By adopting the above structure, when the cover body 12 is covered on the pot body 13 to form the heating cavity 11 in the pot body 13, the abutting part 42 connected to the cover body 12 can realize abutting against the matching part 41 to realize opening of the blocking component 3, thereby facilitating the exhaust of the first air inlet 211 to the smoke in the heating cavity 11. When the cover 12 is opened, that is, the abutting portion 42 is in a position of being disengaged from the engaging portion 41, at this time, the engaging portion 41 abuts against the blocking assembly 3, and the blocking assembly 3 is in a closed state, so as to isolate the first air inlet 211 from communicating with the heating cavity 11. Specifically, since the abutting portion 42 is connected to the cover 12 and the cover 12 is located above the pot body 13, the abutting portion 42 can abut against the fitting element 411 from top to bottom, and the abutting portion 42 drives the fitting element 411 to press the spring 431 downward. The cooking machine 100 further comprises an air draft assembly, and the air draft assembly is communicated with the air guide channel 21 so that the air draft assembly sucks the smoke in the heating chamber 11 through the air guide channel 21. a mating assembly configured to move between an initial position and a position disengaged from the blocking assembly;
when the matching assembly is located at a position separated from the blocking assembly, the blocking assembly is opened, and the first air inlet is communicated with the heating cavity;
when the matching assembly returns to the initial position, the matching assembly is used for limiting the blocking assembly to be opened, and the blocking assembly blocks the first air inlet from being communicated with the heating cavity.

The cooking machine according to claim 1, wherein the engaging component comprises an engaging portion and a butting portion, the engaging portion is used for blocking the blocking component from being opened, the butting portion butts against the engaging portion, so that the butting portion drives the engaging portion to move to a position where the engaging portion is separated from the blocking component, the butting portion is separated from the engaging portion, and the engaging portion returns to an initial position.

The cooking machine according to claim 2, further comprising an air inlet section, wherein two ends of the air inlet section are respectively communicated with the heating cavity and the air guide channel, the abutting section is used for blocking the communication between the air inlet section and the air guide channel when the abutting section is in a position abutting against the matching section, and the abutting section is separated from the air inlet section and communicated with the air guide channel when the abutting section is in a position separated from the matching section.

7. The cooking machine of claim 5 wherein the pan body assembly includes a cover and a pan body, the cover having a heating surface, the cover rotatable about the pan body to a cooking position with the heating surface facing out of the pan body.

The cooking machine of claim 7, wherein the smoking assembly is located between the pan body and the cover, and the first air inlet and the air inlet section face the air outlet of the pan body, such that smoke on the pan body and/or the cover enters the air guide channel from the smoking assembly.
9. The cooking machine of claim 5, wherein one of said first air inlet and said engaging portion has a sliding slot and the other has a protrusion matching said sliding slot so that said engaging portion is slidably coupled to said first air inlet in the same direction as the direction of movement of said engaging portion.
10. The cooking machine of claim 9, wherein the first air inlet is formed with a plurality of sliding grooves, the end of the engaging portion has the protrusion, the sliding grooves extend in the same direction as the moving direction of the engaging portion, and the plurality of sliding grooves are symmetrically disposed at both ends of the engaging portion.
11. The cooking machine of claim 10, wherein the abutting portion comprises a first abutting member and a second abutting member, the first abutting member is connected with the second abutting member, the first abutting member extends into the second air inlet so that the first abutting member blocks the communication between the air inlet section and the air guide channel, and the second abutting member extends into the chute so that the second abutting member abuts against the matching portion.
12. The cooking machine of claim 10, wherein a slot is formed in a surface of the smoking assembly adjacent to the abutting portion, the slot is in communication with both the second air inlet and the sliding slot, and the abutting portion extends from the slot into the second air inlet and the sliding slot.

The cooking machine according to claim 12, wherein the smoking assembly comprises an anti-blocking member, the cooking machine further comprises an air draft assembly, the air draft assembly is communicated with the air guide channel, the anti-blocking member is rotatably connected to the insertion slot, and the abutting force of the abutting portion against the anti-blocking member to the open position is greater than the suction force of the air draft assembly on the anti-blocking member.
14. The cooking machine of claim 2 wherein said engagement portion has a resilient portion that is compressed when said engagement portion is in a position disengaged from said blocking assembly to provide a spring force that returns said engagement portion to said initial position.
15. The cooking machine of claim 14, wherein the resilient portion comprises a spring and a stop rod connected to the first air inlet, the spring is sleeved on the stop rod, the stop rod penetrates through the engaging portion, so that the engaging portion is slidably connected to the stop rod, and the engaging portion moves in a direction of compressing the spring when the abutting portion abuts against the engaging portion.
16. The cooking machine of claim 14, wherein the engaging portion comprises an engaging member and a top block, the engaging member is connected to the top block near the surface of the blocking component, the top block is used for abutting against the blocking component, and the elastic portions are symmetrically disposed at two ends of the engaging member.

The cooking machine of claim 2, wherein the first air inlet has a boss, the blocking assembly is rotatably connected to the boss and a surface of the first air inlet remote from the boss, and the engaging portion abuts against the boss when the engaging portion is in a position disengaged from the blocking assembly.

The cooking machine of claim 2, wherein the pan body assembly comprises a cover body and a pan body, the cover body covers the pan body to form the heating cavity in the pan body, the abutting portion is connected to the cover body, the abutting portion abuts against the engaging portion when the cover body is in a position covering the pan body, and the abutting portion is separated from the engaging portion when the cover body is in an open position.
20. The cooking machine of claim 1 further comprising an air extraction assembly in communication with the air guide channel such that the air extraction assembly draws flue gases from the heating chamber through the air guide channel.
21. The cooking machine of claim 20, wherein the air extraction assembly is disposed within the pan body assembly.
