A card containing structure with an article supporting function comprises a first main sheet body; and a second main body connected to the first main body through an end portion and a bendable portion. When the card containing structure with the article supporting function is used, the card containing structure can be unfolded and erected for placing articles or a mobile device so as to present an angle convenient for viewing. Technical Field
The present application relates to the field of card storage structures, and more particularly, to a card storage structure with an object supporting function, which is formed by a positioning and fixing manner after being unfolded, so as to place a mobile device for operation or viewing.
Background
In recent years, with the progress of mobile communication technologies, there are various technologies such as: mobile devices such as mobile phones and tablet computers have become indispensable and commonly used articles in daily life. However, these mobile devices are often used for watching movies, querying data, operating community websites, etc. and most of them need to be handheld to watch or control the movies, which causes inconvenience.
Generally, when holding a mobile device with one hand, a user can only use the other hand to manipulate and use the mobile device, such as: the use of large mobile devices such as tablet computers is inconvenient and the hands of the user are limited. Therefore, if the user can use the mobile device indoors, the following methods are used: when the mobile device is placed on a table or the like in a flat manner, the user can use the mobile device with both hands free, but in this case, the mobile device can only be placed on the table top in a flat manner, so that the user cannot easily view the screen content, or the operation control of the screen is performed at an angle which is not convenient for the operation, and the use of the mobile device still has a lot of inconveniences and needs to be improved.
None of the mobile device support structures on the market have other functions. The user needs to carry the mobile device support structure additionally, so that the usage rate of the mobile device support structure is not high for general consumers. In view of this, the applicant of the present invention is to accumulate the abundant experiences in related industries for many years, conceive and propose a card storage structure with an article supporting function, so that the card storage structure has the article supporting function when in use, thereby greatly improving the practicability.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
The purpose of the application is to provide a card containing structure with an article supporting function, which is used as a stand for standing an article after being unfolded so as to be placed for use or viewed; moreover, the folding card can be used for storing and collecting cards after folding and containing, so that the convenience and the practicability in use are greatly improved.
To achieve the above object, the present application discloses a card receiving structure with an article supporting function for storing at least one card therein, wherein the card receiving structure can be used for placing the mobile device after being unfolded and erected, and the card receiving structure comprises: a first main sheet body; and a second main body connected to the first main body through an end portion and a bendable portion. The bendable part is composed of a first part, a second part, a first bent shaft part, a second bent shaft part and a third bent shaft part, wherein the first part is connected with the second main body through the first bent shaft part, and the second part is connected with the first main body through the third bent shaft part. In the storage state, the first main sheet body and the second main sheet body are attached, and the first portion and the second portion are attached. When the first part and the second part are converted into the unfolding state from the storage state, the first part and the second part are bent and unfolded relatively at an angle from the original attaching state through the second bent shaft part, so that the first part and the second main sheet body are attached, and the angle is larger than 180 degrees.
Preferably, a first flap is disposed on an edge of the first main body, and the first flap forms a stop portion when the first flap is erected vertically relative to the first main body.
In some embodiments, the first portion, the first main body and the second main body are respectively provided with a fixing member, so that the above components can be fixed to each other, and the fixing members are selected from, for example: corresponding magnetic members, velcro or other members with positioning and fixing effects.
In summary, the card receiving structure with the article supporting function disclosed in the present application is provided for the user to quickly change into a stand structure in an opening and closing manner after positioning and fixing; when the storage box is stored, the second main sheet body is turned over towards the first main sheet body, and the multi-layer stacked flat plate structure body is formed after the second main sheet body is positioned and fixed, so that the convenience and the practicability in use are improved.

Detailed Description
For the examiner to clearly understand the contents of the present application, please refer to the accompanying drawings in conjunction with the following description.
Please refer to fig. 1, 2A-2D, 3, 4 and 5, which are schematic structural diagrams of various embodiments of the present application and states of various operations. The application discloses a card containing structure 1 with an article supporting function, which is used for storing at least one card 2 therein, and an article can be placed in the unfolded state of the card containing structure, so that the article stands up relative to the horizontal plane. In some embodiments, the article may be a mobile device, such as a cell phone or tablet computer; but the article is not limited thereto. The card receiving structure 1 with an article supporting function includes a first main body 11, a second main body 12, and a plurality of fixing members 14. The second main-body 12 is connected to the first main-body 11 by an end 1212 and a bendable portion 15.
The bendable portion 15 is composed of a first portion 121, a second portion 122, a first bending shaft 151, a second bending shaft 152, and a third bending shaft 153, the first portion 121 is connected to the second main body 12 through the first bending shaft 151, and the second portion 122 is connected to the second main body 12 through the third bending shaft 153.
Referring to fig. 2A-2D, the card receiving structure 1 with the article supporting function can be folded to form a receiving state and an unfolding state by bending the first bending axis 151, the second bending axis 152, and the third bending axis 153. In the storage state, the first main body 11 and the second main body 12 are attached, and the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 are attached; when the storage state is converted to the unfolding state, the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 are bent and unfolded relatively at an angle θ from the original attaching state through the second bending portion 152, so that the first portion 121 and the second main body 12 are attached to each other. The angle θ is defined by the second bending portion as a vertex, and the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 are two sides of the angle θ. In the storage state, the angle is 0 degree. The main technical feature of the present invention is that a bending angle θ between the first portion 121 and the second portion 122 from the attaching to the spreading can be larger than 180 degrees (see fig. 2D). This enables the first portion 121 to respectively abut against the second portion 122 and the second main body 12 in the storage state and the unfolding state through the relative bending action of the first portion 121 and the second portion 122, and respectively form a bending storage type or an unfolding state for supporting the second main body 12.
Referring to fig. 3, in some embodiments, in order to prevent the article from sliding off when the article is placed on the card receiving structure 1 with the article supporting function, a first flap 114 (fig. 3) is disposed on one side of the first main plate 11, and the first flap 114 forms a stopping structure when standing vertically with respect to the first main plate 11.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the first portion 121, the first main body 11, and the second main body 12 are respectively provided with a fixing member 14, and the fixing members 14 are selected from, for example: the corresponding magnetic force piece, devil felt or other fixing pieces with positioning and fixing effects; therefore, the fixing members 14 can fix the unfolded state when unfolded for use or fix the flat plate form when folded and stored (see fig. 2).
In some embodiments, the card receiving structure 1 with article supporting function further comprises a hanging ring 5, so that the present invention can be connected with a rope belt to form an identification collar capable of being hung on the neck of a user.
In other embodiments, the present application further includes a receiving space 111 for receiving the card 2.
As shown in fig. 3, when the present application is unfolded from the storage state, the second main sheet 12 is folded over relative to the first main sheet 11, the second portion 122 is erected, and the first portion 121 is pulled to make the first portion 121 abut against the second main sheet 12. The first portion 121 and the second main body 12 are fixed by the fixing member 14, and become a triangular support frame structure when viewed from the side. When in use, the bottom of the article 3 can be blocked by the first flap 114, so that the article 3 is not easy to slide off.
In the present application, the first portion 121 has a smaller area than the second portion 122.
Referring to fig. 6, in some embodiments, the present application does not have the hanging ring 5 or the accommodating space 111, and the present application is a supporting structure with an article supporting function, and the unfolding and the accommodating states of the supporting structure are the same as those of the previous embodiments.
To sum up, the card containing structure 1 with the article supporting function of the present application can be opened, closed and unfolded to form the mobile device 3 on a plane through the structural features thereon, and the structural design for placing, viewing or operating can be used to greatly improve the life convenience of users. Further, this application forms the involution state of accomodating that can supply to place this card 2 through the fixed mode in location, has reduced the thickness after accomodating by a wide margin, also is difficult for touching by mistake simultaneously and opens, therefore convenient to use and accomodate and carry fairly, convenience and practicality when having increased the use, can perhaps pass through this fixed mode in location, make this application become the class book clamp structure body of centre gripping on various bag bodys, also have convenient to carry's advantage.

Claims (9)
1. 2. The card receiving structure with an article supporting function according to claim 1, wherein the angle is such that the second bent shaft portion is a vertex.
3. The card receiving structure with an article supporting function according to claim 1, wherein in the receiving state, the angle is 0 degree.

The card receiving structure of claim 1, wherein the first main body, the first portion or the second main body respectively comprises a fixing member, and the first main body, the first portion and the second main body are attached to each other by the fixing member to assume an unfolded state or a received state.
5. The article support card receiving structure of claim 4, wherein the securing member is a magnetic member.
6. The card receiving structure with article supporting function of claim 4, further comprising a hanging ring.
7. The card receiving structure with an object supporting function according to claim 1, further comprising an accommodating space.
8. The card receiving structure with the object supporting function according to claim 1, further comprising a first flap piece, the first flap piece being disposed at an edge of the first main body, and the first flap piece being foldable with respect to the first main body.
9. The article supporting card receiving structure of claim 1, wherein the first portion is smaller in area than the second portion.
