Abstract
节能多用途消毒箱同时装有密封陶瓷远红外辐
射管和无臭氧冷阴极紫外线低压汞灯，用远红外线或
紫外线对餐具、食品、衣服、医疗卫生用品等包括不能
受热的物品进行灭菌、消毒、保洁，并兼有加热、烘烤、
脱水、干燥、取暖等功能。箱体内壁采用经过抛光、钝
化或镀膜处理过的铝板或者经过表面真空镀铝处理
过的玻璃，内壁的底面和后面做成抛物线柱面，箱体
内外壁之间填充嵌以铝箔的双层玻璃纤维保温层，增
加了灭菌、消毒效果，节省了电能。
Description
节能多用途消毒箱是用远红外线和紫外线灭菌消毒的装置，它既可通过高温物理作用对餐具、茶具、食品、衣服、医疗卫生用品等进行灭菌、消毒、烘烤、保洁，又可对不能受热的物品如瓜果、饮料、化纤衣服等进行灭菌、消毒、保洁。
各种病菌病毒严重地威胁着人们的健康，而餐具等被病菌、病毒污染后又引起交叉感染。对餐具、食品、衣服、医疗卫生用品等进行灭菌、消毒是预防疾病的有效方法之一。消毒装置不仅为医院、制药、食品、旅馆、理发、饮食等行业所必备，而且越发广泛地进入了寻常百姓家。
现有的消毒装置只适用于某些特定的物品，有的只能对物品的表面进行消毒，而不能杀灭内部的病原体；有的又不适用于不宜受热的物品。
设计本实用新型的目的是使同一台消毒箱兼有多种用途，既可通过高温作用对餐具等进行灭菌、消毒、加热、烘烤、脱水、干燥、保洁，又能对不宜受热的物品进行灭菌、消毒、保洁，而且还能在冬天作取暖用。本实用新型采用特殊的箱体设计，减少热损失，节省电能。
本实用新型的技术要点是：
1.如图1，在箱内底面和后面安装密封陶瓷远红外辐射管（13），在箱内顶面安装无臭氧冷阴极紫外线低压汞灯（7）（亦称无臭氧灭菌灯）。远红外辐射管的数目和总功率以及无臭氧灭菌灯的功率决定于箱内容积。当按下消毒箱正面的红色按钮时，远红外辐射管被接通，消毒箱内温度最高可达到150摄氏度，可对物品进行消毒、灭菌、加热、烘烤、脱水、干燥和保洁；当按下紫色按钮时，无臭氧灭菌灯被接通，放射出波长为254毫微米的紫外线，直接照射或经箱壁反射到物品的表面，对不宜受热的物品进行消毒、灭菌、保洁。冬天打开箱门，按下红色按钮，消毒箱可用作取暖器。
2.箱体内壁的底面和后面是抛物线柱面反射罩。内壁的底面、顶面和后面是经过抛光、表面钝镀或镀膜处理过的铝板，厚度为1毫米左右。内壁的两个侧面和箱门内壁是经过抛光、钝化或镀膜处理过的铝板或者经过表面真空镀铝处理过的玻璃。箱体外壁为镀镍或经过磷化、钝化、烤漆处理过的薄钢板。在箱体和箱门的内外壁之间填充以中间嵌有一层铝箔的两层玻璃纤维（如图2）。由于内壁的反射作用和箱壁的隔热保温作用，增加了灭菌消毒效果，节省了电能，箱体外表面温度不会过高以致烫手。
在内壁底面最低处开有泄水孔，在内壁顶面最高处开有排气孔。

Claims (2)
1、一种节能多用途消毒箱，其特征是：在箱内同时安装无臭氧冷阴极紫外线低压汞灯和密封陶瓷远红外线辐射管，即：在箱内底面和后面同时安装密封陶瓷远红外辐射管，在箱内顶面安装无臭氧冷阴极紫外线低压汞灯。
2、根据权利要求1所述的节能多用途消毒箱，其特征在于：箱体内壁的底面和后面作成抛物线柱面反射罩，其材料为经过抛光、表面钝化或镀膜处理过的铝板。内壁的两个侧面和箱门内壁是经过抛光、钝化或镀膜处理过的铝板或者是经过表面真空镀铝处理过的玻璃。箱体和箱门的内外壁之间填充以中间嵌有一层铝箔的两层玻璃纤维。
