Description

Combine harvester
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a combine harvester, which comprises a lifting device for lifting vertical grain stalks and a speed change device capable of changing the driving speed of the lifting device, wherein the harvesting processing part at the front part of a machine body.
Background
In the above-described combine harvester, conventionally, the transmission is provided at an upper portion of the raising device, and an operating member for changing the speed of the transmission by a human operation is provided at a position close to the transmission.
However, in the above-described conventional structure, since the operating element is located at a position away from the driver portion, there is a disadvantage that the operation is difficult when the operating element is operated from the driver portion.
SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL
(problems to be solved by the utility model)
For this reason, it is desirable to be able to easily perform a shift operation of the jack-up device from the driver's seat.
(means for solving the problems)
The combine harvester of the utility model is characterized in that the combine harvester is provided with: a driving section; and a harvesting unit for harvesting the vertical grain stalks and carrying the harvested grain stalks backward, the harvesting unit including: the lifting device lifts the vertical grain stalks; harvesting a cutter, and cutting off the root of the vertical grain stalk; a carrying device for carrying the harvested rice straw to the rear; and a transmission device capable of changing a driving speed of the lifting device, wherein the driving unit is provided in a state of being positioned laterally to the carrying device, and an operating member for changing the speed of the transmission device is provided at a position laterally adjacent to the carrying device in a front portion of the driving unit.
According to the present invention, since the operating element for changing the speed of the transmission is provided at a position laterally adjacent to the front portion of the cab on the side of the transport device, the operator can easily reach the operating element from the cab.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the operating member is a lever capable of being operated to swing in the front-rear direction.
According to this configuration, the operator can change the speed of the transmission by swinging the lever back and forth while holding the lever with a hand, and can easily operate the transmission in a natural posture.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the operating element is disposed between the cab and the conveying device in a plan view and in a state of overlapping with the conveying device in a side view.
According to this configuration, the operation member can be disposed in a state in which the operation member does not affect the conveyance of the grain or straw by effectively utilizing the space between the driving portion and the conveying device, and the operation member is located close to the driving portion, so that the operation is easy.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the harvesting processing unit is movable up and down between a lowered position close to the ground and a raised position away upward from the ground, and the operating member is located at a position lower than an upper surface of the side panel of the steering unit when the harvesting processing unit is at the lowered position.
According to this configuration, during the harvesting operation, the harvesting processing unit is in the lowered position, and the operating element is positioned lower than the upper surface of the side panel. As a result, the operator does not obstruct the view when viewing the working conditions of the lifting device and the carrying section.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the harvesting unit is movable up and down between a lowered position close to the ground and a raised position away upward from the ground, and the operating member is supported by the harvesting unit.
According to this configuration, since the operating element is lifted and lowered together with the transmission, the operation coupling structure between the operating element and the transmission is simpler than a structure in which the operating element is provided on the driver side.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the harvesting unit is movable up and down between a lowered position close to the ground and a raised position away upward from the ground, the combine has a cab covering an upper portion of the cab, a window portion is formed on a side portion of the cab on the side of the conveying device, and the operating element is projected upward from a lower end portion of the window portion when the harvesting unit is in the lowered position.
According to this configuration, the operator can recognize the presence of the operating element through the window portion during the harvesting operation, and when the operating element is operated through the window portion, the operator can easily operate the operating element without causing inconvenience such as touching the lower end portion of the window portion with the hand.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the harvesting unit is movable up and down between a lowered position close to the ground and a raised position away from the ground upward, the combine harvester includes a cover covering the straw conveying path of the conveying device from above, and the operating element protrudes upward from the cover when the harvesting unit is in the lowered position.
According to this configuration, during harvesting, the cover prevents the uncut straw remaining in the farm field adjacent to the machine body from drooping and being caught in the carrying device. Further, since the operating element protrudes upward from the cover, the cover does not become an obstacle when the operating element is operated.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the operating element is supported by a cover frame that supports the cover.
According to this configuration, since the operating element is supported by the cover frame that supports the cover body, the configuration is simpler than a configuration in which a special support structure is provided for the operating element.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the cover frame has a tubular portion through which the shaft member of the operating element is inserted and supported.
According to this structure, the speed change device can be speed-changed with a simple support structure by effectively utilizing the tubular portion of the frame.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the operating element and the transmission are coupled to each other so as to be operable by a wire.
According to this configuration, since the operating element and the transmission are coupled by the wire, the operating element is not limited in arrangement, the wire is easily supported, and the coupling structure is simplified.
In the present invention, it is preferable to have: a transverse drive shaft extending in the left-right direction at an upper portion of the raising device, an upper transverse frame supporting the transverse drive shaft being provided in a state extending in the left-right direction, the combine harvester having a front-rear direction frame passing through a lateral side of the cab and extending in the front-rear direction and being coupled to a left-right direction intermediate portion of the upper transverse frame, the transmission device being supported at the upper transverse frame, and the wire being laid in a state extending in the front-rear direction along the front-rear direction frame.
According to this structure, the plurality of raising devices are provided in the state of being arranged in the left-right direction, and power can be transmitted to the plurality of raising devices by the lateral driving shaft. The plurality of lifting devices can be stably supported by the upper transverse frame provided for supporting the transverse drive shaft and the forward-backward facing frame supporting the upper transverse frame. Further, the wire can be extended from the vicinity of the raising device to the operation member by effectively utilizing the front-rear direction frame.
In the present invention, it is preferable that the transmission is supported by an end portion of the upper lateral frame on the side opposite to the driver's seat, and the wire is laid in a state of extending in the left-right direction along the upper lateral frame.
According to this configuration, the upper horizontal frame can be effectively used to extend the line in the left-right direction to the transmission.
