Abstract
本实用新型涉及一种空气净化装置,特别是一种空气净化杀菌除味装置,该装置包括包括过滤装置、杀菌消毒装置,其特征在于在桶状外壳的四周壁上开有进风孔,在桶状外壳的上端安装有风机,在桶状外壳内设置有过滤除味装置、光触媒反应装置和消毒杀菌装置。本装置具有结构合理、维护方便,各装置的拆卸和更换方便等特点,能有效降解空气中有毒有害气体,有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气等特点,特别适合新风系统的空气处理和种养殖场所的空气处理。

本实用新型涉及一种空气净化装置,特别是一种空气净化杀菌除味装置。
背景技术
紫外线、臭氧消毒杀菌的用途很广,目前主要用于医院、学校、托儿所、电影院、公交车、办公室、家庭等场合,它能净化空气,消除霉味,此外还能产生一定量的负氧离子,经紫外线消毒的房间,空气特别清新。在公共场合,经紫外线消毒,可避免一些病菌经空气传播或经物体表面传播。
目前常用的紫外线消毒杀菌是利用紫外线,对房屋内静止的空气进行消毒杀菌,对于密闭空间如中央空调、高铁、飞机内循环流动的空气进行消毒杀菌方面,人们也进行了大量的研究,如中国知识产权局2018年8月28日公布的专利申请号为:201810108463.8,名为“一种紫外线和TiO2光触媒相结合灭菌的空气净化装置及其净化方法”的发明专利,该技术方案包括依次连接的回风装置、干燥装置、过滤装置、紫外线净化机构、银离子过滤器,净化方法包括如下步骤:1、首先通过干燥装置降低待净化空气的湿度;2、然后通过过滤装置拦截空气中的大颗粒物和PM2.5等微小颗粒物和挥发性有机污染物等;3、然后通过紫外线净化机构将空气中的细菌等微生物破坏;4、然后再通过银离子过滤器将空气中的有害气体进行再次分解;5、最后将过滤干净后的空气送入到新风出口。本发明结构简单,维护方便,便于拆卸和更换,能够高效去除室内空气中的PM2.5、有毒气体以及消毒灭菌。但该技术方案从在结构复杂、加工难度大等问题。
发明内容
本实用新型技术方案的目的是提供一种结构简单、过滤、灭菌效果好的空气净化杀菌除味装置。
为实现本实用新型的目的,所采用的技术方案是:一种空气净化杀菌除味装置,包括过滤装置、杀菌消毒装置,其特征在于在桶状外壳的四周开有进风孔,在桶状外壳的上端安装有风机,在桶状外壳内设置有过滤除味装置、光触媒反应装置和消毒杀菌装置。
在上述桶状外壳外包裹有滤布或其它过滤材料。
上述光触媒反应装置是由金属网格或非金属网格和涂敷在其上的纳米级二氧化钛组成的环形装置。
上述过滤除味装置是由安装在桶状外壳和光触媒反应装置之间的活性炭组成。
上述杀菌消毒装置安装在环形的光触媒反应装置中间的空腔内。
上述杀菌消毒装置为紫外线发生器和等离子发生器或臭氧发生器中的一种或多种组合。
在上述桶状外壳上安装有排风管,风机安装在排风管内,在排风管内安装有消音装置。
上述消音装置是由安装在排风管内的风机排风口处的由吸音材料制成的吸音板组成。
上述吸音板为锥形,锥形的外锥面为迎风面。
本实用新型的技术方案的有益效果是:需净化、杀菌、除味的空气通过过滤装置,将空气中的各种杂质、颗粒物进行过滤,通过活性炭将空气中的异味进行吸附,通过光触媒反应装置和杀菌消毒装置的结合,利用紫外线、等离子发生器、臭氧发生器具有的杀菌作用,对空气中的细菌等微生物进行消杀,同时利用光触媒反应装置在紫外光的作用下可产生强烈催化降解功能的特点,进一步有效降解空气中有毒有害气体,有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时还具备除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气等特点,特别适合新风系统的空气处理和种养殖场所的空气处理。
本装置具有结构合理、维护方便,各装置的拆卸和更换方便等特点,能够高效去除室内空气中的PM2.5、有毒气体以及可对空气进行消毒灭菌。
进风口的面积是排风口面积的3—8倍,提高了空气净化处理的面积,提高了净化处理的效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本技术方案的具体实施方式作进一步详细说明。

如图1、2所示,在桶状外壳的四周壁上开有进风孔,在桶状外壳的上端安装有排风管,风机安装在排风管内,在排风管内安装有消音装置,在桶状外壳内设置有过滤除味装置、光触媒反应装置和消毒杀菌装置。
在桶状外壳上包裹有可拆卸的滤布或其它过滤材料,其作用是将空气中较大颗粒的灰尘进行过滤。
光触媒反应装置是由金属网格或非金属网格和涂敷在其上的纳米级二氧化钛组成的环形装置,在桶状外壳和环形的光触媒反应装置之间安装有过滤除味装置,该过滤除味装置首选活性炭。
在环形的光触媒反应装置中间的空腔内安装有杀菌消毒装置,杀菌消毒装置为紫外线发生器或等离子发生器或臭氧发生器组成,也可根据需要将上述三种发生器进行多种组合。
消音装置是由安装在排风管内的风机排风口处的由吸音材料制成的吸音板组成,吸音板设计为锥形,锥形的外锥面为迎风面。
使用时,通过排风管上固定的连接法兰将本装置进行固定和连接,启动风机在管状外壳和排风管内形成负压,需净化、杀菌、除味的空气通过管状外壳外的滤布将空气中的各种杂质、颗粒物进行过滤后,通过活性炭将空气中的异味进行吸附,然后进入光触媒反应装置和杀菌消毒装置,利用紫外线发生器和等离子发生器或紫外线发生器和臭氧发生器或紫外线发生器和等离子发生器、臭氧发生器具有的杀菌作用,对空气中的细菌等微生物进行消杀,同时利用光触媒反应装置在紫外光的作用下可产生强烈催化降解功能的特点,进一步有效降解空气中有毒有害气体,有效杀灭多种细菌,并能将细菌或真菌释放出的毒素分解及无害化处理,同时可除甲醛、除臭、抗污、净化空气,净化后的空气由通过排风管送出。
为减少本装置的噪音,在排风管内安装有消音装置,该消音装置是由安装在排风管内风机排风口处的由吸音材料制成的吸音板组成,该吸音板设计为锥形,锥形的外锥面为迎风面,同时锥形的吸音板也可防止紫外线由排风管射出造成对人体的伤害。
Claims (9)
1.一种空气净化杀菌除味装置,包括过滤装置、杀菌消毒装置,其特征在于在桶状外壳(9)的四周壁上开有进风孔,在桶状外壳的上端安装有风机(6),在桶状外壳内设置有过滤除味装置(2)、光触媒反应装置(7)和消毒杀菌装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于在上述桶状外壳(9)外包裹有滤布(1)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于上述光触媒反应装置(7)是由金属网格或非金属网格和涂敷在其上的纳米级二氧化钛组成的环形装置。
4.根据权利要求3所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于上述过滤除味装置(2)是由安装在桶状外壳(9)和光触媒反应装置(7)之间的活性炭组成。
5.根据权利要求4所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于上述杀菌消毒装置安装在环形的光触媒反应装置(7)中间的空腔内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于上述杀菌消毒装置为紫外线发生器(8)和等离子发生器(10)或臭氧发生器的一种或多种组合。
7.根据上述任一权利要求所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于在上述桶状外壳(9)上安装有排风管(3),风机(6)安装在排风管内,在排风管内安装有消音装置(4)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于上述消音装置(4)是由安装在排风管内的风机排风口处的由吸音材料制成的吸音板组成。
9.根据权利要求8所述的空气净化杀菌除味装置,其特征在于上述吸音板为锥形,锥形的外锥面为迎风面。
