SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
Problem to be solved by utility model
However, in the conventional cleaning brush, the resin substrate 102 obtained by injection molding is subjected to a hole forming process to form the hole 104 for bristle planting, and the bristle material 106 is directly planted on the substrate 102 through the hole 104 for bristle planting, so that it takes time to process and manufacture the cleaning brush. In addition, the inclined holes 104 for flocking can be formed at the same time when the base plate 102 is injection molded, but a complicated and expensive mold is required.
In addition, since tires for vehicles have various sizes such as 13 to 20 inches, when the size of the base plate 102 (for example, the diameter is 400 to 500mm) is changed accordingly, the number and arrangement of the holes 104 for flocking needs to be redesigned according to the size of the base plate 102.
Further, when the bristle material 106 is damaged or the like, the entire base plate 102 needs to be replaced with the bristle material 106.
Further, in order to avoid the decrease in strength of the base plate 102, the design of the size, number, and the like of the holes 104 for hair planting is limited.
In view of the above circumstances, an object of the present invention is to provide a brush structure and a cleaning brush which can shorten the processing and manufacturing time, can be compatible with base plates of various sizes, can reuse the base plates when changing bristle materials, and can improve the degree of freedom in designing holes for bristles while maintaining the strength of the base plates.
Means for solving the problems
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention is a brush structure for cleaning a tire and/or a wheel rim of a vehicle, comprising: a partition piece detachably attached to each of a plurality of regions partitioned in a circumferential direction of a surface of the disk-shaped base plate, and having a hole for hair planting formed in an inclined manner with respect to a thickness direction; and the brush hair material is planted on the surface of the partition piece through the hair planting holes.
According to the present invention, the gist thereof is that the divided pieces are formed of an elastic material.
According to the present invention, the segment pieces have a fan shape in a plan view.
According to the present invention, a falling prevention wall for preventing the brush material from falling outward is erected on an outer edge of a surface of the divided piece.
According to the present invention, a holding cylinder for holding a root portion of the brush material is erected on a surface of the divided piece at a position surrounding the hole for implanting hair.
According to the present invention, the rear surface of the divided piece is provided with a plurality of projections which abut against the front surface of the bottom plate.
According to the present invention, the dividing piece is formed of an elastic material and has a fan shape in a plan view; a falling prevention wall for preventing the brush hair material from falling to the outside is erected on the outer edge part of the surface of the divided piece; a holding cylinder for holding the root of the bristle material in a position surrounding the hole for bristle planting; a plurality of projections are provided on the back surface of the divided piece so as to abut against the surface of the bottom plate.
According to the present invention, the brush material includes a brush material for a collar bone for cleaning a collar bone, and the brush material for a collar bone includes a first brush material for a collar bone provided in a first region of a surface of the divided piece; and a second brush member for a rim, which is provided in a second region adjacent to the first region in the circumferential direction of the base plate, and which is shorter than the first brush member for a rim.
To solve the above problems, according to the present invention, a gist is a cleaning brush for cleaning a tire and/or a wheel rim of a vehicle, the cleaning brush having: a disk-shaped bottom plate; and brush structures respectively arranged on the surface of the bottom plate and divided into a plurality of areas in the circumferential direction.
Effect of the utility model
The brush structure according to the present invention includes a plurality of divided pieces detachably attached to a plurality of regions defined in a circumferential direction of a surface of a disk-shaped base plate, and formed with hair-planting holes inclined with respect to a thickness direction; and the brush hair material is planted on the surface of the partition piece through the hair planting holes. Therefore, when the divided piece is injection molded, the inclined holes for hair-planting can be formed at the same time, and the processing and manufacturing time can be shortened. In addition, by changing the number of the brush structure bodies, the base plates with various sizes can be compatible. In addition, only the brush structure body is replaced when the brush materials are damaged, so that the bottom plate can be reused, and waste is reduced. Further, the size and number of the holes for hair planting can be freely set while maintaining the strength of the base plate.

Further, when the divided pieces are formed in a fan shape in plan view, the divided pieces and the brush member can be arranged with a small gap in the circumferential direction on the bottom plate. Thus, the tire and/or the wheel rim can be effectively cleaned.
Further, when a falling prevention wall is erected on the outer edge portion of the surface of the divided piece, the falling prevention wall can prevent the brush material from falling outward and spreading excessively even if the brush material is pressed relatively strongly against the tire and/or the wheel rim.
Further, when the holding cylinder stands on the surface of the divided piece, the bristle material is held in an appropriate posture by the holding cylinder. Thus, the tire and/or the wheel rim can be effectively cleaned.
When the back surface of the divided piece is provided with a plurality of protrusions that abut against the surface of the base plate, an accommodation space for holding the line of the brush material is formed between the back surface of the divided piece and the surface of the base plate.
Further, when the brush member has a brush member for a rim, and the brush member for a rim has a first brush member for a rim and a second brush member for a rim shorter than the first brush member, the first brush member for a rim effectively cleans the outer side of the rim, and the second brush member for a rim shorter than the first brush member effectively cleans the inner side of the rim.
The cleaning brush according to the present invention has: and the brush structure bodies are respectively arranged in a plurality of areas divided in the circumferential direction of the surface of the base plate. Therefore, when the divided piece is injection molded, the inclined holes for hair-planting can be formed at the same time, and the processing and manufacturing time can be shortened. In addition, by changing the number of the brush structures used, it is possible to accommodate various sizes of the base plates. In addition, only the brush structure body is replaced when the brush materials are damaged, so that the bottom plate can be reused, and waste is reduced. Further, the size and number of the holes for hair planting can be freely set while maintaining the strength of the base plate.

In addition, the symbols in parentheses in the respective configurations described in the above embodiments indicate correspondence with specific configurations described in the embodiments described later.
Examples
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described specifically by way of examples with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(1) Structure of cleaning brush
The cleaning brush 1 according to the present embodiment is used for cleaning a tire 21 and a wheel rim 22 (see fig. 5 and 6). As shown in fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning brush 1 includes: a disk-shaped base plate 2; and brush structures 3, which will be described later, provided in a plurality of (5 in the figure) regions a1 to a5 defined in the circumferential direction on the surface of the base plate 2.
The floor panel 2 is an injection molded product formed of a synthetic resin (e.g., PCV, etc.). The thickness t1 of the bottom plate 2 was set to about 15mm (see fig. 4). Further, a central portion of the back surface of the base plate 2 is connected to a rotatable horizontal shaft 23 (see fig. 6).
(2) Structure of brush structure
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a brush structure 3 according to the present invention includes: a partition piece 5 detachably attached to each of the regions a1 to a5 on the surface of the base plate 2 and having a plurality of through holes 4 formed obliquely with respect to the thickness direction; and a brush material 6 planted on the surface of the divided piece 5 through the hole 4 for planting bristles.
The divided piece 5 is an injection molded product formed of an elastic material (e.g., a synthetic resin elastomer or the like). The divided pieces 5 have a fan shape (specifically, an annular fan shape) in a plan view (see fig. 7). Further, the thickness t2 of the divided piece 5 is set to about 3mm (see fig. 4).
As shown in fig. 4 and 7, a plurality of bases 9 (five in the figure) for receiving heads of screws 8, rivets, and the like are provided to protrude from the surface of the divided piece 5. These bases 9 are formed with insertion through holes 9a into which shaft portions such as screws 8 and rivets are inserted. Also, the divided piece 5 can be detachably attached to the base plate 2 by screwing a screw 8 into the base or driving a rivet into the base in a state where the divided piece 5 is disposed on the base plate 2. The base 9 projects from the back surface side of the divided piece 5 and functions as a projection 12 (see fig. 10) described later.
As shown in fig. 4 and 11, a falling prevention wall 10 (see fig. 7 to 9) for preventing the brush member 6 from falling outward is provided on the outer edge of the surface of the divided piece 5. The falling prevention wall 10 is formed in an arc plate shape extending in the circumferential direction of the bottom plate 2. Further, on the surface of the divided piece 5, a holding cylinder 11 for holding the root of the brush material 6 is erected at a position surrounding each hole 4 for implanting bristles. Further, a plurality of projections 12 (see fig. 10) are provided on the back surface of the divided piece 5 to abut on the front surface of the base plate 2. The plurality of projections 12 are arranged along the outer edge of the rear surface of the divided piece 5, and the inner side of the outer peripheral edge thereof is also arranged in plurality.
As shown in fig. 4, the axis of the hole for hair attachment 4 is inclined at a predetermined inclination angle (θ) (e.g., about 7 degrees) with respect to the thickness direction of the divided piece 5. The bristle material 6 that has been planted through the hole for planting bristles 4 is in an inclined posture in the centrifugal direction of the base plate 2. Specifically, the axis of the hole 4 for hair attachment is inclined so that the opening 4a on the front side of the divided piece 5 is located on the eccentric side of the bottom plate 2 from the opening 4b on the back side when the divided piece 5 is provided in the regions a1 to a5 on the front surface of the bottom plate 2. The front-side opening 4a and the rear-side opening 4b have substantially the same area, and are located at positions partially overlapping each other when the divided sheet 5 is viewed in plan.
The mold for injection molding the divided piece 5 (not shown) has a pair of molds that are close to and away from each other in the axial direction of the hole for hair planting 4. The pair of molds has a forming surface forming the front and back surfaces of the divided piece 5. These molding surfaces are inclined with respect to a plane perpendicular to the axial center of the hole for hair planting 4 (i.e., the direction in which the pair of dies are clamped).
The brush material 6 may be a material formed by binding micro-foamed or non-foamed synthetic resin threads. The brush material 6 is folded in half in the longitudinal direction and inserted into the holding cylinder 11 with the central folded portion as a base. The root of the brush hair material 6 is held in the holding cylinder 11 by introducing the thread 14 through the back face of the partition 5 into the hole 4 for tufting so as to straddle the folded portion of the brush hair material 6.
As shown in fig. 11 and 12, the brush material 6 includes a tire brush material 6a for cleaning the tire 21 and a wheel rim brush material 6b for cleaning the wheel rim 22. The brush material for tire 6a is held in the holding cylinder 11 located in the outer region b1 of the segment 5, and the brush material for wheel bone 6b is held in the holding cylinder 11 located in the inner region b2 of the segment seat 5 (see fig. 7). The tire brush member 6a is made of a material harder than the tire brush member 6 b. The length L of the tire brush member 6a is set to a value greater than the lengths L1 and L2 of the tire brush member 6 b. Further, the color (for example, black) of the tire brush member 6a is different from the color (for example, blue) of the tire brush member 6 b. Thereby enhancing the design feeling.
The length L of the tire brush member 6a may be set to a value smaller than the lengths L1 and L2 of the tire brush member 6b, or may be set to a value substantially equal to the lengths L1 and L2 of the tire brush member 6 b.
As shown in fig. 7, the brush material for a rim 6b includes: a first region c1 provided in the surface of the divided piece 5 and made of the first round bone brush material 16 a; the second brush member 16b for a wheel bone is provided in a second region c2 adjacent to the first region c1 in the circumferential direction of the base plate 2. Specifically, the first ring bone bristle material 16a is held in the plurality of holding tubes 11 provided in the first region c1, and the second ring bone bristle material 16b is held in the plurality of holding tubes 11 provided in the second region. The length L1 (e.g., 300mm) of the first round of brush material 16a is set to a value greater than the length L2 (e.g., 250 mm) of the second round of brush material 16b (see fig. 11).
(3) Action of cleaning brushes
Next, the function of the cleaning brush having the above-described structure will be described. As shown in fig. 6, the cleaning brush 1 is rotated by the rotation of the horizontal shaft 23 and pressed against the tire 21 and the wheel frame 22, thereby cleaning the tire 21 and the wheel frame 22 by the cleaning brush 1. At this time, the outer side of the round bone 22 is cleaned by the first round bone brush material 16a, and the inner side of the round bone 22 is cleaned by the second round bone brush material 16b shorter than the first round bone brush material 16 a.
(4) Effects of the embodiments
The brush structure 3 and the cleaning brush 1 according to the present invention include: a dividing piece 5 detachably attached to each of a plurality of regions a1 to a5 defined in the circumferential direction on the surface of the disk-shaped base plate 2 and having a hole 4 for hair planting inclined with respect to the thickness direction; the brush material 6 is planted on the surface of the divided piece 5 through the hole 4 for planting hair. Thus, when the divided piece 5 is injection molded, the inclined holes 4 for hair planting can be formed at the same time, and the processing and manufacturing time can be shortened. Further, by changing the number of brush structures 3 used, it is possible to accommodate base plates 2 of various sizes. Further, by replacing only the brush structure 3 when the brush member 6 is damaged, the base plate 2 can be reused, and waste can be reduced. Further, the size and number of the holes 4 for hair planting can be freely set while maintaining the strength of the base plate.
The size of the vehicle tire is 13-20 inches, and the size of the bottom plate 2 is changed accordingly. Specifically, when the bottom plate 2 having a diameter of 400mm is used, five brush structures 3 are used in order to secure an appropriate cleaning area (see fig. 13 (a)). On the other hand, when the bottom plate 2 having a diameter of 450mm is used, six brush structures 3 are used in order to secure an appropriate cleaning area (see fig. 13 (b)).
Further, in the present embodiment, the divided pieces 5 are formed of an elastic material. Therefore, the bristle material 6 is planted in the flexible hole 4 for planting bristles, thereby reducing the load on the root of the bristle material 6 and improving the durability.
In contrast, in the conventional cleaning brush (see fig. 15(b)), the bristle material 106 is planted directly on the base plate 102 made of a relatively hard resin, and therefore the burden of the bristle material 106 on the root is large.
In the present embodiment, the divided pieces 5 have a fan shape in a plan view. Thereby, the partition piece 5 and the bristle material 6 can be arranged on the base plate 2 with the minimum necessary gap in the circumferential direction. Therefore, the tire 21 and/or the wheel ribs 22 can be effectively cleaned.
In this example, a falling prevention wall 10 is erected on an outer edge portion of the surface of the divided piece 5. Thus, even when the brush material 6 is pressed relatively strongly against the tire 21 and/or the wheel frame 22, the anti-toppling wall 10 can prevent the brush material 6 from toppling outward and spreading excessively.
In contrast, in the conventional cleaning brush (see fig. 15(b)), short and hard bristle materials 106a are implanted into the outermost peripheral side of the base plate 102 to prevent the bristle materials 106a from collapsing, and therefore, it is necessary to plant bristle materials 106a for non-cleaning.
In the present embodiment, a holding cylinder 11 is erected on the surface of the divided piece 5. Thereby, the brush material 6 is held in an appropriate posture by the holding cylinder 11. Therefore, the tire 21 and/or the wheel ribs 22 can be effectively cleaned.
In the present embodiment, the rear surface of the divided piece 5 is provided with a plurality of projections 12 that abut on the front surface of the bottom plate 2. Thereby, a space for holding the string 14 of the brush member 6 is formed between the back surface of the divided piece 5 and the front surface of the base plate 2.
Further, in the present embodiment, the brush member 6 includes the brush member 6b for the rim, and the brush member 6b for the rim includes the first brush member 16a for the rim and the second brush member 16b for the rim shorter than the first brush member 16a for the rim. Thereby, the outer side of the round 22 is effectively cleaned by the first round bristle material 16a, and the inner side of the round 22 is effectively cleaned by the second round bristle material 16b shorter than the first round bristle material 16 a.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made within the scope of the present invention depending on the purpose and use. That is, in the above-described embodiment, the case where only the brush structure 3 is replaced and the base plate 2 is reused when the brush material 6 is damaged or the like occurs is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, when the brush structure 3 is replaced, the base plate 2 may be replaced at the same time.
In the above embodiment, the resin chassis 2 is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, a metal chassis 2 such as aluminum may be used.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the divided piece 5 made of the elastic material is exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and for example, the divided piece 5 made of the resin may be used.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the fan-shaped divided pieces 5 are exemplified, but the present invention is not limited thereto, and the divided pieces 5 may be made in a rectangular shape, a circular shape, an oval shape, a diamond shape, an irregular shape, or the like, for example.
Further, in the above-described embodiment, the mode in which two types of brush materials for a collar bone 16a, 16b having different lengths are provided is exemplified (see fig. 14(a)), but the present invention is not limited to this, and for example, as shown in fig. 14(b), a mode in which 3 types (or 3 or more) of brush materials for a collar bone 16a to 16c having different lengths are provided, or as shown in fig. 14(c), a mode in which the same type of brush materials for a collar bone 16a having the same length is provided may be employed.
The present invention is not limited to the embodiments described in detail above, and various modifications or changes may be made within the scope of the claims of the present invention.
