an outer insulating sleeve (11); and
graphene degerming material layer (14), outside graphene degerming material layer (14) is located in outer insulating cover (11) cover.

A low-voltage power cable according to claim 1, characterized in that said inner protective layer (3) further comprises a layer of sponge water-absorbing material (32), a sponge water-absorbing insulating sheath being arranged between said inner insulating sheath (31) and said layer of wear-resistant material (34).
