the controller 8 is connected with an external power supply, the micro negative pressure pump 7 is controlled to be started through the controller, the air passing cavity is divided into a plurality of fan-shaped areas by the heat dissipation copper sheets 5f, after the micro negative pressure pump 7 is started, one of the fan-shaped areas generates negative pressure, so that air flows into the air passing cavity from one vent pipe, the air flowing into the air passing cavity passes through the fan-shaped areas and is discharged by the micro negative pressure pump 7, in the process, the radiating copper sheets 5f play a certain role in blocking the passing air, so that the air is fully contacted with the outer bottom copper plate 5d, the outer copper pipe 5b and the middle partition plate 5e, the heat on the outer bottom copper plate 5d, the outer copper pipe 5b and the middle partition plate 5e is fully absorbed, the temperature reduction of the outer bottom copper plate 5d, the outer copper pipe 5b and the middle partition plate 5e is improved, and absorbs heat transferred from the inner copper tube 5a, the outer copper tube 5b, and the inner bottom copper plate 5c more rapidly.
