When the gearbox needs to be maintained, all connecting bolts and pins of the first split housing 5091 and the second split housing 5092 are screwed out, all connecting bolts and pins of the upper box body and the lower box body are screwed out, and then the input rear end cover, the transmission shaft rear end cover and the oil pump assembly are detached. And screwing out the connecting bolt of the first split housing 5091 and the upper box body, hanging out the first split housing 5091 and the upper box body in sequence, laying wood pillows and paper pads below the first split housing 5091 and the upper box body to prevent joint surfaces from being damaged, and then hanging out the input shaft component to disassemble and replace the high-elasticity coupler 10 or the rubber toothed sleeve coupler and the second split housing 5092. The assembly sequence is reversed from the disassembly procedure. Compared with the traditional structure gear, the main engine and the stern shaft do not need to be moved in maintenance, the three lines of the gear box do not need to be aligned again, and the maintenance time and the maintenance cost can be greatly saved.
The marine gearbox has the advantages of compact structure, small volume, light weight, high transmission capacity, high reliability, attractive appearance, low manufacturing cost and convenience in assembly, disassembly and maintenance.
