In some embodiments where the movable cap 30 is provided with the engaging protrusion 31, the magnetic member 33 may be disposed at the other end of the movable cap 30, i.e. the end away from the engaging protrusion 31, so as to increase the distance between the magnetic member 33 and the rotation axis of the movable cap 30, and to apply a larger acting force to the movable cap 30 by fewer magnetic members 33, thereby improving the sealing effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-3 and 8-10, the magazine 20 may be provided with a sealing portion 22 surrounding the fragrance outlet 202, and the movable lid 30 may be provided with a sealing engagement portion 34, and the sealing engagement portion 34 can be engaged with the sealing portion 22 to seal the fragrance outlet 202, thereby improving the sealing property of the containing cavity 201, preventing fragrance from leaking to affect the service life of the fragrance and the purity of the desired fragrance.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-3 and 8-10, one of the sealing portion 22 and the sealing engagement portion 34 may be a sealing groove and the other of the sealing portion 22 and the sealing engagement portion 34 may be a sealing protrusion. By extending the sealing protrusion into the sealing groove, not only a reliable sealing effect can be achieved, but also the movable cover 30 can be positioned, so as to prevent the movable cover 30 from being inclined and being unable to accurately cover and seal the fragrance outlet 202.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 2-9, the fragrance assembly 100 further comprises an actuating member 50, the actuating member 50 being coupled to the moveable member 40 to actuate the moveable member 40.
Specifically, the driving member 50 may be configured as a manual member, a pulling portion engaged with the movable member 40 is disposed on the storage container 20, and the pulling portion is in power connection with the driving member 50, or the pulling portion is configured as the driving member 50, and a user can manually pull the pulling portion, and the pulling portion drives the movable member 40 to move, so as to implement the state switching of the plurality of movable covers 30. In other embodiments, the driving member 50 may be configured as an electric member, and when a user has a need to switch the fragrance, the user may send a command, and after receiving the command, the fragrance assembly 100 or a household electrical appliance (for example, the air conditioner 1000) provided with the fragrance assembly 100 controls the driving member 50 to be electrically operated to drive the movable member 40 to move, so as to switch the fragrance.

On one hand, the storage container 20 can shield the movable cover 30, the movable part 40 and other components, so that the fragrance assembly 100 is simple and attractive in appearance, the visual experience of a user is improved, and the movable cover 30, the movable part 40 and the like are protected; on the other hand, after the movable lid 30 opens the corresponding fragrance outlet 202, the fragrance is diffused into the mounting cavity 203 for buffering, and is diffused out through the fragrance outlet 204, so as to give the fragrance corresponding to the fragrance to the air flowing through the fragrance assembly 100. In the state that the movable covers 30 are opened at the same time, the plurality of fragrances can be mixed in the installation cavity 203 and then diffused outwards through the fragrance outlet 204, so as to improve the fragrance mixing effect.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 10, the containing cavity 201 can be formed by outwardly deforming the wall of the mounting cavity 203, that is, the structure defining the containing cavity 201 and the structure defining the mounting cavity 203 are integrally formed to improve the sealing performance. In other embodiments, the structure defining the containing cavity 201 and the structure defining the mounting cavity 203 can be separate pieces connected together, the cavity wall of the containing cavity 201 is provided with an opening, and the structure defining the containing cavity 201 is provided at the opening, so that the fragrance outlet 202 is communicated with the mounting cavity 203 through the opening.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2 and 5, the magazine 20 may include a container body 23 and a container cover 24, the container body 23 defines a mounting cavity 203 and a containing cavity 201, and the container cover 24 is detachably mounted to the container body 23 to open and close a cavity opening of the mounting cavity 203. The removable cover 30 and the moveable member 40 are easily installed and maintained, and the fragrance is easily added by removing the cover 24.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2-3, there are a plurality of fragrance outlets 204, and the plurality of fragrance outlets 204 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of holding cavities 201. For example, in an embodiment where the plurality of holding chambers 201 are arranged along the axial direction of the movable member 40, the plurality of fragrance outlets 204 may be arranged along the axial direction of the movable member 40, and the fragrance outlets 204 are disposed adjacent to the end of the movable cover 30 away from the movable member 40. After the movable cover 30 opens the corresponding chamber 201, the fragrance of the fragrance in the chamber 201 can be conveniently diffused out, so as to improve the fragrance effect.
In some embodiments of the present invention, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fragrance assembly 100 further comprises a frame body 60, and the shape of the frame body 60 includes, but is not limited to, a square frame as shown in fig. 1, and may also be a circular frame, a triangular frame, an irregular frame, and the like. The fragrance module 10 is disposed in an area surrounded by the frame 60 and is connected to the frame 60. By providing the frame body 60, the application and installation of the fragrance assembly 100 in the household appliance is facilitated.
Specifically, a part of the outer circumferential surface of the fragrance module 10 is connected to the inner circumferential surface of the frame 60, and another part of the outer circumferential surface of the fragrance module 10 is spaced apart from the inner circumferential surface of the frame 60 to form a ventilation area 601 between the fragrance module 10 and the frame 60. Air may flow through fragrance assembly 100 through ventilation zone 601 to come into sufficient contact with fragrance module 10 to create a pressure differential between the interior and exterior of fragrance module 10 to encourage the fragrance within fragrance module 10 to diffuse outward, and fragrance module 10 may be designed with a smaller volume to reduce resistance to air flow.
The present invention is not limited to any particular manner of connecting the fragrance module 10 to the frame 60. For example, a portion of the outer peripheral surface of the fragrance module 10 may be directly connected to the frame 60, or the fragrance module 10 may be connected to the frame 60 by a connecting arm 61 having a smaller cross section as shown in fig. 1, so as to adjust the position of the fragrance module 10 within the area surrounded by the frame 60 and reduce wind resistance.
In some embodiments where the fragrance module 10 includes a drive member 50, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the fragrance module 10 may further include a motor housing 53, with the drive member 50 mounted within the motor housing 53 to enable mounting, shielding, and protection of the drive member 50. The motor case 53 may be connected to at least one of the frame 60 and the magazine 20. As shown in fig. 2, the motor box 53 may include a motor box body and a motor box cover, the motor box body may be integrally formed with the container body 23, and the motor box cover may be integrally formed with the container cover 24, so as to simplify the structure and facilitate the engagement of the driving gear 51 and the mating gear 42.
As shown in fig. 11 to 13, an air conditioner 1000 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a body 200 and a fragrance assembly 100, the fragrance assembly 100 may be a fragrance assembly 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the fragrance assembly 100 being disposed on the body 200. Since the fragrance assembly 100 according to the embodiment of the present invention has the above-mentioned beneficial technical effects, the air conditioner 1000 according to the embodiment of the present invention can not only realize the existence of more fragrance components, prolong the replacement period, and reduce the replacement frequency, but also realize the replacement between fragrance components with different fragrances or realize the release of fragrances with different concentrations through the movement of the movable member 40 during the use process, and realize the supply of fragrances to the indoor space according to the use requirements, and can improve the use experience of the fragrance assembly 100, by providing the plurality of holding cavities 201 and the plurality of movable covers 30 on the storage container 20, and providing the movable member 40 for opening and closing the movable cover 30.
It should be noted that, in some embodiments, the fragrance assembly 100 is formed as one of the multifunctional components of the air handling unit of the air conditioner 1000, a plurality of slots capable of being assembled in a removable and insertable manner may be disposed on the air handling unit, the fragrance assembly 100 may be inserted into the slots, the slots may be provided with spring pieces, and a clamp spring is disposed on a side surface or a rear end of the fragrance assembly 100 and is in contact with the spring pieces to electrically connect the wireless communication module and the driving member 50 inside the fragrance assembly 100; in other embodiments, a slot may be directly formed on the housing of the body 200 of the air conditioner 1000, and the fragrance assembly 100 may be selectively disposed in the slot, so that the air conditioner 1000 has a fragrance function.
Preferably, fragrance assembly 100 is integrated with an air handling unit.
As shown in fig. 12 and 13, according to some embodiments of the present invention, a plurality of mounting locations are provided in the body 200, the air conditioner 1000 further includes a mounting bracket 400, the mounting bracket 400 is detachably engaged with any one of the mounting locations, and the fragrance assembly 100 is mounted in the mounting bracket 400.
Specifically, in the embodiment where the fragrance assembly 100 is directly integrated on the cabinet of the machine body 200, the cabinet is provided with the mounting position, the air conditioner 1000 is further provided with the mounting bracket 400 matched with the mounting position, and the fragrance assembly 100 is detachably placed on the mounting bracket 400, so that plug and play of the fragrance assembly 100 is realized, and replacement of the fragrance is facilitated. In an embodiment where the fragrance assembly 100 is integrated into an air handling unit, the housing 200 includes an air handling unit (e.g., a fresh air unit) having a plurality of mounting locations, one mounting bracket 400 for each mounting location, and the fragrance assembly 100 is selectively mounted on any one of the plurality of mounting brackets 400 and can be mounted to an overfire area of the air handling unit to impart a fragrance to the indoor air when the air conditioner 1000 is out of the wind.
In some embodiments where the fragrance assembly 100 includes a frame 60, as shown in fig. 1, the mounting bracket 400 may have a mounting slot 410, with the fragrance assembly 100 mounted within the mounting slot 410 to enable a supporting securement of the fragrance assembly 100. Alternatively, the frame 60 may have a shape that is substantially the same as the shape of the mounting slot 410 to facilitate positioning of the fragrance assembly 100. In addition, the bottom wall of the installation groove 410 may be provided with a ventilation opening 420, and at least a portion of the ventilation area 601 communicates with the ventilation opening 420 to reduce air flow resistance, improve air conditioning and fragrance effects. Optionally, the fragrance assembly 100 and the mounting bracket 400 may be further secured by fasteners such as screws, snaps, etc.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 11-13, the air conditioner 1000 includes a housing 200, a mounting bracket 400, and a fragrance assembly 100, wherein the housing 200 includes a panel 260, a top cover, a base, an air-out frame 270, a fan assembly 240, a filter screen module 250, an air duct assembly 280, a heat exchanger assembly 290, and a rear cabinet assembly 300, wherein the panel 260, the top cover, the base, the air-out frame 270, and the rear cabinet assembly 300 cooperate to form a cabinet having a first region and a second region distributed up and down therein. The first area is provided with an air duct assembly 280 and a heat exchanger assembly 290 to realize air conditioning functions such as cooling and heating. The fan assembly 240 is disposed in the second area, and the casing is further provided with an air inlet 220 and an air outlet 230 which are communicated with the fan assembly 240, wherein the air inlet 220 is used for air inlet in an internal circulation or exhaust mode, and the air outlet 230 is used for air outlet in an internal circulation or fresh air mode. The plurality of installation positions are arranged in the second area and located between the outlet end of the fan assembly 240 and the air outlet 230, and the filter screen module 250 and the fragrance assembly 100 are respectively installed on the installation supports 400 at different installation positions, so that the purity of fresh air entering an indoor space is ensured, and secondary pollution is avoided.
In the fresh air mode, air in the external environment enters the machine body 200 under the driving of the fan assembly 240 and flows through the fragrance assembly 100, so that fragrance generated by the fragrance member can be brought into the indoor space, and the purpose of adjusting the fragrance of the indoor space can be achieved while the air quality of the indoor space is improved. Obviously, the fragrance assembly 100 may also play a role of adjusting fragrance in other operation modes, and the fragrance assembly 100 may also be disposed at other positions of the machine body 200, such as at the air inlet 220, inside the flow channel of the fan assembly 240, and the like.

Claims (16)

1. A fragrance assembly comprising a fragrance module, the fragrance module comprising:
the storage container is provided with a plurality of containing cavities for containing fragrance pieces, and each containing cavity is provided with a fragrance outlet;
the movable covers are rotatably arranged on the material storage container and are in one-to-one correspondence with the containing cavities to respectively open and close the fragrance outlets;
the movable part is movably matched with the movable covers to drive at least one movable cover to open the corresponding fragrance outlet.

The fragrance assembly of claim 1, wherein the movable member is a rotating rod, the outer peripheral surface of the rotating rod is provided with a driving protrusion, the movable cover is provided with a matching protrusion, and the driving protrusion is matched with the matching protrusion to drive the movable cover to rotate.

The fragrance assembly of claim 2, wherein the outer surface of the drive boss comprises a first convex surface and the outer surface of the mating boss comprises a second convex surface, the first convex surface being in interference fit with the second convex surface to drive the moveable cover in rotation.
4. The fragrance assembly of claim 2 wherein the engagement protrusion is disposed at one end of the removable cover, the removable cover having a pivot axis, the pivot axis being spaced from the engagement protrusion by a distance less than the other end of the removable cover.
5. The fragrance assembly of claim 2, wherein a plurality of the containing cavities are distributed along an axial direction of the rotating rod, a plurality of the driving protrusions are distributed along the axial direction of the rotating rod, and at least two of the driving protrusions are staggered along a circumferential direction of the rotating rod.
6. The fragrance assembly of claim 1, wherein the removable cover is provided with a magnetically attractive element, and the storage container is provided with a magnetically attractive mating element adapted to magnetically mate with the magnetically attractive element.
7. The fragrance assembly of claim 1 wherein the magazine is provided with a seal surrounding the fragrance outlet, the removable lid being provided with a seal engagement portion that engages the seal to seal the fragrance outlet.
8. The fragrance assembly of claim 7 wherein one of the sealing portion and the seal engagement portion is a sealing groove and the other is a sealing projection adapted to extend into the sealing groove.
9. The fragrance assembly of claim 1, further comprising:

10. The fragrance assembly of claim 9, wherein the drive member comprises: the motor and the drive gear, the drive gear with the output shaft of motor links to each other, the moving part be equipped with the cooperation gear of drive gear looks meshing.
11. The fragrance assembly of claim 10, wherein the drive gear and the mating gear are both helical gears.
12. The fragrance assembly of claim 1 wherein the storage container has a mounting cavity, the fragrance outlet is formed in a wall of the mounting cavity, the removable cover is disposed in the mounting cavity, and a fragrance outlet is disposed in a wall of the mounting cavity.
13. The fragrance assembly of claim 12, wherein the plurality of fragrance vent openings are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the plurality of holding cavities.
14. The fragrance assembly of any one of claims 1-13, further comprising:
the fragrance module is arranged in an area enclosed by the frame, one part of the outer peripheral surface of the fragrance module is connected with the inner peripheral surface of the frame, and the other part of the outer peripheral surface of the fragrance module is spaced from the inner peripheral surface of the frame to form a ventilation area.
15. An air conditioner, comprising:
a body;
a fragrance assembly according to any one of claims 1-14, the fragrance assembly being provided on the body.
16. The air conditioner as claimed in claim 15, wherein a plurality of mounting locations are provided in the body, the air conditioner further comprises a mounting bracket detachably engaged with any one of the mounting locations, and the fragrance assembly is mounted in the mounting bracket.
