The working principle is as follows: the staff first places the device on the top of well lid, then the staff starts motor 3, make threaded rod 21 take place to rotate, thereby drive thread bush 22 and remove, until slide bar 11 is aligned with the through-hole at well lid top, then the staff starts electric putter 6, make the bottom of electro-magnet 9 and the top of well lid in close contact with, the bottom of slide bar 11 drives its surperficial telescopic link 19 simultaneously, spring 20 and limiting plate 12 stretch into the through-hole at well lid top, in this process, because the diameter of cutting ferrule 10 is greater than the diameter of through-hole, therefore make cutting ferrule 10 be held back at the top of well lid, slide bar 11 drives telescopic link 19, spring 20 and limiting plate 12 and continue to stretch into downwards, until the top of limiting plate 12 passes the through-hole, in this process, spring 20 and telescopic link 19 are in the state of compressed, when the top of limiting plate 12 passes the through-hole, under the action of restoring force of the spring 20, the limiting plate 12 clamps the bottom of the well lid, meanwhile, a worker energizes the electromagnet 9, so that the electromagnet 9 generates adsorption force on the top of the well lid, then the worker starts the electric push rod 6 to extract the well lid, then the worker starts the motor 3 to move the thread bush 22 to the top of the placing plate 13, then the worker starts the electric push rod 6 again to place the well lid on the top of the placing plate 13, the bottom end of the sliding rod 11 with the telescopic rod 19, the spring 20 and the limiting plate 12 penetrates through the dismounting hole 17 on the top of the placing plate 13, then the worker extrudes the limiting plate 12, simultaneously starts the electric push rod 6 to move the sliding rod 11 out of the well lid, finally the top of the limiting plate 12 is clamped into the limiting groove on the bottom of the clamping sleeve 10, then the worker rotates the baffle 14 to align the fixing hole on the limiting sheet 15 with the fixing hole on the outer surface of the placing plate 13, then, the worker inserts the stopper rod 18 into the fixing hole, and finally fixes the stopper rod 18 by the fixing bolt 16.
