In the related technology, the conventional combustion mode of the full-premixing condensing gas water heater needs to mix gas and oxygen in advance, the air-fuel ratio is ensured to be constant, and a series of problems of uneven air-fuel ratio are also generated while the combustion performance is improved by the premixed gas and the oxygen, so that the safety hazard is generated. The mechanical premixer is generally adopted in the industry to mix gas and air in advance, however, the mechanical premixer cannot ensure the consistency of the air-fuel ratio under the working conditions of small load and large load, the general mechanical premixer controls the proportion of the gas and the air through the turning plate, the opening degree of the turning plate structure cannot effectively control the air-fuel ratio, and particularly under the working condition of low load, as the turning plate completely seals part of gas channels and gas channels, the air-fuel ratio of the water heater under the working condition of low load is too low, the combustion performance is deteriorated, the use of users is influenced, and even a series of safety problems such as tempering and explosion of the fully premixed gas water heater exist.
A premixing device for a water heater in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 2.
As shown in fig. 1 to 2, a premixing device 1 for a water heater according to the present invention comprises: a housing 10 and a flap 20. The housing 10 has a first air flow passage 11a, a first gas flow passage 12a, a second air flow passage 13a, and a second gas flow passage 14a formed therein. Air may enter the housing 10 through the first and second air flow passages 11a and 13a, and gas may enter the housing 10 through the first and second gas passages 12a and 14 a. The turning plate 20 is arranged on the shell 10, the turning plate 20 can rotate on the shell 10, and the turning plate 20 limits the gas flow passing through the first gas channel 12a by adjusting the opening degrees of the first gas channel 12a and the first gas channel 11 a; the turning plate 20 is provided with an air guide hole 21, the air guide hole 21 faces the first air flow channel 11a, air can pass through the air guide hole 21, and the turning plate 20 can block the gas flow to prevent the gas flow passing through the turning plate 20 from being too large.
The premixing device 1 is used in a gas water heater, after the premixing device 1 and a water heater fan are installed, gas and air respectively enter the premixing device 1 for premixing, the gas enters a first gas channel 12a and a second gas channel 14a, and the air also enters a first air flow channel 11a and a second air flow channel 13 a. Under the condition of maximum load working, the turning plate 20 is completely opened due to the attraction of the fan, the first gas channel 12a and the second gas channel 14a are simultaneously communicated for providing gas, the first gas channel 11a and the second gas channel 13a are simultaneously communicated for providing air, and the air is mixed with the gas; under the minimum load working condition, the opening degree of the turning plate 20 is reduced, the flow rates of the first gas channel 12a and the first gas flow channel 11a are small, the gas flow rate passing through the first gas channel 12a is very small, at the moment, the turning plate 20 almost completely falls down to block the flow rate of the gas, the gas is limited to enter a mixed gas cavity through the first gas channel 12a, and the air can also pass through the turning plate 20 from the air guide hole 21 which is opposite to the first gas flow channel 11a on the turning plate 20, so that under the small load working condition, the air is simultaneously provided by the second gas flow channel 13a and the air flow passing through the air guide hole 21 on the turning plate 20. Due to the arrangement of the air guide holes 21, the premixing device 1 can reduce the gas flow under the working condition of small load and improve the air flow, so that the ratio of air to gas of the premixing device 1 under the working condition of small load is improved, the use safety of the gas water heater is ensured, and the combustion performance of the gas water heater is improved.
In the premixing device 1 related to the present invention, the turning plate 20 can rotate under the air flow driven by the air of the water heater, after the diameters of the first air channel 12a and the second air channel 14a are determined, under the low rotation speed of the fan, the turning plate 20 will close the first air channel 11a and the first air channel 12a, and the ratio of the air and the gas flowing through the second air channel 14a and the second air channel 13a is fixed, only the air supplied by the second air channel 13a can not reach the preset air-fuel ratio, and the flow rate of the air needs to be increased, the present solution adopts the way of opening the turning plate 20 to increase the flow rate of the air under the low load condition, so as to increase the air-fuel ratio under the low load condition, the turning plate 20 can solve the problem of low oxygen content under the low load condition of the full premix gas water heater by adjusting the air flow areas of the first air channel 11a and the first air channel 12a, the oxygen content of the whole load section is ensured to be constant, so that the aim of keeping the air-fuel ratio constant is fulfilled. After the water heater premixing device 1 and the water heater fan are installed, air enters the first air flow channel 11a and the second air flow channel 13a from the air inlet of the upper shell respectively, and gas enters the first gas flow channel 12a and the second gas flow channel 14a from the gas inlet of the upper shell respectively. Under the condition of maximum load working, the turning plate 20 is completely opened due to the attraction of the fan, and the fuel gas can be mixed with the air entering the first air flow channel 11a and the second air flow channel 13a through the first fuel gas channel 12a and the second fuel gas channel 14a, so that the content of the air and the fuel gas in the mixed gas is ensured; under the minimum load working condition, the gas flow passing through the first gas channel 12a is very small, at the moment, the turning plate 20 almost completely falls down, the turning plate 20 limits the gas flow flux in the first gas channel 12a, and the air in the first gas channel 11a can pass through the air guide hole 21 on the turning plate 20, so that the proportion of the gas and the air can be controlled while the gas flow is reduced, and the use safety and the good combustion performance are ensured.
The premixing device 1 of the water heater has a simple structure, and can achieve the purpose of constant air-fuel ratio from a small load section to a large load section by adjusting the flow area of the air flow channel.
The water heater according to the present invention is briefly described as follows.
The water heater provided with the premixing device 1 of the embodiment is provided with the water heater provided with the premixing device 1 of any one of the embodiments, so that the water heater is provided with the turnover plate 20 structure, the air-fuel ratio can be ensured to be constant under a small-load working condition, the combustion performance is good, the use is safe, the structure is simple, and the installation is convenient.
