the first washing tower comprises a liquid storage tank, a tower body, a spraying device, a water pump and distribution filling units, wherein a special deodorant is added into the liquid storage tank, the tower body is arranged above the liquid storage tank, an exhaust port is formed in the upper end of the tower body, an air inlet and a liquid outlet are formed in the lower end of the tower body, and the liquid outlet is communicated with the liquid storage tank;
the spraying device is arranged in the tower body and is used for spraying liquid containing the special deodorant downwards; a liquid inlet of the water pump is communicated with the liquid storage tank, and a liquid outlet of the water pump is communicated with the spraying device and used for conveying liquid in the liquid storage tank to the spraying device;
the distribution filling unit is arranged in the tower body and comprises a distributor and a filler, the distributor is positioned below the spraying device, the filler is positioned below the distributor, and the deodorant contains a deodorant composition.
2. The exhaust gas odor elimination device of claim 1, wherein said distributed filler unit further comprises a redistributor disposed below said filler.
3. The exhaust gas odor elimination device of claim 2, wherein the redistributor includes a body, a snorkel tube disposed in the middle of the body, and a plurality of air ducts disposed on the body around the snorkel tube.
4. The exhaust gas odor removing device according to claim 1, 2 or 3, wherein said distributed filler unit is plural, and plural distributed filler units are arranged at intervals in the up-down direction in said tower body.
5. The exhaust gas odor removal device according to claim 1, wherein a demister is provided in said tower body, said demister being located above said spray means.
6. The waste gas deodorizing device according to claim 1, wherein an air inlet pipe is provided at a side portion of a lower end of the tower body, and the air inlet pipe is provided with the air inlet and a sampling port for collecting waste gas;
the tower body is provided with a sight glass which is positioned above the sampling port.
7. The exhaust gas odor removal apparatus according to claim 5, wherein said packing is a wire mesh packing having a height of 3 to 6 m, and said demister has a height of not less than 300 mm.
8. The exhaust gas odor removing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the time taken for the exhaust gas introduced through said inlet port to pass through said tower body and then to be discharged from said outlet port is not less than 3 seconds.
9. An exhaust treatment system, comprising:
an alkaline washing device comprising a second scrubber and an alkaline washing agent added to a liquid tank of the second scrubber, the second scrubber being identical in structure to the first scrubber according to any one of claims 1 to 8;
an exhaust gas odour removal device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 8, the inlet of which communicates with an outlet on the caustic wash device.
10. The exhaust treatment system of claim 9, further comprising:
a first water washing apparatus comprising a third washing tower and a first water washing reagent, the first water washing reagent being added to the liquid storage tank of the third washing tower, the third washing tower being identical in structure to the first washing tower of any one of claims 1 to 8;
and the air inlet of the third washing tower is communicated with the air outlet on the alkaline washing device, and the air outlet of the third washing tower is communicated with the air inlet on the waste gas deodorizing device.
11. The exhaust treatment system of claim 9, further comprising:
a pickling device comprising a fourth scrubber tower and a pickling reagent added to the tank of the fourth scrubber tower, the fourth scrubber tower being identical in structure to the first scrubber tower of any one of claims 1 to 8; and the exhaust port of the fourth washing tower is communicated with the air inlet on the alkaline washing device.
12. The exhaust treatment system of claim 11, further comprising:
a second water washing apparatus comprising a fifth washing tower and a second water washing reagent, the second water washing reagent being added to the liquid storage tank of the fifth washing tower, the fifth washing tower having the same structure as the first washing tower of any one of claims 1 to 8;
and the air inlet of the fifth washing tower is communicated with the air outlet on the acid washing device, and the air outlet of the fifth washing tower is communicated with the air inlet on the alkali washing device.
