Therefore, in order to solve the technical problem that the inner core of the connector and the inner core of the adapter are easily damaged due to shaking or even falling off when the adapter is connected to the connector, so as to improve the stability of connection between the adapter and the connector under the condition of improving the stability of the fixing clamp, the inventor proposes the following scheme.
Referring to fig. 3, 4 and 9, an embodiment of the present application provides an adapter positioning fixture 10 for positioning an adapter on a connector of a filter, where the filter has a supporting structure and the connector is disposed on the supporting structure. The support structure is a structure for supporting the connector, and may be a support structure integrally formed with the cavity or the cover plate of the filter, or a structure formed separately from the cavity or the cover plate of the filter and assembled to the cavity or the cover plate of the filter. Fig. 7 to 9 show the adapter 20, the filter 200, the connector 202 and the support structure 201 as an example. Moreover, compared with the scheme that the fixing clamp is sleeved on the flange of the connector 202, the limiting part 12 which is in limiting fit with the supporting structure 201 is arranged, so that the thickness and the width of the flange of the connector 202 are not limited, the contact area between the adapter positioning clamp 10 and other parts is increased, the assembly stability of the adapter positioning clamp 10 can be effectively improved, an inner hexagonal structure matched with the flange of the outer hexagonal structure of the connector 202 is not required, the processing is simpler, and the manufacturing cost can be reduced.
In one embodiment, referring to fig. 5 and 9, the limiting portion 12 is hollow and is communicated with the positioning portion 11. The connector 202 is inserted into the supporting structure 201, a flange 2021 is disposed at an end of the connector 202 facing away from the cavity 210, and the flange 2021 abuts against an end of the supporting structure 201 facing away from the cavity 210. The supporting structure 201 may be a convex pillar structure or a convex boss structure, may be an integrated structure with the cavity 210 or the cover plate 220, or may be assembled on the cavity 210 or the cover plate 220 by being formed separately.
It is understood that the filter 200 includes other elements besides the cavity 210, the cover 220, the support structure 201, the connector 202, and other elements, and the other elements may be elements of the existing filter, which are not described in detail for brevity.

Claims (10)

1. An adapter positioning fixture for positioning an adapter on a connector of a filter, the filter having a support structure on which the connector is disposed, the adapter positioning fixture comprising:
the positioning part is hollow inside, has openings at two opposite ends and is used for the adapter to penetrate through so as to position the adapter; and
and the limiting part is arranged at one end of the positioning part and is used for limiting and matching with the supporting structure.
2. The adaptor positioning jig of claim 1, wherein: the interior of the limiting part is hollow and is communicated with the interior of the positioning part; the inner wall shape of the limiting portion is matched with the outer wall shape of the supporting structure, and the limiting portion is used for being sleeved on the supporting structure.
3. The adaptor positioning jig of claim 2, wherein: the inner diameter of the limiting part is larger than that of the positioning part, and a step structure is formed at the joint of the inner wall of the limiting part and the inner wall of the positioning part.
4. The adaptor positioning jig of claim 2 or 3, wherein: the limiting part is of a cylindrical structure; the inner wall of the limiting part is a circular inner wall.
5. The adaptor positioning jig of claim 4, wherein: the positioning part is of a cylindrical structure; the inner wall of the positioning part is a circular inner wall; the positioning part and the limiting part are coaxially arranged.
6. The adaptor positioning jig of claim 1, wherein: the limiting part is provided with a limiting structure, the supporting structure is provided with a limiting matching structure, and the limiting structure is in limiting matching with the limiting matching structure.
7. The adapter positioning jig of claim 1, 2, 3 or 6, wherein: the limiting part and the positioning part are of an integrated structure.
8. An adapter assembly, comprising:
an adapter; and
the adapter positioning jig according to any one of claims 1 to 7, the positioning portion being for the adapter to be pierced therethrough to position the adapter.
9. A filter assembly, the filter assembly comprising:
a filter having a support structure and a connector disposed on the support structure;
an adapter for connecting with the connector; and
the adapter positioning fixture according to any one of claims 1 to 7, wherein the positioning portion is used for the adapter to be inserted to position the adapter, and the limiting portion is used for limiting and matching with the support structure.
10. The filter assembly of claim 9, wherein the filter comprises:
a cavity; and
the cover plate is arranged at the opening of the cavity in a covering manner;
the supporting structure is convexly arranged on the cavity or the cover plate; the connector is arranged in the supporting structure in a penetrating mode, a flange is arranged at one end, deviating from the cavity, of the connector, and the flange abuts against one end, deviating from the cavity, of the supporting structure.
