The present invention provides, in a first aspect, a self-heating flexible food package for packaging a self-heating food product, the flexible package comprising a flexible outer pouch which is a flexible compressible bag capable of being reduced in volume and expanded when the self-heating food product is to be heated. The flexible package can be in a volume compressed state during transportation, occupies little space, and is spread when in use so as to carry out normal heating and other operations. On the premise of ensuring the original packaging function, the technical scheme of the utility model greatly reduces the volume of self-heating food packaging and reduces the storage and transportation cost.
The flexible package may be a self-supporting or otherwise structurally supportive package, as described in more detail below.
According to one embodiment of the present invention, as shown in fig. 5, the flexible outer bag is a stretchable bag, which is a self-supporting type, and includes a wrinkled portion in a height direction, the wrinkled portion having a bellows shape, the wrinkled portion being stretchable and having a supportability to support its own weight.
According to an embodiment of the utility model, the flexible packaging is a packaging additionally provided with a support structure, the flexible packaging further comprising a foldable support panel for supporting said flexible outer envelope after assembly. The flexible outer bag can be a common flexible packaging bag, such as a plastic bag.
According to one embodiment of the utility model, the foldable support plate is provided with a support part at the top after the assembly is completed, and the support part is used for supporting the food inner holding box.
As shown in FIG. 1, according to another embodiment of the present invention, a self-heating flexible food package comprises an overwrap bag 100 and a foldable support panel 200, the overwrap bag 100 comprising a two-part volume (as shown in FIG. 2) of a lower portion 110 and an upper portion 120. Overwrap bag 100 is made of a flexible material and is compressible. During storage and transportation, the outer bag is unfolded only by the lower portion 110 to accommodate the self-heating rice box and some other small accessories, and the upper portion 120 is folded down to a volume as small as possible.
