wherein the handle assembly (20) is switchable between an integral state and a parking stowable state, and when the handle assembly (20) is in the integral state, the connecting plate (21) is fixed relative to the handle (22) by the fitting (23); when the unlocking switch (24) drives the fitting piece (23) to be disengaged from the handle (22), the handle assembly (20) is switched to the parking stowable state, and the handle (22) is rotatable about the first axis relative to the connecting plate (21).
