Description

Component volatilization device
Technical Field
The utility model relates to the field of daily chemical articles, in particular to a component volatilization device.
Background
In the prior art, the term "component volatilization device" herein includes, but is not limited to, a mosquito dispeller for volatilizing a mosquito repellent component, a fragrance device for volatilizing a fragrance component, and the like.
The mosquito belongs to one of four pests, and the female mosquito is also an intermediate host of other pathogens such as dengue fever, malaria, yellow fever, filariasis and the like. According to incomplete statistics, the number of people killed by mosquito bites is more than 72.5 million every year around the world.
In addition, after the mosquito sucks blood, the mosquito can generate pimples on the skin, so that the skin becomes pruritic and difficult to endure, thereby further preventing people from resting, interfering normal life and influencing sleep quality.
In order to deal with the harm of mosquitoes, various mosquito repellent products appear on the market in recent years, including: incense coils, electric mosquito repellent incense tablets, liquid mosquito repellent incense and the like. In recent years, various electric mosquito repellers have appeared. Generally speaking, the electric mosquito driver accelerates the volatilization of components in the mosquito repellent tablet by accelerating the air circulation or improving the environmental temperature so as to achieve the aim of repelling mosquitoes, and the release of the components of the mosquito repellent material is safer and more convenient. However, such an electric mosquito dispeller has the following drawbacks to be improved upon in use.
Because mosquitoes are only active in hot weather, there is a significant seasonality (typically active in about 5 to 10 months). Therefore, during the period of non-activity of mosquitoes, due to the relatively single function of the mosquito dispeller, consumers cannot easily assume other purposes of the mosquito dispeller besides the mosquito dispelling effect, the mosquito dispeller is often useless, and is often full of dust and even used as a waste object, or needs to be specially arranged additionally, or is directly discarded for purchase in the next year, so that great waste is caused.
Moreover, because of the single function of the mosquito dispeller, the mosquito dispeller in the prior art only needs a single slot for the mosquito repellent piece, and other functions cannot be further added to the mosquito dispeller after the mosquito dispeller is inserted, such as a fragrance function or a function of enriching volatile components by adding other volatile component pieces under the condition that the volatile capacity of the volatile component pieces is the same. This causes the functioning of the mosquito repellent to be greatly restricted even during the activity of mosquitoes.
Similarly, there is a single function dilemma for a fragrance applicator. The prior art fragrance device only needs a single slot for the fragrance sheet, and other functions cannot be further added on the fragrance device after the fragrance sheet is inserted, so that the function of the fragrance device is still greatly limited.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
In view of the above-mentioned problems in the prior art, it is an object of the present invention to provide a component volatilization device with more abundant functions, which allows to volatilize functional components in different pieces of components to be volatilized separately or simultaneously.
To this end, the utility model provides a component volatilization device comprising:

it is characterized in that the preparation method is characterized in that,
the volatile material containing portion includes a plurality of volatile material containing grooves for containing packages of multiple volatile materials.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the utility model, the volatile material placement section comprises two volatile material placement grooves, each of which is used to accommodate a single package of volatile material.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the utility model, at least one of the volatilization material placement grooves has a shape and/or a size different from those of the other volatilization material placement grooves.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the present invention, the volatile material placement grooves are recessed in the recessed direction from a common reference plane on the volatile material placement section.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the present invention, the sectional shape of the volatile material placement tank perpendicular to the depression direction includes a rectangle having a long side and a short side and a square having the long side of the rectangle as a side, and the long side of the rectangle is arranged in parallel with the side of the square.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the present invention, the depth of the depression of the volatile material placement groove in the depression direction is less than or equal to each side length of the volatile material placement groove on the reference plane.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the present invention, the volatile material placement section comprises an unloading groove that is recessed from the reference plane and communicates with the volatile material placement groove.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device of the utility model, the volatilization material placement section is located between the volatilization orifice and the volatilization facilitation device.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device according to the utility model, the volatilization orifice comprises a series of holes arranged in an array according to a defined pattern.
According to a preferred but non-limiting embodiment of the component volatilization device of the utility model, the volatilization facilitating means comprises a fan and/or a heater mounted within the interior cavity of the housing.
In summary, aiming at the defect that the prior art has only a single groove for containing a single volatile component piece, the component volatilization device of the utility model has insufficient functions, and the plurality of volatile material containing grooves are arranged, so that different volatile component pieces with different functions, such as a mosquito repellent piece and a fragrance piece, can be contained, and the functions of the component volatilization device such as the mosquito repellent and/or the fragrance device are richer.

Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and described below.
While the utility model will be described in conjunction with the exemplary embodiments, it will be understood that this description is not intended to limit the utility model to those embodiments illustrated. On the contrary, the utility model is intended to cover not only these exemplary embodiments, but also various alternatives, modifications, equivalents and other embodiments, which may be included within the spirit and scope of the utility model.
For convenience in explanation and accurate definition of the technical solutions of the present invention, the terms "upper", "lower", "inner" and "outer" are used to describe features of the exemplary embodiments with reference to the positions of these features as shown in the drawings.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the present invention is directed to a component volatilization device 100. It is again emphasized that reference herein to component volatilization device 100 includes, but is not limited to, devices known in the art as mosquito repellants or fragrance devices for accelerating the volatilization of functional components. In other words, although the following description mainly refers to the mosquito repellent function and the fragrance function, in practice, the component volatilization device 100 of the present invention can also be used to volatilize other various functional components desired to be volatilized.
As shown in the drawings, the component volatilization device 100 of the present invention comprises: a housing 110 (see fig. 2), an volatilization orifice 120 (see fig. 2), a volatile material placement portion 130 (see fig. 1), and a volatilization facilitation device (which can generally be located within the housing 110 and is not shown in the figures).
The housing 110 includes a housing wall 111, the housing wall 111 enclosing an internal cavity. It is to be noted here that although the housing 110 shown in fig. 2 includes the housing walls 111 as a whole, the respective housing walls 111 of the housing 110 may be separated and detachable from each other. It should be noted that the rectangular parallelepiped housing with a chamfered bottom shown in fig. 2 is only an illustration, and those skilled in the art can select various other housing types according to actual needs, such as a spherical shape, a heart shape, and the like, and details thereof are not repeated herein.
Furthermore, with regard to the internal cavity enclosed by the casing wall 111, it is noted that this internal cavity does not necessarily have to completely isolate the casing internal space from the environment outside the casing, but primarily provides a risk of avoiding direct contact of the volatile material sheet with the consumer, and may therefore also be partially open.
Volatilization orifice 120 is disposed on housing 110 to place the interior cavity in fluid communication with the outside environment. Preferably, referring for example to fig. 2, the volatilization orifice 120 can comprise a series of holes arranged in an array in a defined pattern. More preferably, the volatilization orifice 120 can be disposed directly on the housing wall 111 of the housing 110, as shown in fig. 2. The volatilization orifices 120 can have generally the same shape as each other, for example circular or polygonal, but can also be shaped differently from each other according to practical needs. In addition, the hole pattern arrays staggered from each other in each row shown in the figures are only schematic, and those skilled in the art can also set various other desired hole patterns according to actual requirements to achieve different volatilization effects, which is not described herein again.
The volatile material holding section 130 is provided in the internal cavity to hold the material of its active component to be volatilized. It is to be noted here that, although the volatile material containing portion 130 shown in fig. 1 is shown as a separate plate-like object (volatile material containing plate), the specific form of the volatile material containing portion 130 of the present invention is not limited thereto, but may be provided integrally with the housing 110, or may be of another form that can be inserted into the housing 110.
In a preferred embodiment, the volatilization material placement section 130 can be located between the volatilization orifice 120 and the volatilization promotion device.
According to the concept of the present invention, the volatile material placing portion 130 includes a plurality of volatile material placing grooves 131 for accommodating a plurality of volatile material packages 200. More preferably, the volatile material installation part 130 may include two volatile material installation grooves 131. In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1, each volatile material holding slot is used to hold a single volatile material package 200.
In the preferred embodiment shown in fig. 1, the volatile material placement section 130 defines a reference plane 132, and the volatile material placement grooves 131 may be formed to be recessed in a recessed direction from the common reference plane 132 on the volatile material placement section 130.
Preferably, and as shown in fig. 1, at least one of the volatile material accommodating grooves may be different in shape and/or size from the other volatile material accommodating grooves. More specifically, in the preferred embodiment of fig. 1, the sectional shape of the volatile material containing groove 131 in the direction perpendicular to the concave direction includes a rectangle having a long side and a short side and a square having the long side of the rectangle as a side, and the long side of the rectangle is arranged in parallel with the side of the square.
Further, the depth of the depression of the volatile material placement groove 131 in the depression direction may be less than or equal to each side length of the volatile material placement groove 131 on the reference plane 132. In other words, the volatile material seating grooves 131 may preferably be flat grooves.
More preferably, volatile material placement portion 130 may further include an unloading groove 133 recessed from reference plane 132 and communicating with volatile material placement groove 131. For example, each volatile material placement groove 131 is shown as being provided with at least one substantially quarter-spherical unloading groove 133.
The volatilization promotion device is mounted on the housing 110 to change the gas flow rate and/or the ambient temperature at the volatile material placement section 130. Various conventional volatilization-promoting devices can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual needs, and preferably, the volatilization-promoting devices can include, for example, a fan and/or a heater mounted within the interior cavity of the housing 110.
In addition, component volatilization device 100 can also preferably include various types of switches (not shown) for turning the device on or off. Such switches include, but are not limited to, physical key switches, or wireless means such as cell phone APP, or bluetooth/WiFi.
An illustrative, but non-limiting, method of use of an ingredient volatilization device according to the present invention is briefly described below.
1) Initial usage scenario:
the user inserts one or both of mosquito repellent piece and fragrant piece respectively in the blank volatile material mounting panel of composition volatilization device, constitutes the volatile material mounting panel of taking the consumptive material to accomplish the equipment of initial use scene.
In this case, the volatilization facilitating means within the component volatilization device will actuate the corresponding mosquito repellent and/or fragrance sheet to function upon opening of the switch.
2) Consumable replacement scenario:
after the entire component volatilization device is used for a certain period of time (e.g., 90 days), the mosquito repellent mat or fragrance mat inside the volatile material placement plate needs to be replaced. The replacement of the mosquito-repellent tablet and the fragrance tablet can be carried out simultaneously or separately. When the mosquito repellent tablet is not needed in certain time periods (such as winter), the mosquito repellent tablet can be taken out from the volatile material containing plate, and the fragrance tablet is used independently. Similarly, when the fragrance sheet is not needed to be used in certain time periods, the fragrance sheet can be taken out and the mosquito-repellent sheet can be used independently.
When in replacement operation, corresponding new mosquito-repellent tablets and/or fragrance tablets are inserted into the volatile material placing plate to replace the original old mosquito-repellent tablets and/or fragrance tablets.
While the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail above, it should be understood that aspects of the embodiments can be modified, if necessary, to employ aspects, features and concepts of the various patents, applications and publications to provide yet further embodiments.
These and other changes can be made to the embodiments in light of the above detailed description. In general, in the claims, the terms used should not be construed to be limited to the specific embodiments disclosed in the specification and the claims, but should be construed to include all possible embodiments along with the full scope of equivalents to which such claims are entitled.
