The shapes of the plurality of seat positioning posts 116 may be different, and the arrangement directions of the plurality of seat positioning posts 116 may not be on the same straight line. For example, the number of the seat positioning columns 116 may include three, the cross section of one of the seat positioning columns 116 is oblong, and the cross sections of the other two seat positioning columns 116 are circular, so that the fool-proof effect can be achieved, and the first positioning end 211 can be ensured not to shake when being fixed to the seat positioning columns 116.
In this embodiment, the avoiding groove 115 is disposed close to the seat positioning post 116, that is, the avoiding groove 115 is located at an end of the base 110 where the seat positioning post 116 is disposed, so as to correspond to the position of the second positioning end 231 (see fig. 1 in detail). Therefore, when the electronic device is subjected to film pasting, the second positioning end 231 is fixed to the second fixing portion 130, and after the sliding member 121 slides into the first sliding groove 1131 through the avoiding groove 115, the sliding member 121 is located at the starting point of tearing the second release layer 230 (see fig. 3 in detail), and the position of the sliding member 121 does not need to be adjusted, so that the sliding member 121 can be directly slid in the direction away from the avoiding groove 115 to tear the second release layer 230, which is more convenient to operate.
The film pasting device 100 may further include a fixing member 160, the fixing member 160 is provided with a fixing member positioning hole 161, the fixing member positioning hole 161 is adapted to the base positioning column 116, and the base positioning column 116 is detachably engaged with the fixing member positioning hole 161, so as to realize the detachable connection between the fixing member 160 and the base 110. When the electronic equipment is subjected to film pasting, the first positioning end 211 is suitable for being clamped between the fixing piece 160 and the first fixing part 111, the fixing piece 160 clamps the first positioning end 211 through surface-to-surface contact, the contact area is increased, and the stability of the first positioning end 211 can be ensured; meanwhile, the fixing member 160 is detachably coupled to the base 110, which can facilitate reuse.
In this embodiment, the fixing member 160 is substantially a long strip-shaped plate-shaped structure, and when the fixing member 160 is installed on the base 110, the length direction of the fixing member 160 may be consistent with the width direction of the base 110. The fixing member positioning holes 161 are adapted to the seat positioning posts 116 in shape, and when there are a plurality of seat positioning posts 116, the number of the fixing member positioning holes 161 may also be multiple and correspond to the seat positioning posts 116 one to one.
In other embodiments, the first positioning end 211 can also be directly fixed to the first fixing portion 111 by bonding, so that the second positioning end 231 can be fixed without the seat positioning post 116 and the fixing member 160.
Still referring to fig. 4, the first fixing portion 111 may further have a handle slot 117, the handle slot 117 is located between the seat positioning column 116 and the accommodating portion 112, and the handle slot 117 is communicated with the accommodating portion 112, so as to facilitate a user to take out the electronic device in the accommodating portion 112, and the handle slot 117 is located between the seat positioning column 116 and the accommodating portion 112, so as to fully utilize a space between the seat positioning column 116 and the accommodating portion 112 of the first fixing portion 111, and shorten the overall length of the base 110. As an example, the catch slot 117 may be an arcuate slot.
The film attaching process of the film attaching apparatus 100 is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 10:
first, the mobile phone may be placed in the accommodating portion 112 in advance.
Then, the protective film 200 is entirely passed through the first limiting portion 151 and the second limiting portion 152, the second positioning end 231 is bent around the clamping portion 150, the second positioning end 231 is sleeved outside the clamping positioning column 153 through the second positioning hole 232, and the second fixing portion 130 is fixed on the clamping portion 150 through the matching of the sliding member positioning hole 136 and the clamping positioning column 153, so that the assembly and matching of the protective film 200, the sliding member 121 and the clamping member 122 can be completed (see fig. 9 in detail). It should be noted that the film pasting device 100 and the protective film 200 provided in the embodiment of the present application may be assembled together with the protective film 200, the sliding member 121, and the clamping member 122 in advance when the protective film is sold, so as to simplify the film pasting process for the user.
Secondly, the second slide rail 135 is buckled in the second slide groove 1141, and then the first slide rail 134 slides into the first slide groove 1131 through the avoiding groove 115, so that the sliding member 121 can be installed on the base 110; then, the first positioning end 211 can be sleeved outside the seat positioning post 116 through the first positioning hole 212, and the fixing member 160 is fixed on the base 110 through the cooperation between the fixing member positioning hole 161 and the seat positioning post 116, so as to complete the fixing of the first positioning end 211 (see fig. 1 in detail).
Finally, the sliding member 121 can be slid in a direction away from the seat positioning column 116, the sliding member 121 drives the dust-sticking member 140 to clean the mobile phone screen, and drives the second release layer 230 to tear off the protection layer 220, so that the exposed protection layer 220 can be immediately attached to the mobile phone screen (see fig. 10). So, can avoid impurity such as dust, dander to fall on protective layer 220 or cell-phone screen, guarantee the pad pasting quality, and whole pad pasting process only needs the user to slide slider 121 and can accomplish, convenient operation is swift.
The above-mentioned embodiments only express several embodiments of the present application, and the description thereof is more specific and detailed, but not construed as limiting the scope of the present application. It should be noted that, for a person skilled in the art, several variations and modifications can be made without departing from the concept of the present application, which falls within the scope of protection of the present application. Therefore, the protection scope of the present patent shall be subject to the appended claims.
