The embodiments of the present application will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. Features in the embodiments described below may be combined with each other without conflict.
Referring to fig. 1 and fig. 2, an embodiment of the present application discloses a carrier 1, where the carrier 1 includes a package 10, an electronic device 20 carried inside the package 10, and a supporting device of the electronic device 20. In one embodiment, the companion device includes a charging device 30 and a text device 40. Wherein the electronic device 20, the charging device 30 and the text device 40 are fixed inside the packing box 10.
Specifically, the charging device 30 may be an external power source for providing power support to the electronic device 20. The charging device 30 may also be a connector that connects an external power source to the electronic device 20 so that the external power source provides power support to the electronic device 20. The text device 40 may be a text-based device such as a manual, warranty card, or the like.
In one embodiment, electronic device 20 is a watch, although in other embodiments, electronic device 20 may be other devices that require package 10 to be positioned.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, the packing box 10 includes a bottom case 100 and an upper cover 200. Wherein the bottom chassis 100 and the upper cover 200 are rotatably coupled.
Specifically, as shown in fig. 2 and 3, the upper cover 200 includes an accommodating chamber 210 for accommodating the bottom case 100, and the accommodating chamber 210 is provided with a first opening 211. The bottom chassis 100 includes a first end surface 110 and a second end surface 120 oppositely disposed along a first direction H. The first end surface 110 is recessed downward to form a fixing cavity 130 for accommodating the electronic device 20.
It should be noted that the first direction H may be understood as a height direction of the package 10. The first end surface 110 of the bottom chassis 100 may be understood as a top surface of the bottom chassis 100, and the second end surface 120 may be understood as a bottom surface of the bottom chassis 100.
As shown in fig. 4-6, the bottom housing 100 further includes a containing cavity 140, the containing cavity 140 is located at a peripheral side of the fixing cavity 130, and the containing cavity 140 is used for accommodating a kit of the electronic device 20. The containment volume 140 extends along the second direction X, the containment volume 140 comprising a second opening 141. The companion device (e.g., charging device 30 and text device 40) may enter the pack cavity 140 through the second opening 141.
A reinforcing plate 142 is fixed in the receiving cavity 140, and the reinforcing plate 142 divides the receiving cavity 140 into a main portion 143 and an auxiliary portion 144 along the second direction X. Wherein the accessory is fixed in the body portion 143 and the second opening 141 communicates with the body portion 143. Along the second direction X, the size of the body portion 143 matches the size of the companion device.
Through the above arrangement, the containing cavity 140 provides a containing space for the corollary equipment, one containing cavity 140 may be configured for one corollary equipment, or a plurality of corollary equipment may be fixed in the same containing cavity 140. The reinforcing plate 142 may reinforce the structural strength of the packing cavity 140 to prevent deformation during transportation. Meanwhile, the reinforcing plate 142 may also separate the accessory from a space (i.e., the main body 143) with a shape adapted to the accessory, so as to avoid the problem that the accessory rocks in the packing cavity 140 during transportation of the packing box 10.
With continued reference to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the second end 120 includes a connecting edge 121 for fixedly connecting the upper cover 200.
In which the package 10 is switchable between a closed position 11 (shown in fig. 1 if necessary) and an open position 12. When the packing box 10 is in the closed state 11, the upper cover 200 covers the bottom case 100. At this time, the bottom chassis 100 is located in the receiving cavity 210. When package 10 is in open position 12, bottom shell 100 is spaced away from receiving cavity 210.
Since one end of the upper cover 200 is rotatably connected to the connecting edge 121, the packing box 10 can be flexibly switched between the closed state 11 and the open state 12 by means of the rotational movement of the upper cover 200 around the connecting edge 121.
It should be noted that the first direction H, the second direction X and the third direction Y are mutually perpendicular.
In actual use, a user may rotate the upper cover 200 to change the positional relationship between the upper cover 200 and the bottom case 100, that is, to freely switch the packing box 10 between the closed state 11 and the open state 12. Specifically, when the package box 10 is switched from the open state 12 to the closed state 11, the bottom shell 100 enters the accommodating cavity 210 from the first opening 211. When the package box 10 is switched from the closed state 11 to the open state 12, the bottom case 100 is far away from the accommodating cavity 210 through the first opening 211. The setting operation is convenient and fast, and the user experience is favorably improved.
With continued reference to fig. 1-3 and fig. 7, in one embodiment, along the second direction X, the bottom case 100 includes a third end surface 150 and a fourth end surface 160 that are oppositely disposed, and the third end surface 150 and the fourth end surface 160 are connected to the first end surface 110 and the second end surface 120. The connecting edge 121 is disposed at the fourth end surface 160. In addition, the second opening 141 of the containing cavity 140 may be opened on the third end surface 150 or may be opened on the fourth end surface 160 (as necessary, refer to fig. 4-6).
When the packing box 10 is in the closed state 11, the upper cover 200 includes a rotating end surface 220 and a fastening end surface 230 opposite to each other along the second direction X, and an end of the rotating end surface 220 close to the first opening 211 is rotatably connected to the connecting edge 121.
Wherein the third end surface 150 is obliquely arranged. Specifically, an end of the third end surface 150 close to the first end surface 110 is close to the connecting edge 121 relative to an end of the third end surface 150 close to the second end surface 120.
With the above arrangement, when the packing box 10 is switched between two states, i.e., the upper cover 200 is rotated, interference between the upper cover 200 and the bottom chassis 100 can be prevented.
As shown in fig. 3 and 8, the third end surface 150 intersects the second end surface 120 and forms an included angle α. The inventor has proved through a lot of experiments that when the included angle α is greater than 85 °, interference between the upper cover 200 and the bottom case 100 is easily generated when the upper cover is rotated with respect to the bottom case. When the included angle α is not greater than 65 °, the third end surface 150 is too inclined, which affects the volume of the fixing cavity 130 to some extent, and is not favorable for the miniaturization design of the packing box 10. Therefore, in some embodiments, a value determined by any one of 65 ° or more, and 85 ° or less may be selected as the included angle α according to actual conditions.
Through the above arrangement, when the packing box 10 is switched between two states, that is, the upper cover 200 is in the rotating process, the upper cover 200 and the bottom case 100 do not generate structural interference, thereby protecting the structural stability of the packing box 10. Meanwhile, the inclination angle of the third end surface 150 can be ensured within a proper range, so that the ratio of the volume of the fixing cavity 130 to the volume of the packing box 10 is ensured within a proper range, which is beneficial to realizing the miniaturization design of the packing box 10.
The inventor also finds, through experiments, that it is also possible to avoid structural interference between the upper cover 200 and the bottom case 100 during rotation of the upper cover 200 relative to the bottom case 100 by tilting the end surface of the upper cover 200.
As shown in fig. 7, refer to fig. 2 and 3, if necessary. In some embodiments, specifically, the fastening end surface 230 is disposed obliquely, and an end of the fastening end surface 230 close to the first opening 211 is far away from the center of the accommodating cavity 210 relative to an end of the fastening end surface 230 far away from the first opening 211.
Through the above arrangement, the upper cover 200 and the bottom case 100 are prevented from being structurally interfered in the rotating process of the upper cover 200 by inclining the buckling end surface 230 of the upper cover 200. The structural stability of the package 10 is protected.
Of course, in some embodiments, only the fastening end surface 230 of the upper lid 200 may be tilted, or only the third end surface 150 of the bottom shell 100 may be tilted, so as to avoid the problem of structural interference between the upper lid 200 and the bottom shell 100 during the switching process of the packing box 10 between the two states. In other embodiments, the fastening end surface 230 of the upper cover 200 and the third end surface 150 of the bottom case 100 may be inclined at the same time, and it is required to ensure that the inclination angles of the fastening end surface 230 and the third end surface 150 are matched. At this time, in the process of switching the packing box 10 between the two states, no structural interference is generated between the upper cover 200 and the bottom case 100. Meanwhile, when the packing box 10 is in the closed state 11, the fastening end surface 230 of the upper cover 200 abuts against the third end surface 150 of the bottom case 100, so as to ensure the structural stability of the packing box 10.
In one embodiment, as shown in figures 3 and 8, when the package 10 is in the open position 12, the plane in which the pivoting end surface 220 is located coincides with the end surface in which the second end surface 120 is located.
In actual use, bottom shell 100 of package 10 is placed on a flat table. The upper cover 200 is rotated to switch the packing box 10 from the closed state 11 to the open state 12, and at this time, the rotating end surface 220 of the upper cover 200 and the second end surface 120 of the bottom case 100 can also abut against the table surface at the same time, so as to ensure the stable placement of the packing box 10.
As shown in fig. 2, and as necessary with reference to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the upper cover 200 further includes a limiting cavity 240 for accommodating at least a part of the structure of the electronic device 20, and the limiting cavity 240 is in communication with the accommodating cavity 210. When the packing box 10 is in the closed state 11, the limiting cavity 240 is communicated with the fixing cavity 130, and at least a part of the electronic device 20 exposed to the bottom shell 100 is fixed in the limiting cavity 240.
In the above arrangement, the electronic device 20 cannot be completely wrapped and fixed by the fixing cavity 130, and the electronic device 20 needs to be further limited by the upper cover 200. When the upper cover 200 is closed on the bottom shell 100, that is, when the packing box 10 is in the closed state 11, the limiting cavity 240 of the upper cover 200 and the fixing cavity 130 of the bottom shell 100 together form a space for fixing the electronic device 20, so as to achieve effective limiting of the electronic device 20 in various directions.
As shown in fig. 2 and 9, in one embodiment, the limiting chamber 240 includes a recessed region 241 and a transition region 242, the transition region 242 being disposed on a peripheral side of the recessed region 241. When the package 10 is in the closed position 11, the transition region 242 is adjacent to the first opening 211 relative to the recessed region 241 along the first direction H. In other words, when the package 10 is in the open state 12, the transition region 242 is adjacent to the first opening 211 relative to the recessed region 241 along the second direction X.
The electronic device 20 includes a watch body 21 and a band 22, and a recessed region 241 for accommodating the watch body 21. Specifically, when the package 10 is in the closed state 11, the end of the transition region 242 closer to the recessed region 241 is farther away from the first opening 211 than the end of the transition region 242 farther away from the recessed region 241 along the first direction H. When the package 10 is in the open state 12, an end of the transition region 242 closer to the recessed region 241 is farther away from the first opening 211 than an end of the transition region 242 farther away from the recessed region 241 along the second direction X.
Through the above arrangement, the watch body 21 can be fixed in the recessed area 241, and meanwhile, the height difference exists between the connecting positions of the transition area 242 and the recessed area 241, so that the watch body 21 is more favorably limited. On the other hand, since the band 22 is generally fixed in the fixing chamber 130 in a bent form, the portion thereof exposed from the fixing chamber 130 also assumes a bent form. In this case, the obliquely arranged transition region 242 prevents the band 22 from being pressed against it, and prevents the structure thereof from being deformed by pressure.
When the package 10 is in the closed state 11, the internal structure of the package 10 cannot be clearly seen. The above description of the recessed area 241 and the transition area 242 in the retaining cavity 240 are structurally illustrated as a block diagram of the package 10 in the open position 12.
As shown in FIGS. 10 and 11, in one embodiment, package 10 further includes a handle 300. In the actual use process, the whole packaging box 10 can be fixed or moved by fixing the handle 300 or moving the handle 300.
The handle 300 includes a fixing portion 310 and a hook portion 320, and the fixing portion 310 and the hook portion 320 are fixedly connected. The rotating end face 220 of the upper cover 200 is provided with a mounting hole 250 therethrough. The hook 320 is inserted into the mounting hole 250 and exposed to the outside of the upper cover 200. The fixing portion 310 is provided inside the upper cover 200 and abuts against the inner surface of the rotating end surface 220. In the above arrangement, the fixing of the packing box 10 can be achieved by fixing the hook portion 320. Meanwhile, the hook part 320 can be moved to move the packing box 10, so that the operation is convenient and fast.
It should be noted that in some embodiments, package 10 may be obtained by a single planar fold. Alternatively, in other embodiments, package 10 may be formed by bonding bottom case 100 and top cover 200.
Although the present application has been described with reference to a preferred embodiment, it should be understood that various changes, substitutions and alterations can be made herein without departing from the spirit and scope of the application, and all changes, substitutions and alterations that fall within the spirit and scope of the application are to be understood as being covered by the following claims.
