The application relates to the field of furniture, in particular to combined furniture.

Background

In home life, there are many pieces of furniture, such as beds, sofas, etc., which must be configured, and these pieces of furniture are bulky. In particular, sofas typically have a seat, arms, and a back that are installed and secured during manufacture. When the finished furniture is stored and transported, the furniture occupies a large transport space due to the specific shape of the furniture. This results in a considerable increase in the costs of storage and transport of these pieces of furniture, even far beyond the costs of manufacture of these pieces of furniture. In addition, since the finished furniture has a definite shape which cannot be changed freely once being manufactured, when a user wants to change the space layout of a home, the user is greatly restricted, and the furniture with the fixed shape has to be discarded and the purchase of the furniture is carried out again in many cases.

Although some furniture in the prior art provides a way for users to install the furniture by hands, for large furniture such as sofas and beds, the number of assembled parts is large, for example, the number of connecting pieces is two or more, so as to meet the corresponding assembling requirements, and the installation complexity is high, which is inconvenient.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

In view of the above problems, the present application provides a modular furniture, which standardizes and modularizes the components constituting the furniture, so that the user can assemble the furniture according to his own needs, and the furniture is very practical.

The application provides a combined furniture, which comprises a furniture single body and a connecting piece. The furniture unit comprises: the first single body is provided with a bottom surface, and the bottom surface is provided with a mounting hole; and the second monomer is provided with a bottom surface, and the bottom surface is provided with a mounting hole. The connector includes: the connecting body comprises a connecting body and a cylinder, wherein the cylinder is arranged on the connecting body and protrudes upwards from the upper surface of the connecting body. The number of the columns is at least two, one column is inserted into the mounting hole of the first single body, the other column is inserted into the mounting hole of the second single body, and therefore the two furniture single bodies are connected through the connecting piece.

Further, in some embodiments, the connecting body is provided with a column hole from the upper surface to the inside, and the lower end of the column body is inserted into the column hole.

The modular furniture adopts standardized modules, can realize the self combination of a plurality of furniture forms, and simultaneously saves storage and transportation space. Furthermore, the combined furniture provided by the embodiment of the application has the advantages of small number of components, simple connection mode and very easy operation in assembly and disassembly. Is very convenient for the free design of furniture. Due to the universality of the furniture units, the furniture units can be combined into sofas in various forms only by two furniture unit modules (the backrest and the armrests are unified universal parts) under the common condition. Detailed Description

As shown in fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a combination furniture, which includes a furniture unit and a connecting member 20. The furniture unit comprises: a first unit 10 having a bottom surface provided with a mounting hole; and a second unit 20 having a bottom surface provided with a mounting hole. The connecting member 30 includes a connecting body 31 and a cylinder 32, and the cylinder 32 is disposed on the connecting body 31 and protrudes upward from the upper surface of the connecting body 31. The number of the columns 32 is at least two, wherein one column 32 is inserted into the mounting hole of the first unit 10, and the other column is inserted into the mounting hole of the second unit 20, so that two furniture units are connected through a connecting member.

Further, as shown in fig. 2, in some embodiments, the main function of the connecting body 31 of the connecting member 30 is to provide a space for installing the cylinder and to stabilize the cylinder installed thereon. The column body is fixed on the connecting body, and after the connecting piece connects the two furniture single bodies, the connecting piece can bear the force which is generated by the dependence of a user and enables the two furniture single bodies to be separated. Therefore, the column should have the necessary strength and toughness, and can be selected differently according to the type of furniture, and the selection criteria can be determined by those skilled in the art according to the actual situation. For example, the cylinder may be made of metal, further stainless steel, or a solid cylinder, as shown in fig. 5, or a tubular cylinder, and an opening 323 is formed at the top end of the cylinder for air circulation. In one embodiment, the column 32 is made of 304 stainless steel tube with a wall thickness of no less than 3mm, a column diameter of no less than 20mm, and a column length of no less than 200 mm. Preferably, the connecting body and the column body can be detachably connected. As shown in fig. 2 and 5, the connecting body 31 is provided with a column hole 311 from the upper surface to the inside for inserting the lower end of the column 32 into the column hole 31. Further, in some embodiments, the lower end of the post 32 is provided with external threads 322, and the post hole of the connecting body is provided with internal threads, and the post and the connecting body are fixed by threads. The internal thread can be directly arranged on the inner wall of the column hole and can also be formed in a manner of embedding a nut. In the embodiment of the present application, the connecting element 30 functions as both a connecting element and a leg, and after the furniture is assembled, the single furniture units are supported on the connecting body of the connecting element, and the lower surface of the connecting body is used for contacting the ground. Therefore, the furniture single body is not provided with the support legs, the shape of the outer contour of the furniture single body is simpler, and the furniture single body can be set to be in a cuboid shape. Therefore, the production process of the furniture monomer is reduced, the material is saved, the space utilization efficiency can be improved during storage and transportation, and the storage and transportation cost is reduced.

In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 2, 4 and 6, a sleeve 33 is disposed in the mounting hole 11, and the post 32 is inserted into the sleeve 33. The bottom of the sleeve 33 is provided with a flange 332, and the flange is provided with a screw hole 333 which can be fixed in a mounting hole of the furniture single body through a screw. Since most of the furniture units are made of wood or the wood is used as the main frame of the furniture unit, and the mounting holes are also formed on the wood, the inserted columns are generally made of metal, the columns can damage the wood forming the mounting holes with the leaning of users, and one of the functions of the sleeves is to prevent the furniture units from being damaged by the columns. Another effect is that the sleeve can be made of metal and can be made separately, and its shape and size can be designed to perfectly match the cylinder. As shown in fig. 5, the column body is thin at the top and thick at the bottom, and the upper end of the column body is slightly rounded, so that the installation hole or the sleeve can be easily butted. The sleeve is also set to be in a shape which is thin at the top and thick at the bottom and is matched with the column body, and the column body is stable and does not shake after being inserted into the sleeve.

Further, in some embodiments, the modular furniture is a sofa and the furniture units are functional as seats, armrests or backrests. In combination, the first and second monomers may be the same or different, and may represent different functional components in different embodiments.

As shown in fig. 7, the first single body 10 is a sofa seat, and the second single body 20 is an armrest of the sofa. In this embodiment, the number of the second single bodies connected to the first single body 10 is two, one of the second single bodies may serve as a sofa armrest, and the other may serve as a sofa backrest. In actual manufacture, the sofa and the armrests are identical in structure, but differ in what role the user plays when using them.

In yet another aspect, the furniture units are of only one form, in which case the first unit and the second unit are of the same construction. As shown in fig. 4, the bottom surface of the base body is rectangular, and mounting holes are formed in the regions of four corners of the rectangle. Meanwhile, the number of the columns on the connecting piece is four, and the connecting piece can be connected with four furniture single bodies. Two or more, at most four, furniture units can be connected by a single connecting member, for example, a user needs a large-area furniture, such as a bed, or a stage, which can connect the furniture units, such as a sofa seat, by using a four-column connecting member. When the user no longer needs the bed or the stage, the bed or the stage can be conveniently detached and can be connected with furniture units such as armrests or backrests to form a sofa shape, so that the requirements of the user are met.

Claims (10)

1. The combined furniture is characterized by comprising a furniture single body and a connecting piece;

the furniture unit comprises:

the first single body is provided with a bottom surface, and the bottom surface is provided with a mounting hole; and

the second single body is provided with a bottom surface, and the bottom surface is provided with a mounting hole;

the connector includes:

a connecting body, and

the cylinder is arranged on the connecting body and protrudes upwards out of the upper surface of the connecting body;

the number of the columns is at least two, one of the columns is inserted into the mounting hole of the first single body, and the other column is inserted into the mounting hole of the second single body.

2. Modular furniture according to claim 1,

the connecting body is provided with a column hole from the upper surface to the inside, and the lower end of the column body is inserted into the column hole.

3. Modular furniture according to claim 2,

the lower end of the column body is provided with external threads, and the column body is fixed with the connecting body through threads.

4. Modular furniture according to claim 1,

the column body is in a shape with a thin upper part and a thick lower part.

5. The modular furniture piece of claim 1, wherein said mounting hole comprises a sleeve, said post being inserted into said sleeve.

6. The modular furniture as claimed in claim 1, wherein the post is provided with a through hole formed at a position where the post protrudes from the upper surface of the connecting body;

or an even number of parallel planes of the column.

7. The modular furniture piece of claim 5, wherein the top end of the sleeve is provided with air holes.

8. A modular furniture piece according to any of claims 1 to 7, wherein said first unit is a seat, an arm or a backrest and said second unit is a seat, an arm or a backrest.

9. The modular furniture as claimed in claim 8, wherein the number of the columns is four, the number of the mounting holes of each of the furniture units is two, and two adjacent columns are inserted into two adjacent mounting holes of the same furniture unit.

10. The modular furniture piece of claim 8, wherein the base has a rectangular shape with mounting holes in the areas of the four corners of the rectangle; or the number of the columns of the connecting piece is four.
