1. A multifunctional wireless charging device is characterized by comprising a base, a first supporting panel, a bracket, a first connecting component, a second supporting panel, a second connecting component, a first wireless charging coil, a second wireless charging coil, a rechargeable battery cell and an electronic control unit, wherein the first supporting panel is arranged on the base;
the first supporting panel comprises a supporting rod and a wireless charging plate, one end of the supporting rod is connected with the base through the first connecting component, and the other end of the supporting rod is connected with the wireless charging plate;
the second support panel is connected to the base by the second connecting member;
the base comprises an upper base shell and a lower base shell, and the upper base shell and the lower base shell are connected in a matching manner to form a base cavity; the base upper shell is provided with a wireless charging plate accommodating groove for accommodating the wireless charging plate and/or a second supporting panel accommodating groove for accommodating the second supporting panel;
the electronic control unit is electrically connected with the first wireless charging coil and the second wireless charging coil respectively; the first wireless charging coil is arranged in the wireless charging panel; the second wireless charging coil is arranged in the second supporting panel;
the electronic control unit is arranged on one or more of the base, the first supporting panel, the first connecting member, the second supporting panel or the second connecting member;
the rechargeable battery cell is arranged in the base cavity and electrically connected with the electronic control unit;
the bracket is connected with the base.
2. The multifunctional wireless charging apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the wireless charging pad receiving groove is provided at a center of the base upper case.
3. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a notch provided at the base upper cover near the wireless charging pad receiving groove.
4. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the support rod is fixedly connected to the wireless charging pad, or the support rod is movably connected to the wireless charging pad.
5. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the first connecting member is one of a resettable resilient structural member, a damping member, and a support member.
6. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the second connecting member is one of a resettable resilient structural member, a damping member, and a support member.
7. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a first angle stopper;
the first angle limiter is disposed at the first connection member.
8. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a second angle limiter;
the second angle limiter is disposed at the second connecting member.

The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the second wireless charging coil is disposed on one side of the second supporting panel close to the second supporting panel receiving slot or on the other side of the second supporting panel far from the second supporting panel receiving slot.
10. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the opening and closing directions of the first support panel and the second support panel are opposite, and the second support panel is rotatable by the second connecting member by an angle ranging from 0 ° to 190 °;
or;
the opening and closing directions of the first supporting panel and the second supporting panel are the same, and the rotatable angle range of the second supporting panel through the second connecting component is 0-90 degrees.
11. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the first supporting panel and the second supporting panel are opposite in opening and closing directions, and the first wireless charging coil is disposed adjacent to the second wireless charging coil;

12. The multifunctional wireless charging device of claim 1, further comprising a charging interface, wherein the charging interface is disposed at an end of the base away from the first connecting member, and the charging interface is electrically connected to the electronic control unit.
13. The multifunctional wireless charging device of claim 1, further comprising a data cable, wherein the data cable is received in a data cable receiving slot disposed on the base, and the data cable is electrically connected to the electronic control unit.
14. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a third wireless charging coil disposed in the first supporting panel receiving slot.
15. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, wherein the base and/or the first support panel are provided with metal contacts, the metal contacts being electrically connected to the electronic control unit.
16. The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a linkage mechanism, wherein one end of the linkage mechanism is connected to the first connecting member, and the other end of the linkage mechanism is connected to the bracket.

The multifunctional wireless charging device according to claim 1, further comprising a light emitting unit electrically connected to the electronic control unit; the light-emitting unit is arranged outside the edge of the first supporting panel accommodating groove; or; the light emitting unit is disposed at the first support panel.
18. The multifunctional wireless charging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the supporting rod and the wireless charging pad are connected to form a hollow cavity.
