Abstract
The application relates to a marking device with a positioning function, the marking device comprising: the cover body is used for accommodating the light column and the power supply assembly and can converge light emitted by the light column; the lighting column comprises a light-emitting device, a control device and a positioning device, wherein the light-emitting device is used for generating a light-emitting identifier according to a control instruction, the control device is used for sending the control instruction to the light-emitting device, and the positioning device is used for acquiring the current position of the identification equipment; and a power supply component for providing power to the identification device. The rapid deployment of the identification equipment with the positioning function is realized through magnet adsorption. According to the method and the device, the positioning transmission is carried out through the low-power wide area network (LPWAN) and the mobile communication technology, so that high reliability is achieved, and the position reporting of all vehicles in the fleet can be achieved as long as the identification equipment with the positioning function of one vehicle in the fleet can establish communication connection with the mobile communication base station.

Technical Field

The cover body is made of a light-transmitting material.
The bottom of the cover body is provided with threads, and the threads are used for being fixedly connected with the lamp light column.
The light pillar further comprises a base for providing structural support for the light pillar, or the base serves as a device base for the light pillar.
The light pillar further comprises a power contact spring for providing a squeeze-type connection for the electrodes of the battery in the power assembly.
The light post further comprises a magnet, wherein the magnet is used for connecting the identification equipment with a vehicle through magnetic force, and the magnet is connected with the base in a bonding mode.
The light emitting devices are Light Emitting Diode (LED) lamp banks and are positioned on two sides of the lamp light column.
The communication device comprises a mobile communication module, a low-power wide area network (LPWAN) module and a Bluetooth module;
the mobile communication module is used for carrying out wireless communication with a base station;
the LPWAN module is used for communicating with a plurality of identification devices in the ad hoc network;
the Bluetooth module is used for communicating with the mobile terminal.
The positioning means are able to receive satellite signals and determine the current position of the identification device from the satellite signals.
The control device, the positioning device and the communication device are integrated on the equipment main board and are fixedly installed on the base through screws.
The lamp light column further comprises an antenna integrated main board which is used for providing a signal amplification function and is connected with the equipment main board through a feeder line.
The lamp light post further comprises an LED control module used for controlling the LED lamp bank to emit light.
The power supply assembly includes a battery for providing power to the identification device.
The power supply assembly comprises a screw and is used for being connected with the lamplight column.
The power supply assembly comprises a switch, when the switch is in a closed state, the power supply assembly can provide power for the identification equipment, and when the switch is in an open state, the power supply assembly cannot provide power for the identification equipment.
The rapid deployment of the identification equipment with the positioning function is realized through magnet adsorption. According to the method and the device, the Low-Power Wide-Area Network (LPWAN) and the mobile communication technology are adopted, the positioning transmission is high in reliability, and the position reporting of all vehicles in the fleet can be realized as long as the identification device with the positioning function of one vehicle in the fleet can establish communication connection with the mobile communication base station.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a sectional structural view of a marking device having a positioning function according to an embodiment of the present application. The identification device includes: a cover body or a lampshade 1, a light column 2 (a positioning light column) and a power supply component 3 (a battery). The cover or shade 1 is used to house a light post 2 and a battery and is capable of concentrating the light emitted by the light post. And the light column 2 comprises a light-emitting device, a control device and a positioning device, wherein the light-emitting device is used for generating a light-emitting identifier according to the control instruction, the control device is used for sending the control instruction to the light-emitting device, and the positioning device is used for acquiring the current position of the identification equipment. And the power supply component 3 is used for providing power for the identification equipment.
Fig. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a cover according to an embodiment of the present application. The cover body or the lampshade 1 mainly provides outer layer protection for the identification equipment and light condensation of the LED light source. The cover body or the lampshade 1 is made of light-transmitting materials. A lamp shade shell 11 which is made of light-transmitting material and has a light-gathering function; and the thread 12 is positioned at the bottom of the cover body or the lampshade 1 and is used for being fixedly connected with the light column and mainly used for being connected with the light column 2 or the positioning light column 2.
Fig. 3 is a sectional view of a lamp post according to an embodiment of the present application, fig. 4 is a bottom perspective view of an identification device with a positioning function according to an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 5 is a top perspective view of an identification device with a positioning function according to an embodiment of the present application. A light pillar or positioning light pillar 2, which mainly provides light, communication, positioning and control; the light pillar or positioning light pillar 2 comprises: a base 21 for providing structural support for a light column, or said base serves as a device base for a light column, the body providing structural support and a component mounting base; a power contact spring 23 which mainly provides a squeezing connection effect, i.e., a squeezing connection, for the electrode 31 of the battery on the power module 3 and is connected to the main board 25; a magnet 24 for magnetically connecting the sign device to the vehicle, wherein the magnet is adhesively connected to the base, primarily provides a device attraction, and is adhesively connected to the base 21; the main board 25 provides a device control function, is connected with the power supply contact spring 23 through a wire, is connected with the feeder line of the antenna integrated board 27, and is connected with the base 21 through a nut 28 and a screw 29; the LED lamp strip 26 provides light source display, and the LED lamp strip 26 is a light-emitting diode (LED) lamp bank and is positioned on two sides of the lamp light post 2; an antenna integration main board 27 for providing signal amplification and connected with the main board 25 through a feeder line; the screw 29, which provides support for the main board 25 and the antenna integrated board 27, is mounted on the base 21 by screw threads.
Fig. 6 is a schematic diagram of a logic structure of a device motherboard according to an embodiment of the present application. A main board 25 for mainly providing a device control function; a controller 251 for providing LED light control, receiving positioning signals, and communicating with the mobile phone terminal, the communication base station and the device; a mobile communication module 252 for transmitting signals through a base station; an LPWAN module 253 providing networking between fleets of vehicles; a bluetooth module 254 for transmitting data with the mobile phone terminal; a positioning module 255 that receives the location information; and an LED control module 256 for controlling the LED light bank, such as to light up or light down, or to partially light up or partially light down.
The motherboard 25 may also house or be considered as a communication device including a mobile communication module, a low power wide area network LPWAN module and a bluetooth module; the mobile communication module is used for carrying out wireless communication with a base station; the LPWAN module is used for communicating with a plurality of identification devices in the ad hoc network; the Bluetooth module is used for communicating with the mobile terminal. The positioning means are able to receive satellite signals and determine the current position of the identification device from the satellite signals. The control device, the positioning device and the communication device are integrated on the equipment main board and are fixedly installed on the base through the screw. The lamp light column also comprises an antenna integrated main board which is used for providing a signal amplification function and is connected with the equipment main board through a feeder line. The lamp light post further comprises an LED control module used for controlling the LED lamp bank to emit light.
Fig. 7 is a perspective view of a power supply according to an embodiment of the present application. A power supply unit 3 for supplying power to the device; an electrode 31 providing a power discharge contact; a battery body 32 providing power storage; a screw 33 for connecting with the positioning light pillar 2; a power switch 34 provides a battery discharge closure. The power supply assembly includes a battery for providing power to the identification device. The power supply assembly comprises a screw for connecting with the light post. The power supply assembly comprises a switch, and when the switch is in a closed state, the power supply assembly can provide power for the identification device, and when the switch is in an open state, the power supply assembly cannot provide power for the identification device.
The practical application process of the identification equipment with the positioning function comprises the following steps:
step 4, controlling the LED lamp strip to emit light through Bluetooth communication;
step 5, obtaining vehicle positioning;
step 6, networking the devices;
and 7, reporting the vehicle position information through the connection with the mobile base station.
Claims (10)
1. An identification device having a positioning function, the identification device comprising:
the cover body is used for accommodating the light column and the power supply assembly and can converge light emitted by the light column;
the lighting column comprises a light-emitting device, a control device and a positioning device, wherein the light-emitting device is used for generating a light-emitting identifier according to a control instruction, the control device is used for sending the control instruction to the light-emitting device, and the positioning device is used for acquiring the current position of the identification equipment; and
and the power supply component is used for providing power for the identification equipment.
2. The identification device of claim 1, wherein the housing is made of a light transmissive material.
3. The identification device of claim 1, wherein the bottom of the housing has threads for securing a light post thereto.
4. The identification device of claim 1, the light post further comprising a base for providing structural support to the light post, or the base serving as a device base for the light post.
5. The identification device of claim 1, the light post further comprising a power contact spring for providing a press-fit connection for an electrode of a battery in a power assembly.
6. The identification device of claim 1, the light post further comprising a magnet for magnetically coupling the identification device to a vehicle, wherein the magnet is adhesively coupled to the base.
7. The identification device of claim 1, wherein the light emitting devices are Light Emitting Diode (LED) light banks and are positioned on opposite sides of a light post.
8. The identification device of claim 1, further comprising a communication means comprising a mobile communication module, a Low Power Wide Area Network (LPWAN) module, and a Bluetooth module;
the mobile communication module is used for carrying out wireless communication with a base station;
the LPWAN module is used for communicating with a plurality of identification devices in the ad hoc network;
the Bluetooth module is used for communicating with the mobile terminal.
9. Identification device according to claim 1, the positioning means being able to receive satellite signals and to determine the current position of the identification device from the satellite signals.
10. The identification device of claim 8, wherein the control means, positioning means and communication means are integrated on a device main board and fixedly mounted on the base by screws.
