4. A financial instrument storage device according to claim 3 in which the instrument holders each further include:

a side handle member provided in a direction in which the outer frame can be deviated from the loading opening.

5. A financial instrument storage device according to claim 4 in which the instrument holders each further include:

a return elastic member disposed between the outer frame and the accommodating chamber; the reset elastic piece continuously applies elastic force to the outer frame to enable the outer frame to be separated from the accommodating cavity; the elastic force is smaller than a force with which the outer face and the inner face of the outer frame abut.

6. A financial instrument storage device according to claim 4 in which the instrument holders each further include:

and the blocking plates are respectively arranged at the end parts of the inner plates, which can deviate from the loading port.

7. A financial document storage device according to claim 6, wherein the blocking plate is pivotally connected to the end portion by a pivot and is able to be pivoted about the pivot to a first position and a second position;

when the blocking plate is located at the first position, the plate surface of the blocking plate can be parallel to the plate surface of the inner plate; when the blocking plate is located at the second position, the plate surface of the blocking plate can be perpendicular to the plate surface of the inner plate.
