A zipper 51 is arranged at the opening of the storage bag 5 to open and close the storage bag 5, and when the zipper 51 is closed, the rain cap 6 is stored in the storage bag 5; when the zipper 51 is unzipped, the rain cap 6 is extended out of the storage bag 5. And one end of the rain cap 6 far away from the rear flap 12 is also sewn with a cap peak 61, and the cap peak 61 extends towards the direction far away from the rain cap 6.
