本实用新型涉及一种玻璃真空管太阳能海水淡 化装置,属太阳能热利用领域。本装置的集热器为玻 璃真空太阳能集热管并将其倒置安装在冷凝预热箱 上,其内装有蒸汽导管,冷凝管装在冷凝预热箱内,箱 底开有带有浓度控制开关的放水口,具有太阳能吸收 率高、热耗散小、热启动快、不易结垢等性能。既可用 于大型海水淡化厂也可用于海岛及船只,具有较高的 推广应用价值。

Description

本实用新型涉及一种利用玻璃真空太阳能集热管淡化海水的装置,属太阳能热利用领域。
太阳能海水淡化装置,一般采用聚焦蒸发式和太阳池蒸发式。这项技术存在的问题首先是热利用率低,热耗散大,特别是将蒸发器内的蒸汽引出后再进入冷凝器内冷凝成淡水,致使冷凝过程所散出的热量浪费,如我国专利申请90226740提出的方案,其次是蒸发过程中盐的结垢问题,再次是热启动慢的问题。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种利用我国研制的具有极高的太阳能吸收率的玻璃真空太阳能集热管来制作的海水淡化装置。它能以极高的热利用率、极低的热耗散、较快的热启动速度生产淡水,且较好地解决了结垢问题。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的,将玻璃真空太阳能集热管口朝下地装在冷凝预热箱上,集热管内装有蒸汽导管,它与冷凝管接通,并与集热管形成夹层。夹层与冷凝预热箱相通,海水进入冷凝预热箱后沿夹层上升到一定高度。当夹层内的水被加热蒸发时,水蒸汽沿蒸汽导管下行进入冷凝管冷凝成水。冷凝过程中所散出的热量又被夹层及冷凝预热箱内的海水吸收,从而达到降低热耗散的目的。由于玻璃真空太阳能集热管与蒸汽导管之间为夹层结构,容水量小,所以热启动快。在冷凝预热箱的底部开有带浓度控制开关的放水口,使蒸发后浓度高的海水及时排出,实现防止结垢的目的。
本实用新型因为使用了我国研制的具有世界先进水平的玻璃真空太阳能集热管,使得本装置具有极高的太阳能吸收率。将冷凝管浸在冷凝预热箱的海水中,使冷凝过程中散出的热量被冷凝预热箱内的海水吸收,以这种热交换的方式降低了热耗散提高了热利用率。冷凝预热箱上带有浓度控制开关的放水口,既能保证被蒸发海水的温度,又能使蒸发后浓度增高的海水实时排出,使海水中盐的结晶问题得到良好解决,使用方便出水量大。
本实用新型的具体结构由以下的实施例及附图给出。

下面结合图1详细说明依据本实用新型提出的具体装置的细节及工作情况。
该装置包括一个海水箱(1),进水管(2),冷凝预热箱(3),冷凝管(4),淡水出口(5),玻璃真空太阳能集热管(6),蒸汽导管(7),浓度控制开关(8),放水口(9)。
海水箱(1)中的海水通过进水管(2)进入冷凝预热箱(3),将其充满后再沿蒸汽导管(7)与玻璃真空太阳能集热管(6)之间的夹层上升到一定高度。夹层内的水被集热管加热蒸发,水蒸汽进入蒸汽导管(7)并导入冷凝管(4)中冷凝成淡水后由淡水出口(5)流出。当冷凝预热箱内的海水长时间蒸发浓度升高时,浓度控制开关(8)自动打开将浓度高的海水从放水口(9)放出。

1、一种玻璃真空管太阳能海水淡化装置,由玻璃真空太阳能集热管(6),蒸汽导管(7),冷凝预热箱(3),冷凝管(4),浓度控制开关(8),放水口(9)组成,其特征在于玻璃真空太阳能集热管(6)倒置安装在冷凝预热箱(3)上,冷凝预热箱(3)内装有冷凝管(4),蒸汽导管(7)装在玻璃真空太阳能集热管(6)内,并与(6)形成夹层。
2、根据权利要求1所述的装置,其特征是冷凝预热箱(3)的底部开有带浓度控制开关(8)的放水口(9),上部插有内装蒸汽导管(7)的玻璃真空太阳能集热管(6)若干个。
