A hand brake according to claim 6, characterised in that it further comprises a release handle (14), a release handle shaft (8) and a shaft joint (1.1), said release handle shaft (8) being fixedly mounted on said shaft joint (1.1); the shaft joint (1.1) is arranged on the hand brake and is close to the driven chain wheel (2); the shaft joint (1.1) is connected with a ratchet tongue device for preventing the driven chain wheel (2) from reversely rotating; the release handle (14) is fixed on the release handle shaft (8).
8. A railway wagon comprising a foundation brake arrangement and a hand brake interacting with the foundation brake arrangement, characterized in that the hand brake is a hand brake as claimed in any one of claims 6 or 7.
