the window frame 10 and rotates by a predetermined angle, and then is automatically locked and fixed to the locking base 321 by the elastic restoring force of the torsion spring, thereby being in a locked state.
Conversely, when the window sash 20 is opened, if the handle portion 200 is rotated in the opening direction of the window sash 200, the interlocking lever 313 rotates the hook 315 (clockwise in the drawing), and the hook 315 is released from the locking base 321 of the striker 320, thereby releasing the lock.
On the other hand, the lock body 310 includes an arm 330, and when the driving gear 311 rotates, the arm 330 is rotated and protruded toward the inner circumferential surface side of the window frame 10 while being interlocked by the intermediate gear 312. When the handle portion 200 for opening the window sash 20 is rotated, the arm 330 is rotated and protruded around the rotation shaft 20 and pushes the inner circumferential surface of the window frame 10, so that the window sash 20 can be spaced apart by a predetermined distance in the opening direction. That is, the window sash 20 may be easily opened with a small force by the arm 330. At this time, a roller 333 is provided at an end of the protruding arm 330 to reduce friction occurring when the arm 330 rotatably protrudes in contact with the inner circumferential surface of the window frame 10.
The above-described lock portion 300 is now applied and used in various forms, and thus a description of a specific structure thereof is omitted.
Referring again to fig. 3, the locking display 400 is provided to enable easy confirmation of whether the window sash 20 is locked with the naked eye, and such locking display 400 may include an operation button 410, a linkage pin 420, a color display part 430, and a rotation cam 440.
Referring to fig. 5 and 6, the operation button 410 is provided to elastically protrude on a surface of the lock body 310 opposite to the window frame so as to be pressed in contact with an inner circumferential surface of the window frame 10 when the window sash 20 is closed. Specifically, one end of the operation button 410 is elastically supportably coupled in the first insertion hole 310a of the lock body 310 by a spring 411 so as to elastically protrude toward the inner circumferential surface side of the window frame 10. The spring 411 may be disposed in the disposition space 410a in the operation button 410. At this time, a fixing piece 317 for fixing the spring 411 is provided in the installation space 410a, so that the operation button 410 can be elastically supported. An inclined protrusion 413 is formed at the other end of the operation button 410. The operation button 410 of such a structure is configured to cause the inclined protrusion 413 to protrude into the interior of the second insertion hole 310b when pressed, the second insertion hole 310b communicating with the first insertion hole 310a in a horizontal direction perpendicular thereto.
Referring to fig. 7a, the interlocking pin 420 is disposed in the second insertion hole 310b so that the interlocking pin 420 is pulled in interlocking with the operating button 410 when pressed. Specifically, one end 420a of the interlocking pin 420 is provided with an insertion hole 421 for inserting the inclined protrusion 413 so as to be in contact with the inclined surface 413a of the inclined protrusion 413 protruding into the second insertion hole 310b and to move in the axial direction of the second insertion hole 310 b. The other end 420b of the interlocking pin 420 is coupled to the inside of the housing 103 of the main body 100 by a spring 423 so as to protrude to the rear surface locking groove 431 side of the color display member 430 by an elastic restoring force and be locked and fixed when the operation button 410 is released from being pressed.
Referring to fig. 7b, the color display member 430 is moved toward one side in the main body 100 while releasing the locking by the pulling operation of the interlocking pin 420, and the color display member 430 indicates that the window sash 20 is in the locked state with a specific color (red, for example) through the display window 111 of the main body 100. Specifically, the color display member 430 is coupled in the main body 100 to be movable in the left and right directions, and is coupled to one side to be elastically supported by the spring 433. When the window sash 20 is closed, the color display member 430 having such a structure releases the locking of the interlocking pin 420 from the rear locking groove 431 by the pulling operation of the interlocking pin 420, and at the same time, the color display member 430 is moved toward one side by the elastic restoring force of the spring 433. Accordingly, the locked state of the window sash 20 is displayed through the display window 11. That is, the front surface of the color display part 430 is provided with the identification plates 435 having different colors on the left and right sides so that a specific color is displayed through the display window 111 of the cover body 110. For example, one side 435a of the identification plate 435 may display an inconspicuous color (for example, the same color as a cover having a display window) for informing that the window sash 20 is in the unlocked state, and the other side 435b of the identification plate 435 may display a red color for informing that the window sash 20 is in the locked state.
Referring to fig. 8, when window sash 20 is opened by operating handle portion 200, color display part 430 is pushed toward the other side by rotating cam 440, and rotating cam 440 is coupled to drive shaft 201 to rotate integrally therewith. Specifically, the outer circumferential surface of the rotating cam 440 is provided with a pressing projection 441, and the pressing projection 441 pushes the boss 437 of the color display member 430 toward the other side. The rotating cam 440 having such a structure pushes the color display member 430 toward the other side while the handle portion 200 is rotated, and at the moment when the pushed color display member 430 is located at a predetermined position, the other end of the elastically returning interlocking pin is locked to the rear surface locking groove 431 of the color display member 430 and fixed (the state of fig. 7 a).
On the other hand, the main body 100 may further include an auxiliary lock portion 500, and the auxiliary lock portion 500 selectively blocks the operation of the handle portion 200 to prevent an infant or a child from opening the window sash 20.
Specifically, the auxiliary locking part 500 includes the operation knob 510 slidably coupled along the guide rail 113 located at one side of the main body part 100, and when the operation knob 510 is lifted up, the upper end of the operation knob 510 is caught to the boss groove portion 443 located at the outer circumferential surface of the rotation cam 440, so that the handle part 200 itself cannot be rotated, and thus, a safety accident can be prevented.
The operation principle of the locking device for windows having a locking or unlocking display function according to the present invention configured as described above will be described with reference to fig. 9a to 9 c.
Referring to fig. 9a, in a state where the handle portion 200 is gripped for closing operation of the opened window sash 20, the window sash 20 is slid toward the window frame 10 side. At this time, the handle portion 200 is not rotated and maintains a vertical state. And, the operation button 410 provided on the surface of the lock body 310 opposite to the window frame 10 is in a state of being elastically protruded. In addition, as the lock display part 400 exposes the color of the one side 435a of the identification plate 435 through the display window 111, it indicates that the window sash 20 is currently in the unlocked state (the state of fig. 7 a).
Referring to fig. 9b, when the window sash 20 is closed while contacting the window frame 10, the front end of the hook 315 provided to the window sash 20 is elastically locked to the locking base 321 of the striker 320 provided to the inner peripheral surface of the window frame 10, thereby being locked. Meanwhile, the operation button 410 is pressed by the contact with the inner circumferential surface of the window frame 10, and the color display member 430 is moved toward one side by the operation of the interlocking pin 420 interlocked therewith, and it is possible to confirm with naked eyes that the current window sash 20 is in the locked state (the state of fig. 7 b) as the color (red) of the other side 435b of the identification plate 435 is exposed through the display window 111.
Referring to fig. 9c, when the handle portion 200 is rotated in a direction to open the window sash 20 in order to open the window sash 20, the locking and fixing of the hook 315 is released by the operation of the lever 313, and the locked state of the lock portion 300 is released. At the same time, the arm 330, which is rotatably protruded toward the inner circumferential surface side of the window frame 10, pushes the inner circumferential surface of the window frame 10 by a prescribed interval, thereby easily opening the window sash 20. Further, the color display member 430 is pushed toward the other side by the rotating cam 440 (see fig. 8) rotated by the rotating operation of the handle portion 200, and at the same time, by releasing the pressing of the operation button 410, the other end 420b of the interlocking pin 420 is locked and fixed to the rear locking groove 431 of the color display member 430, and the state where the color of the one side 435a of the identification plate 435 is exposed through the display window 111 is maintained. Therefore, it can be confirmed with the naked eye that the window sash 20 is currently in the unlocked state (the state of fig. 7 a).
While the present invention has been illustrated and described with reference to specific exemplary embodiments, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various changes and modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the technical spirit of the present invention.
