When the fan is installed, the fan is installed firstly, the positioning key is installed, and the fan is sleeved into the shaft extension end after being heated; then, mounting a tool round nut, and screwing one tool round nut into the threaded end of the shaft head; mounting fastening screws, and screwing 4 fastening screws into threaded holes of the tool round nut; then the pressing plate 2 is installed, the 4 fastening through holes of the pressing plate 2 are installed right opposite to the fastening screw rods, and the pressing plate 2 is just clamped in the groove on the end face of the fan seat; finally, screwing a hexagon nut, calculating the screwing torque of the nut according to the requirement of the pre-tightening force, screwing the hexagon nut by using a torque wrench, wherein the hexagon nut is required to be symmetrically and uniformly screwed when being screwed, axial pressure is applied to the pressing plate 2 by the hexagon nut, the pressing plate 2 is tightened towards the direction close to the shaft head, and the pressing plate 2 applies axial pressure to the concave surface of the fan so as to provide axial pre-tightening force for the fan. After the fan is installed in place and fastened, the tool can be detached.
When the fan is disassembled, a tooling round nut is not required to be installed, the pressing plate 2 is installed firstly, a plurality of waist holes on the circumference close to the excircle on the pressing plate 2 are opposite to the threaded holes of the fan seat, and then the hexagonal head bolts are installed to fix the pressing plate 2 and the fan seat; and then screwing an ejection screw, screwing a square head set screw into a threaded hole in the center of the pressing plate 2 by using a wrench, continuously screwing after the ejection screw props against the shaft head, applying axial thrust to the pressing plate 2, pushing the pressing plate 2 out in the direction away from the shaft head, and transmitting force to the fan by the pressing plate 2 through a hexagon bolt so as to withdraw the fan from the shaft.

A motor fan dismounting tool is used for fastening and dismounting a fan seat of a fan and a motor shaft, it is characterized by comprising a pressure plate (2), a tensioning component (3), a pre-tightening fastener (5), a detachable fixing piece (6) and an ejection component (4), the pressing plate (2) is used for being installed on the end face of the fan seat, a fastening through hole and a dismounting threaded hole are formed in the pressing plate (2), the disassembly fixing piece (6) is used for fixedly connecting the pressing plate (2) with the fan seat in a detachable way, the front end of the tensioning component (3) is detachably and fixedly connected with the motor shaft, the rear end is arranged in the fastening through hole in a penetrating way, the pre-tightening fastener (5) is connected with the rear end of the tightening component (3) and can be blocked on the end face of one end of the pressure plate (2) far away from the fan seat, the ejection part (4) is used for penetrating into the disassembly threaded hole and abutting against the motor shaft.

The motor fan disassembling and assembling tool according to claim 1, wherein the tensioning part (3) is a stud, the pre-tightening fastener (5) is a pre-tightening nut, the front end of the stud is used for being detachably and fixedly connected with the motor shaft, and the rear end of the stud is provided with threads and is used for being connected with the pre-tightening nut.
3. The motor fan dismounting tool according to claim 1 or 2, further comprising a tool connecting piece (1), wherein the front end of the tensioning part (3) is detachably and fixedly connected with the motor shaft through the tool connecting piece (1).
4. The motor fan dismounting tool according to claim 3, wherein the front end of the tensioning part (3) is in threaded connection with the tool connecting piece (1).
5. The motor fan disassembling and assembling tool according to claim 3, wherein the tool connecting piece (1) is a tool nut which is matched with an outer circle thread on a motor shaft, and the front end of the tensioning part (3) is detachably and fixedly connected with the tool nut.
6. The motor fan dismounting tool according to claim 3, wherein the tool connecting piece (1) is a fixing plate fixedly connected with a central hole in a motor shaft, and the front end of the tensioning part (3) is detachably and fixedly connected with the fixing plate.
7. The motor fan dismounting tool according to claim 1, wherein the dismounting fixing member (6) is a bolt for being in threaded connection with the fan base, and a waist hole for the bolt to pass through is formed in the pressing plate (2).

The motor fan dismounting tool according to claim 7, wherein a plurality of waist holes are formed in the pressing plate (2), the bolts are respectively arranged corresponding to the waist holes, the waist holes are uniformly distributed along the outer edge of the pressing plate (2), the dismounting threaded holes are located in the center of the pressing plate (2), and the fastening through holes are located between the dismounting threaded holes and the waist holes.

The motor fan disassembling and assembling tool according to claim 1, wherein a plurality of fastening through holes are formed in the pressing plate (2), the fastening through holes are evenly distributed in the circumferential direction of the motor shaft and correspond to the fastening through holes, and pre-tightening fasteners (5) are arranged on the fastening through holes respectively.
