Please refer to fig. 1-4, the first fixing block 6 and the second clamping block 9 are disposed in a detachable manner, and the height of the first fixing block 6 is lower than that of the second clamping block 9, so as to facilitate clamping of the workpiece and replacement and detachment of the clamping blocks, two supporting plates 2 are disposed, and the two supporting plates 2 are fixed to the worktable 1 in a welding manner, so as to facilitate stability of the whole clamping device.
The working principle is as follows: firstly, a worker places a workpiece on a workbench 1, drives two movable blocks 12 fixed by two first fixed blocks 6 to slide on a slide rod 13 by screwing first screw rods 3 on two sides of a support plate 2, so that the two first fixed blocks 6 move relatively until a protective pad 10 on one side of a second clamping block 9 is attached to two sides of the workpiece, meanwhile, through an electric push rod 4 arranged on one side of a second fixed block 14, one end of the electric push rod 4 pushes the first clamping block 5 to move to the workpiece position until the protective pad 10 on one side of the first clamping block 5 is attached to the other two sides of the workpiece, when the worker needs to clamp the workpiece according to different shapes and sizes and needs to replace the clamping blocks, the mounting block 8 and the first fixed block 6 are not in a fastening state any more by screwing the second screw rods 11, so that the mounting block 8 can be replaced, when the workpiece needs to be installed, in the draw-in groove 7 of first fixed block 6 is gone into to the installation piece 8 card likewise, and the rethread screws up second screw rod 11, will install piece 8 and first fixed block 6 and fix mutually, the dismantlement of the grip block of being convenient for like this.
