Description

本实用新型涉及一种民用住宅阳台进户门。
随着民用住宅建设的发展和居民居住条件的改善，阳台已经成为民用住宅不可缺少的一部分。对阳台进户门的设计要求也越来越高，除要求其保持良好的采光外，还必须具备优良的保温隔热性能。《民用建筑节能设计标准》对此作出了明确的规定，要求阳台进户门窗的传热系数应小于或等于3.49W／m2·K，气密性应小于或等于1.5m3／m·h。目前，大多数阳台进户门都是由门框和安装在门框上并且可开关的亮扇和门扇构成的，亮扇位于门扇的上方并镶有用于采光的玻璃层，门扇的上半部也镶有采光玻璃层，而门扇的下半部一般为不透光的遮光层，现有技术中的阳台进户门，其采光玻璃层一般为单玻璃层，而遮光层则多采用单层木板或纤维板。这种阳台进户门的突出缺点是保温隔热性能较差，其气密性和隔热性都很难达到国家《民用建筑节能设计标准》的要求。
本实用新型的目的即在于对现有技术中的阳台进户门结构加以改进，在保证良好采光的同时，提高其保温隔热性能。
为了实现上述目的，本实用新型将阳台进户门亮扇和门扇的采光玻璃层由单层改为有一定间隙的双玻璃层，同时将门扇下半部的遮光层由单层改为双层并在夹层间充填保温隔热材料。以下结合具体实施例对本实用新型双玻阳台保温门的技术特征作进一步的详细说明。

参考附图1和附图2，本实用新型双玻阳台保温门主要由门框1及安装在门框上并可开闭的亮扇和门扇构成。亮扇2位于门扇的上方并镶有双层采光玻璃层，为使两玻璃层之间保持一定的间隙，亮扇框四周带有框埂3，玻璃层4和玻璃层5分居于框埂3的两侧。为便于卸下玻璃层和擦拭玻璃层里侧，玻璃层5可采用胶条6固定和密封。门扇7的上半部镶有双层采光玻璃层，为使两玻璃层之间保持一定间隙，门扇框带有框埂8，玻璃层9和玻璃层10分居于框埂8的两侧。为便于卸下玻璃层和擦拭玻璃层里侧，玻璃层10可采用胶条11固定和密封。门扇7的下半部为双层遮光层，遮光层12和遮光层13之间充填有保温隔热材料14。
本实用新型采光良好，保温隔热性能优越，气密性和隔热性均达到国家《民用建筑节能设计标准》的要求。因此，本实用新型特别适于用作民用住宅阳台的进户门或外檐门。
