Abstract

An embodiment of the present application provides a container, including: the container body is provided with an accommodating part and a first hanging piece, the accommodating part defines an accommodating cavity with an opening at the top, the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating a first content, and the first hanging piece is arranged outside the accommodating part; the cover body is detachably arranged on the top of the accommodating part in a covering mode and used for covering the opening; the sealing element is provided with a sealing strip and a second hanging and connecting piece, and the second hanging and connecting piece is arranged at the end part of the sealing strip; the sealing strip is used for being detachably connected between the accommodating part and the cover body in a first state, and at least partially separated from the accommodating part and the cover body in a second state and is hung with the first hanging piece through the second hanging piece. The technical scheme of this application embodiment can make the handle of sealing strip as the container body concurrently, can enrich the function of sealing strip.

Technical Field

The application relates to the technical field of packaging, in particular to a container.

Background

Currently, ice cream containers are basically comprised of a container body and a lid. In the process of packaging ice cream, the ice cream is usually first put into a container body, then a cover body is covered on the container body, and then a sealing strip is arranged at the joint of the cover body and the container body. However, the sealing strip only serves as a seal before the ice cream container is opened, and therefore, the function of the sealing strip is single.

SUMMERY OF THE UTILITY MODEL

Embodiments of the present application provide a container to solve or mitigate one or more technical problems of the prior art.

As one aspect of embodiments of the present application, embodiments of the present application provide a container including:

the container body is provided with an accommodating part and a first hanging piece, the accommodating part defines an accommodating cavity with an opening at the top, the accommodating cavity is used for accommodating a first content, and the first hanging piece is arranged outside the accommodating part;

the cover body is detachably arranged on the top of the accommodating part in a covering mode and used for covering the opening;

the sealing element is provided with a sealing strip and a second hanging and connecting piece, and the second hanging and connecting piece is arranged at the end part of the sealing strip;

the sealing strip is used for being detachably connected between the accommodating part and the cover body in a first state, and at least partially separated from the accommodating part and the cover body in a second state and is hung with the first hanging piece through the second hanging piece.

In one embodiment, the number of the first hanging pieces is two, and the two first hanging pieces are respectively arranged on two opposite sides of the accommodating part; the two second hanging and connecting pieces are arranged at two ends of the sealing strip respectively and are used for being hung and connected with the two first hanging and connecting pieces respectively in the second state.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip has a fixed end and a movable end, the fixed end is fixedly arranged in the accommodating portion, and the movable end is connected with the second hanging piece.

In one embodiment, the first hanger is one, and the first hanger is disposed adjacent to the opening.

In one embodiment, the first hanging piece is arranged on the accommodating part at a position opposite to the fixed end.

In one embodiment, the interior of the sealing strip defines a hollow cavity for receiving the second contents.

In one embodiment, the first hitching element is a hook and the second hitching element is a loop; or the first hanging and connecting piece is a hanging ring, and the second hanging and connecting piece is a hook.

In one embodiment, the length of the sealing strip is at least greater than half of the circumference of the receptacle.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip is provided with an easy-tear line for forming an opening communicating with the hollow cavity in a torn state.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip is made of plastic or paper.

According to the embodiment of the application, the sealing element is detachably connected between the container body and the cover body, on one hand, in the first state, the contact part of the accommodating part and the cover body can be sealed by the sealing strip, and the sealing performance between the accommodating part and the cover body is further improved; on the other hand, under the second state, can also hang with first hanging connecting piece through second hanging connecting piece for the sealing strip is as the handle of container body concurrently. So, can make the function of sealing strip abundanter.

Detailed Description

In the following, only certain exemplary embodiments are briefly described. As those skilled in the art will recognize, the described embodiments may be modified in various different ways, all without departing from the spirit or scope of the present application. Accordingly, the drawings and description are to be regarded as illustrative in nature, and not as restrictive.

Fig. 1A shows a schematic structural view of a container 100 according to an embodiment of the present application in a first state. Fig. 1B shows a schematic structural view of the container 100 in a second state according to an embodiment of the present application. Fig. 1C shows a schematic structural view of the container 100 according to an embodiment of the present application in a third state (the sealing member 130 is omitted in the figure).

As shown in fig. 1A-1C, the container 100 may include: a container body 110 having a receiving portion 111 and a first hooking member 112, the receiving portion 111 defining a receiving cavity 111B having an opening 111A at a top thereof, the receiving cavity 111B receiving a first content, the first hooking member 112 being disposed outside the receiving portion 111; a cover 120 detachably covering the top of the receiving portion 111 for covering the opening 111A; a sealing member 130 having a sealing strip 131 and a second hanging member 132, the second hanging member 132 being provided at an end of the sealing strip 131; the sealing strip 131 is used for being detachably connected between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120 in a first state, and at least partially separated from between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120 in a second state and is hooked with the first hooking member 112 through the second hooking member 132.

In an alternative example, the container 100 may include a first state. In the first state, the first content is accommodated in the accommodating cavity 111B, and the cover 120 is covered on the top of the accommodating part 111 to cover the opening 111A and seal the accommodating cavity 111B; the weather strip 131 is connected between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120, and seals a contact portion between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120. In this way, the weather strip 131 can improve the sealing performance of the container 100, and can seal the first content accommodated in the accommodating portion 111 well.

In another optional example, the container 100 may further include a second state. In the second state, the sealing strip 131 can be at least partially detached from between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120 and be hooked to the first hooking member 112 by the second hooking member 132. In this way, the weather strip 131 also serves as a handle for the container body 110, and the container body 110 can be easily lifted.

For example, when the first contents are filled in the receiving cavity 111B, the weight of the container body 110 is increased, and the sealing strip 131 can be used as a handle of the container body 110 by hooking the second hooking member 132 to the first hooking member 112, thereby conveniently lifting the container body 110.

In yet another alternative example, the container 100 may further include a third state in which the cover 120 is detached from the top of the receiving portion 111 such that the first contents in the receiving cavity 111B are exposed to facilitate the removal of the first contents through the opening 111A.

In the embodiment of the present application, the accommodating part 111 may be a vessel having an accommodating space, such as a bucket, a bottle, a cup, etc.; accordingly, the cover 120 may be a barrel cover, a bottle cap, a cup cover, etc. adapted to the accommodating portion 111. The types of the accommodating part 111 and the cover 120 can be selected and adjusted according to actual needs, and the embodiments of the present application do not limit the types of the accommodating part 111 and the cover 120.

The first content may be food such as ice cream, candy, milk powder, etc., or may be other types of content that can be filled according to actual needs, and the embodiment of the present application does not limit the type of the first content.

According to the embodiment of the present application, since the sealing member 130 is detachably connected between the container body 110 and the cover 120, on one hand, in the first state, the sealing strip 131 can be used to seal the contact portion between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120, so as to further improve the sealing performance between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120; on the other hand, in the second state, the second hanging member 132 can be hung on the first hanging member 112, so that the sealing strip 131 also serves as a handle of the container body 110. Thus, the function of the sealing tape 131 can be made more abundant.

Furthermore, among the prior art sealing strip 131 all abandons after container 100 is unsealed directly basically, and this application embodiment can also recycle sealing strip 131 through the handle with sealing strip 131 doubling as container body 110, is convenient for save the cost of manufacture, also is convenient for the recovery of sealing strip 131.

In one embodiment, there are two first hanging members 112, and the two first hanging members 112 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the accommodating portion 111; the number of the second hanging members 132 is two, the two second hanging members 132 are respectively disposed at two ends of the sealing strip 131, and the two second hanging members 132 are respectively used for hanging with the two first hanging members 112 in the second state.

In the present embodiment, two first hanging members 112 are respectively disposed at two opposite sides of the accommodating portion 111, and two second hanging members 132 are respectively disposed at two ends of the sealing strip 131, so that in the second state, the sealing strip 131 can be completely separated from between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover body 120, and the two second hanging members 132 are respectively hung with the two first hanging members 112, so that the sealing strip 131 is hung at two opposite sides of the accommodating portion 111. Therefore, when the sealing strip 131 also serves as a handle, the container body 110 is lifted by using the sealing strip 131, so that the stress distribution of the container body 110 is symmetrical, and the lifting stability is improved.

Fig. 2A shows a schematic structural view of a container 100 according to another embodiment of the present application in a first state. Fig. 2B shows a schematic structural view of a container 100 according to another embodiment of the present application in a second state. As shown in fig. 2A and 2B, the container 100 is different from the above-described embodiment in that the sealing tape 131 has a fixed end 212 and a movable end 211, the fixed end 212 is fixedly disposed in the accommodating portion 111, and the movable end 211 is connected with the second hanging member 132.

Illustratively, the fixed end 212 is fixedly connected with the accommodating portion 111, in the second state, the fixed end 212 of the sealing strip 131 is still located between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120, the movable end 211 is completely separated from between the accommodating portion 111 and the cover 120, and the movable end 211 is hooked with the first hooking member 112 through the second hooking member 132, so that the movable end 211 is connected with the accommodating portion 111. Thus, the sealing strip 131 can form a handle by arranging the first hanging part 112 and the second hanging part 132, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.

In one embodiment, the first hanging member 112 is one, and the first hanging member 112 is disposed adjacent to the opening 111A. Thus, the height difference between the first hanging member 112 and the fixed end 212 of the sealing strip 131 on the accommodating portion 111 can be made smaller, so that when the second hanging member 132 is hung from the first hanging member 112, the height difference between the fixed end 212 and the movable end 211 of the sealing strip 131 on the accommodating portion 111 is smaller, and the handle formed by the sealing strip 131 is more stable when the container body 110 is lifted.

In one embodiment, the first hanging member 112 is disposed on the accommodating portion 111 at a position opposite to the fixed end 212. Thus, when the second hanging member 132 is hung on the first hanging member 112, the fixed end 212 and the movable end 211 of the sealing strip 131 are oppositely arranged on the accommodating portion 111, and the container body 110 is lifted by using the sealing strip 131, so that the stress distribution of the container body 110 is symmetrical, and the lifting stability is improved.

In one embodiment, the interior of the sealing strip 131 defines a hollow cavity (not shown) for receiving the second contents.

Wherein the second content may be a food product such as nuts, chocolate, biscuit pieces, fruit particles, etc.

Illustratively, the second content may be hermetically stored through the hollow cavity, and the taste of the second content may be prevented from being deteriorated. In addition, when the second content is needed to be eaten, the second content is taken out from the hollow cavity and added into the first content, so that the original taste of the second content is effectively reserved, the flavor of the first content is increased, and the eating experience is improved.

Accordingly, the sealing tape 131 can be used as the packaging container 100 for the second content, thereby further enriching the function of the sealing tape 131 and maintaining the original taste of the second content.

In one embodiment, the first hitching member 112 is a hook and the second hitching member 132 is a loop; alternatively, the first hanging member 112 is a hanging ring and the second hanging member 132 is a hook.

In one embodiment, the length of the sealing strip 131 is at least greater than half of the circumference of the receiving portion 111. Thus, when the sealing strip 131 is used as a handle, the length of the handle has a large margin, and the handle is easy to hold.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip 131 is provided with a tear line for forming an opening (not shown) communicating with the hollow cavity in a torn state. So, can utilize easily to tear the line and conveniently form the opening, be convenient for take out the second content from the opening part.

In one embodiment, the sealing strip 131 is made of plastic or paper. Thus, the sealing strip 131 has a certain strength to double as a handle.

Other configurations of the container 100 of the above-described embodiments may be adopted by various technical solutions that are known to those skilled in the art now and in the future, and will not be described in detail herein.

Claims (10)

1. A container, comprising:

the container comprises a container body and a first hanging piece, wherein the container body is provided with a containing part and a first hanging piece, the containing part defines a containing cavity with an opening at the top, the containing cavity is used for containing a first content, and the first hanging piece is arranged outside the containing part;

the cover body is detachably arranged on the top of the accommodating part in a covering mode and used for covering the opening;

the sealing element is provided with a sealing strip and a second hanging and connecting piece, and the second hanging and connecting piece is arranged at the end part of the sealing strip;

the sealing strip is used for being detachably connected between the accommodating part and the cover body in a first state, and at least partially separated from the accommodating part and the cover body in a second state and is hung and connected with the first hanging piece through the second hanging piece.

2. The container according to claim 1, wherein there are two first hitching members, and the two first hitching members are respectively disposed at opposite sides of the accommodating portion; the number of the second hanging pieces is two, the two second hanging pieces are respectively arranged at two ends of the sealing strip, and the two second hanging pieces are used for being respectively hung with the two first hanging pieces in the second state.

3. The container according to claim 1, wherein the sealing strip has a fixed end fixedly disposed in the accommodating portion and a movable end connected with the second hanging member.

4. The container of claim 3, wherein the first hanger is one, the first hanger being disposed adjacent the opening.

5. The container of claim 3, wherein the first hanging member is disposed on the receiving portion at a position opposite to the fixed end.

6. The container of any of claims 1-5, wherein the interior of the sealing strip defines a hollow cavity for containing a second content.

7. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the first hitching member is a hook and the second hitching member is a loop; or the first hanging and connecting piece is a hanging ring, and the second hanging and connecting piece is a hook.

8. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sealing strip has a length at least greater than half of the circumference of the receptacle.

9. The container of claim 6, wherein the sealing strip is provided with a tear line for forming an opening communicating with the hollow cavity in a torn state.

10. The container according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the sealing strip is made of plastic or paper.
